Dear Team,

I was having Future Pay balance with register mobile number is [protected].
But I got to know as future group is not is operational now please refund my money.

I have bought a profit club card of big bazar having following details :-
1. Big Bazar Profit Club Card.
2. card no. [protected]
3. amount paid Rs. 10000/
4 call center no was [protected]
after closing of big bazar stores they are not responding their contacxt nos and email id for response have blocked reliance have taken over the big bazar stores they also denying to pay back amount to customers.

I was a frequent buyer from Big bazar and I purchased USHA COLD PRESS JUICER, MODEL-CPJ382S.

The address of Big bazar was (Address: Plot No.3, Aditya Mall, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010)

Now this Big bazar is being purchased by Reliance Mart .

I need a DUPLICATE COPY of the Juicer as its motor is to be replaced and its under warranty, but USHA company is asking for the bill, else i have to pay Rs 5000 ..

Now Big bazar is gone, Reliance mart doesn't have any data of it(as per customer care of reliance mart)

so whom to contact for duplicate bill?

I have Fixed Diposited an amount of 50, 000 in December 2019 and now in December 2020 it has got matured (maturity amount is 67, 937)
When I asked them for claim there was no response from the company.
They have instructed us to email some documents
I have done all of that but still no action has been taken by the company.
It's 2023april still we are trying to contact them but they are not responding

We had reached hometown for Installation for Modular Kitchen which began on 29th March 2023 .
Initial discussion was done in December and they delayed telling the materials should come from Germany. We have waited for 3 months and yet again we see a lot of issues while installing the Modular Kitchen . Details are mention below :
There is an issue in design. Due to this we are not able open the Door on the doors on the loft.
The Door that came on the corner shelf was small. Praxis team have ordered a new one as per the measurement again.
Stainless still fitting for Multipurpose over received is of bigger size.
Base Blind Unit cabinet Accessories are are not received yet.

We have not yet received any confirmation on when these will be finalised and there is lot of delay and very poor communication from hometown end.
We need to call everyday asking for an update. No commitment in work and response is very bad.
Would never recommend hometown to anyone. Fed up with hometown.
Need resolution at the earliest.

I have not available to redeemed my 12000 voucher end no . 3862.
Kindly help me

I have profit Club card and without notice bigbazaar was shut down and their site complaints option do not work and emails are bounced.

Could you please help us to get refund?

Actually I need invoice from big bazaar. I purchased a American tourister trolley from big bazaar. Today I need it to claim the warranty. Could you please provide me invoice pdf. When I purchased this, my number was registered there.

I am having Big Bazaar Profit Club Membership Card vide no [protected].It was renewed on 2nd Oct, 2021with amount of INR 10, 000 after your staff at Elante Mall, Chandigarh assured that everything is sorted between Amazon, Future group & Reliance.

I visited Elante Mall in Jan, 2022 & found that the store is closed for checking of the stock.I again visited yesterday & found that Big Bazaar has been replaced by Smart Bazar of Reliance.I asked the staff if BBPC card can be used which they refused.

They provided me with the mail id where I can get my amount refunded.

My father had paid 10, 000 rs for the profit club in 2022.I don't have the membership number but i can provide the mobile number it is registered with [protected].I redeemed only 2000rs and the company closed.I tried contacting the customer care number but didn't connect.I request you get my money refunded.

I have open the FD at Kamala Nagar North Delhi Branch of 50, 000 and on 5th March my FD Was Matured but there is no updates and even no contact availabe from FEL Side. Pls Suggest us how we proceed Further..

I want to complaint about big basket my registered number is [protected] and mail is [protected]@gmail.com they blocked my account they are saying that you are claiming refunds but i claimed only for those oroducts which i received in damage condition they are not listening to me help me i really need account as there is no nearby shop for everyday orders

I was made an FD in FEL three years back and now it has been matured in Jan 23.But not received maturity amount yet and neither any correct contact number nor any mail ids or address are available on internet. I have two FD's with future group, matured on 2/11/2022 but till date I've not received the maturity amount with the principal amount. my fd's are[protected] &[protected] future group. I am trying to contact all future group tel nos and email ids but all contact details are currently deactive. i request to arrange my fds amount with maturity amount as soon as possible. there must be a way in government law to get back such investment if company is defaulter too.
