    I had taken big bazaar membership card in dec.2021 as deposited 10000 rs which validity for one years but now big bazaar is closed and there is no response by them neither mail nor customer care nos. so i want to return that card and refund my amount.

        I have purchased profit club card it has a balance of Rs 9000 and it's expiry in 02/2023.My queries are
        1) their store closed so this card will be used in future or not and where it will used.
        2)Their customer care and even they don't reply on mail.So can I get refund and for that where to contact.

            Your kind attention is brought on following issues:

            1. I am a profit club member and I have deposited Rs 10000 as per your offer for Rs12000 in it which is not used till date. It is thus requested to you to kindly refund the amount.

            2. I had this offer of yours of FBB 1500 pe 1500 cashback. This cashback was supposed to be given in Rs 300 for 5months. But in the first month itself your store was closed.

            3. My online wallet had approx Rs 500 and taking my family members account in consideration it is more than Rs 2000.

            Kindly let me know how the amount will be refunded to me.

                I was asked to take a Profit Club Card in February'22 in spite of their knowing that Big Bazaar is going to close down.

                Is this not a fraud case. Now I have put the required documents asking for a refund. They have not yet processed any refund case in spite of clear understanding that the amount will come in my account within a month.

                Seeing your help asking them to expedite the refund claims of members who have taken profit club card and submitted the documents seeking refund.

                Kindly help.

                  I was offered a scheme bh big bazaar (future retail) just before they packed their bags and left.
                  I paid 10000 rs for their profit club card and all my money is now gone. All the funds are held hostage.
                  Neither the customer support or the customer service mail id is working.
                  This could be India’s biggest scam
                  I need answers but I don’t know where to go, last place i would want to go is the court.

                    I have purchased Profit Club Membership Card from Big Bazaar zirakpur, Punjab in month of October-2021 paying Rs 10, 000/- through my credit card. Till January I purchased goods amounting to approx Rs 2000 only. In the month of March I come to know that Big Bazaar has been closed its operation and has been take over by Reliance Smart Bazaar.
                    Therefore after contacting customer care I have mailed all required documents in the month of March 3022 for getting back my refund amount but in vain.
                    I further tried to contact Big Bazaar Customer Care No but now it has been locked as well as customer care mail id also has been locked by Big Bazaar Management.
                    It seems that our hard earned money has been duped by Big Bazaar Profit Club. I hope this complaint get resolved and pay my balance immediately

                      I am facing the problem of not able to get refund for the profit club card, i have sent multiple emails and even connected with customer care. They have asked for my Pan card & cancelled cheque which i have already shared with them. Now, there customer care number[protected] is not working and emails are failing for [protected]@bigbazaar.com. Please help me.

                                I am a profit club member of BIGBAZR since January 2022 and purchased items/ articles in the month of January and February 2022. But since March 2022 the store in my Town is closed or I could not visit. Today (29.04.2022) I visited the Mall where the Big Bazar store is located, but to my utter dismay, I found the store is locked and the signboard and banner of Big Bazar have been removed and someone told me that the store is closed for forever.

                                Now I would like to get back the unspent balance of my Profit club membership Card through a refund to my account. Mu Card number is [protected]

                                  I bought the membership of 10000 rs to purchase on monthly basis. But big bazaar is now closed and their toll free number is not reachable. Also they do not reply on emails.

                                    As all big bazar stores are closed and their site is also not working, I am not able to use my big bazar profit club future pay card no [protected] whose start date is 22/01/2022 and end date is 30/06/2023.

                                    I paid Rs 10000/- in advance to future pay for this card which has a current balance of Rs 10000/- so Future pay should refund me the balance amount as they are not able to provide services now.

                                      I took big bazaar profit club card on Dec 2021, After that big bazaar got closed and they closed their helpline neither they are responding to their mail address. I have 9000 still pending in big bazaar card which i need to be refunded. However there is no way to do so.
