Dear Sir,
I have enrolled in Big Bazaar Profit Club but due to takeover by reliance industry I could not use the benefits of the above card. I had tried may time to contact through customer care but call was not responded and I had sent mail [protected]@bigbazaar.com but mail was rejected.
So you are requested help me for how to get money refunded.

    I need to get the refund for my Profit Club Card. I have around 7-8K in my card. The customer care lines and the email id are not working, and there is literally no response from the company for the same. I would like to request Future Retail to atleat have the audacity to confront their customers.

      I have Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my amount is left but your big bazaar is closed now.

      So please return my card balance amount as possible

      I have tried to send email to your company email [[protected]@bigbazaar.in ] Initially i recevied email to share the details. we request you kindly provide us with your

      * PHOTO OF BBPC CARD
      * & CANCELLED BANK CHEQUE
      * ID PROOF

      But when i shared the details. After that no reply even after several follow-up. Now email id getting fail on this email address. All number are not reachable. so what kind of Fraud is going on. Request you to refund our hard earn Money.

          AS of Current Date there are no big bazzar outlets available and as known big bazar being sold to reliance. So reliance have newly named those shops as smart bazar.
          earlier it was told to us that our card will work even after big bazzaar gets transferred to reliance but now they are denying us the service

              Hi, I have availed Big Bazar Profit Club Membership by paying Rs. 10, 000 and Now the future of the same is uncertain.
              Email id and customer care numbers of Big bazar are also bot working.
              We have nowhere to go to recover out invested money.
              Please give me some information about where and when to collect the money invested by me.

                    I am facing the problem of not able to get refund for the profit club card, i have sent multiple emails and even connected with customer care. They have asked for Adhaar Card, BBPC membership card & cancelled cheque which i have already sent them. Now, there customer care number[protected] is not working and emails are failing for [protected]@bigbazaar.com. Please help me.

                    Even i visited the newly opened Reliance Smart Bazaar in my town, but they are also clueless in this regard.

                    Please please please help me.

                      I have a Big Bazar Profit Club membership card.I have Rs. 9000/- contained into this card. Now i would like to
                      withdraw this mentioned full amount from my big bazaar profit club member-
                      ship card. I Send mail for my refund purpose. After Sending Mail with all detail they gave me a refference Number. But after gave me refference number untill no reply for their end also amount not to be refunded.i will also provide cancel cheque and voter card.Customer Care No.[protected]

                        I purchased a koryo led from ezone gip and installed it my village. I also purchased 2years extended warranty.

                        In the month of dec 21 there was a problem in my tv so I registered a complaint on 20 dec 21 ew Complaint number 279946.

                        I-got 2-3 calls till now from service centre or customer care the are asking visit done or not even after that not a single engineer called for the complaint.

                        I aggressively need a solution. This is not a joke you are not giving proper services to customers. It’s already 6 months done.

                          I have taken the big bazar profit card from Thane Big Bazar for Rs. 10k and I have used this card only twice. As the Big bazar shops has been closed in my area.                               I have purchased a card which used only once. Now it is converted to smart bazaar.
                              They don't recognize profit club card.
                              How indecent behaviors by this top companies and how our govt is silent on this. They should publish a procedure help line no and mails.

                              Phone no not working, mails get bounced, no communication at all. This is a clear picture of harassment.

                                As the Big Bazaar stores have been closed in my area, I requested for refund for my membership [protected] on 10th April, 2022 via email and it was promised over the phone that it will be done in a month's time.
                                However, there is no update and no amount refunded. Also, the support number & email address do not work.

                                      I bought multiple products which includes 5 packet of chironji 200 gm each from reliance smart Bazaar Bannerghatta. I opened one packet then found that it's bad, means if ll eat so soon after I'll be in hospital, i complained the concerned department in same Store to exchange it, they simply said no we can't exchange we forced you to buy this is stock clearing sale which cannot be exchanged even purchase now and ask for the same we can't. Can we do something now?
