I have sent three reminders to [protected]@bigbazaar.com regarding the refund of bbpf club money ( 6k). I have sent all the details to them and what ever documents were needed. Called customer care also but in vain. Now no one picks the call also.
I want my money back ASAP....

This is to inform you that I took the membership and deposited Rs. 10, 000 in Bigbazzar profit club account in July, 2021

As per the message received on 04.01.2022 my available balance was Rs. 10048.78/-

For the last 2 months I am unable to reach any representative of future group as all the near by Bigbazzar...

Kindly, help me to get refund of my hard earned money from Bigbazaar. More than 30k stuck with them in fbb profit club card. I own 4 cards from fbb bigbazzar.
I have been calling their customer care from february 28, 2022. They were saying wait for 7 days and then started to say 15 days on subsequent calls. Then eventually store was closed and take over started by RIL to fraud both customers and bankers.br...

How can I get my card redeemed and I can't do that now.. You have closed your shops and how can I get back the money...

I had taken big bazaar membership card in dec.2021 as deposited 10000 rs which validity for one years but now big bazaar is closed and there is no response by them neither mail nor customer care nos. so i want to return that card and refund my amount.

I have bought bbpc card in december, 2021 and now since the big bazaar is closed, i have written many emails to big bazaar and future group and sent my documents for the refund of my money....

1) their store closed so this card will be used in future or not and where it will used.

Big bazaar profit club is not refunding a amount...

I was asked to take a Profit Club Card in February'22 in spite of their knowing that Big Bazaar is going to close down.

Is this not a fraud case. Now I have put the required documents asking for a refund. They have not yet processed any refund case in spite of clear understanding that the amount will come in my account within a month.

I was offered a scheme bh big bazaar (future retail) just before they packed their bags and left.

I have purchased Profit Club Membership Card from Big Bazaar zirakpur, Punjab in month of October-2021 paying Rs 10, 000/- through my credit card. Till January I purchased goods amounting to approx Rs 2000 only. In the month of March I come to know that Big Bazaar has been closed its operation and has been take over by Reliance Smart Bazaar.
