I visited Bada Bazar (BIG Bazar) Punjab District Pathankot (Located in: Novelty Mall) on 07/11/2021 Address: Novelty Mall, LG-001, Lower Ground, Dalhousie Road, Mamun, Pathankot, Punjab145001) Branch (big market profit club, membership card 1003) Profit club card was prepared. whose card number is given below
Profit Club Card No- xxxx xxxx xxx 5927 34NowI want to cancel my Profit Club card. Please return my balance Rs 10, 000 to my bank account. I have applied twice before but no action taken and only disappointment. I have waited a long time for the balance amount and now feel disappointed .Why does it take a month to get a refund while it takes only seconds to generate a Profit Club card (no ID proof required)?

Hello, my 9000INR are stuck in big bazaar profit club . card no. [protected] . they told me that the card will be blocked and the will be refunded but later just my card was blocked, money was still not returned . I tried reaching through customer toll free no. but apparently its down. then I tried emailing but my emails were sent to spam and no response, no help . big bazaar is closed hence my is stuck . please HELP.

Hello,
My name is Vikash tripathi. Iam member of Bigbazar profit club, Bank road, gorakhpur . I paid 10000 rs and 12000 rs was available for use as per scheme. I used 3000 rs over 3 months.As per their employee I can cancel the membership anytime and get my money back. I contacted them around 50 days ago and raised complaint a, they said it will be refunded in 20 days. But now when I am trying to contact their helpline number is unreachable and i didnt get my money back. Please see the issue. My membership card card number is [protected].

I had purchased Big Bazar Profit club Membership. I have an active balance of Rs 9455/- which means a lot of money for a middle class family. We all have been cheated as the Big Bazar stores are closed now and customer care is not responding. Customer care mailbox is also full to receive any mail. Earlier they did confirm through mail that they will refund the balance amount. They have already taken my cancelled cheque and aadhar copy to process the refund. But still I have not received my money. I sincerely pray and request you to kindly refund my money.

I had an future card from big bazaar having balance of 12000 rs. Since big bazaars are closed i requested for a refund. I also deposited the cancelled cheque and Aadhar card, however there is no progress on the same. Their customer care no. is closed and i have already put the complaint on your forum twice, however there is no progress on the same.

You are req to get my complaint resolved at the earliest.

I had got the membership for Big Bazaar Profit Club and paid Rs. 10, 000 in favour of the same. I am not able to access or utilise my remaining account balance (i.e. Rs. 4000 as of now) due to problems from the company.

In a way the renowned company is fraudulently cheating with the customers by stating that they have closed the outlets due to stock shortage.

I request to solve the issue faced by each and every customer. Also, if not possible file a petition against the company for the fraud. Thank you

I was regular customer of Big bazar profit club card since 2016-17.
My last renewal was on 19.12.2021.
When store get closed then i initiated request to refund balance amount of Rs 11000.
Whatever paper work required regarding cancel cheque Uid details and pan i submitted but despite all that and sending mail to [protected]@ bigbazzar.com more than five times, they are not listening.
If anybody listening from company end then please look into.

Dear Future Retail group,

I had purchased club card in sept 21 from big bazaar store in prayagraj uttar pradesh .
Even after knowing that future retail group is in courts and sale to relaince is in progress, your staff befooled us and sold the card .
As future Retail is a trustworthy group I purchased as I had done earlier .
Now you have closed all your stores without intimating the buyers of the card of the refund process settlement before you close your stores or that the cards shall be valid with new buyer relaince smart bazaar .
Now all your mail IDs full quota and mails are getting rejected, stores are closed, customer care numbers not working .
Please tell us how to get the refund .

Updated by skssko No refund or contact has been done from big bazaar end . problem is still not resolved and the worst is that the future retail is doing nothing for it, s loyaly card investors nor they are issuing some future plan to resolve this hroup issue . they are just doing what their lenders like bank of india etc are forcing them to do in NCLT . alos the deaf NCLT is also very much working for the banks only while totaly ignoring the small investors first .
supreme court of India has clearly said in their judgement of Amrapali group that the small investors or home buyers will be first paid and the lenders will be paid in last . but what NCLT Mumbai is doing shows something fishy between future group and NCLT . NCLT must direct kishore bayani to submit the loyalty card holders dues first .
