I have requested for Big bazaar Profit Clubs membership card cancellation but No response over request number BB[protected]

I am looking for refund.

I was regular customer of Big bazar profit club card since 2016-17.
My last renewal was on 19.12.2021.
When store get closed then i initiated request to refund balance amount of Rs 11000.
Whatever paper work required regarding cancel cheque Uid details and pan i submitted but despite all that and sending mail to [protected]@ bigbazzar.com more than five times, they are not listening.
If anybody listening from company end then please look into.

Dear Future Retail group,

I had purchased club card in sept 21 from big bazaar store in prayagraj uttar pradesh .
Even after knowing that future retail group is in courts and sale to relaince is in progress, your staff befooled us and sold the card .
As future Retail is a trustworthy group I purchased as I had done earlier .
Now you have closed all your stores without intimating the buyers of the card of the refund process settlement before you close your stores or that the cards shall be valid with new buyer relaince smart bazaar .
Now all your mail IDs full quota and mails are getting rejected, stores are closed, customer care numbers not working .
Please tell us how to get the refund .

I would like to cancel my profit club card and get the refund from Big Bazaar.

My self is Shiva kumar K L, Residence in Mysore. Based on your customer representative recommendation myself and my spouse have purchased “Big Bazaar Profit Club Membership card” in the month of Dec-2021 & jan-2022 by paying Rs. 20, 000 (2 Cards each value of 10, 000).
Now the Big Bazaar out let is not functioning and we could not able to purchase any item as per your policy.

I have taken membership card of big bazar name big bazar profit club card in February 2022 in which I was getting 12000 card balance after paying 10000 but the condition is that one can use 1000 per month which is being credited in the card but the problem arises when the big bazar is suddenly closed all its store in India and they even stopped providing customers support via call and mail I am in very big trouble right now what to do I am not getting please help me .

I purchased the Profit Club membership in June-July 2021 of Rs. 10, 000. I did use Rs. 4000 of the membership but now Big Bazaar has vanished after the detail with Reliance.

I had raised a request to refund my amount of Rs. 6000 with reference number: ​BB[protected] but now reliance email address [protected]@bigbazaar.com is rejecting emails and their contact numbers are no more valid.

Please help me in getting my money.

I have mailed to [protected]@bigbazaar.com on 24th April, from [protected]@gmail.com mail id about to cancel my profit club membership card and refund my deposit amount leftover to my bank account. I have attached all basic details required y you.

Dear Sir,
I am customer of big bazar since last few years and holder of profit club card no:- [protected] & [protected].
I am not able to use my profit club card as big bazar store was closed at Chandrapur due to big bazaar merger with reliance.
Hence i requested him to refund my money. When i visit store ( Big bazar chandrapur- Maharastra ) .They said to email at "[protected]@bigbazaar.com" regarding refund of money and assure refund will be process within 3 to 4 days .Hence on Dt 22.04.2022 i made request email to them . But till date no reply received from them Now email is also get automatically rejected.
No staff is now available at store to help .Plz help me.

I have my 9K money stuck in the card. I sent mails/called. They responded 2 months back they will refund. I either didnt get refund or call back. Now I tried to call the customer care and its not working. I am getting failure email delivery which clearly shows they shutdown email and customer care also.

He issue that big bazar has been closed and I am not able to shop against my card limit.. Nor even any updates received to refund my balance. They have been sold their business not customer advances / payments. they must be repaid their customer payment.
Please respond and help to refund their valuable customer's hard earn money.
Big bazar should not run away with customer money.

There is no reply from Big Bazaar for profit club member card, Advance which are paid by many customer will not be refunded by future group think so as they have stopped toll free number and customer care email address so that they don't have to reply.

We have received the e-voucher from my company which is valid until[protected], but they denied to accept when I went to redeem the voucher.

The store executives told me that big bazaar had been sold to reliance and they refused to take my e-voucher, I didn't aware about the sold one, but I have more than 6 months validity time. Please help me to sort out my problem!

my name is Sourav Agrawal I have purchased big bazaar membership of the amount 10000 rupees. but now
I am unable to redeem my big bazaar profit club membership card. due to all shops of the big bazaar being found OFF everywhere. I am also trying to contact Bigbazar customer care by phone call but the contact number ([protected]) ([protected])([protected]) showing does not exist. so kindly help to sort out this issue.

I have deposited my 2 profit club cards in original, along with my aadhar card copy, and cancelled cheque leaf at, customer desk big bazar city centre, devendra nagar Raipur, for claiming refund related to, my 2 big bazar profit club cards, dated 14/04/22.
But till now 25 days have passed, i haven't got my refund.

I have taken profit club card of 10000 rs from big bazaar. However i did not utilise and asked for refund. However they asked for aadhar card and cancelled cheque. However even after submitting they have not replied back n neither their no[protected] is functional.
