Dear Sir/ Madam,

Unable to utilize Big bazar profit club member card offline/ online since the closure of Big Bazar Branch of Silchar Assam. I have a credit balance of Rs.9000/_ plus as on 17.04.2022.

Kindly arrange for refund of entire amount at the earliest.

also send many mail to custmer care this company but currently no response given by this compay so please refund y amount

I have purchased VIP Aristocrat Suit case from Big Bazaar store at Kompally. Now the suit case was broken and I am checking with VIP Customer service for the replacement along with the Warranty card which I have. But they are asking for the Invoice copy to claim the warranty. But the Bill copy provided by Big Bazaar became a white paper now. The total ink on it completely wiped of as the days passed. I thought of visiting the store to get the duplicate billl but the store is not available now at Kompally.

So I request for Duplicate copy of the bill as early as possible to claim my warranty.

Shopping was done at Big Bazaar, Kompally Hyberabad.

I was enrolled by Big bazaar in their profit card club by making false statements on the usage of the card which I had requested to cancel on 21st of March 2022 via mail. I was informed on the time of enrollment that I can cancel my card at any point and available balance will be refunded to my account within 15 days. It's more than 15 days now but I have not received any amount. I have called on customer department to check the status of my refund which they are asking to wait for 30 days now. This is simply fraud by the organization, they are completely turning from their statement. Reference number: ​BB[protected]​ provided on the mail. I genuinely request your help here to deal with this. I have done many followup with Big Bazaar on this but just got hassles only. Now there customer care number is also not working.

I'm member of Buz bazaar profit club card and I'm having 10k Rs. left in my membership card but since biz bazaar stores are closed, I'm unable to use this card and also there is no clarity if the card will be valid with Reliance Mart or not.

Kindly help me to get this card value refunded to my account or share more clarity how it will be treated when Reliance smart mart will be opened.

Big Bazar of Future Retail Group has closed its stores in Pune and other parts of the country without intimating its registered customers to whom the company owes money related to it's Profit Club card.

Registered customers like me have deposited advance amount with the Future Retail Limited to become members of its Profit Club card.

Via this Profit Club card, we were entitled for purchasing in the Big Bazar store 10 percent more than the amount deposited against the card. For registration and getting the Profit Cards, we deposited Rs 10 thousands in advance with the Future Retail Limited (Big Bazar).

Now all the city stores are closed and Big Bazaar customer care is not updating me for my application for membership cancellation and refund of my money.

Big Bazaar offered some schemes namely profit club cards for which on purchasing of rupees 10000rs and 5000rs we could make purchases of 12000rs and 6000rs respectively
After the deal of future retail and Reliance and selling of Big Bazaar and future retail to Reliance our hard earned money is stuck in the company as we are not able to buy our products due to closure of each and every store of Big Bazaar

During Covid Pandemic and society lockdown On March our egift card was expired . as checked with Firms .. The state that the date written is the final one no excuse ..

Humble request if they can allow us to use the Egift .. only 2 week prior expire

Hi this is Sarika singh...want to raise a complaint against big bazaar for cheating me by forcefully sailing me profit card but he wont let me know about the current status of big bazaar.that salesman's contact number is [protected] . before 2-3 hours i have checked my future pay app...it shows 10000 /- rs in my wallet but just now its showa 0/- amount. I have been dealing with aLL - the plus size store, that is registered with Future Group. Its been close to 1 month that I initiated the return of the order that I placed from their brand. After several follow ups, the order was picked up 8-9 days ago but the team is not sharing any updates on the receipt or refund of my money. I need urgent assistance in this matter.

I was given a voucher of 1500 + 1500 for shopping of 3000 in big bazar nashik road branch. And I was told that i could use it from the next month. But all the outlets of big bazar got closed in nashik from the very next month. I got those vouchers as 300 each for every month till july 2022. Now I cannot use those vouchers in future pay. Where to use it? It's really really a big fraud that you people are playing.

On 18 tha July 2021 I purchased a SPLIT AC1.5 ton of koryo company from big bazar jammu square city mall the sale person name was Pawan, the order when delivered to my place didn’t provide me with the bill of the product now I can’t avail my warranty for the product as I dnt have the bill of the product, I am sharing you the payment info so you can easily track the bill and can give the bill for respective product, my mailing address is [protected]@gmail.com and contact no is [protected] . I have enrolled to Big bazaar profit club card [protected] on 23.02.2022 by paying ₹10100/- and utilised ₹1000 on same day. Few days later the Big bazaar store 2509, Gulbarga is closed. Due to this I am unable to make any transaction from the profit club card.

I request you to please close the card and return my balance amount as early as possible.

Big bazaar has given a profit club card of taken rs 10000.remaining balance rs 6285 but now stores has closed due to taken RELIANCE .What happened to my amount.who is responsible for my balance amount.plz sir refund my amount.

Hi Team,

I did the shopping for Rs. 1500 from Big Bazaar Mall, Hajipur, Bihar

At that time, as per offer, I am supposed to get Rs. Three hundred Future Pay wallet credit for 5 months. But I didn't get that credit.

Hence, I got cheated under this offer.

Please check and refund my Rs. 1500 as Big Bazaar is no longer in existence.
