      Dear Sir,
      I am in follow up with you since long time and make contact to Paytm as advised by you, Paytm denied to such offer given to big bazaar, but I seen offer (I have picture) into your store and same explained by your representative. Now tell me what I should do in this situation. I purchased product from big bazaar not from road side shop. Now I have doubt into big bazaar honesty on the offer display. So please consider cash back this time otherwise I have to go legally with you people because I frustrated now as I visited personally big bazaar to redeem the offer means I tried to not to took this case into public platform as it is matter of very amount.but now you keep on saying as offer from Paytm only so contact to Paytm here my question is why big bazaar not supporting customers inspite of saying only. How many times you have confirmed from Paytm about cash back.
      I am very clear here this offer pasted in big bazaar so it sole responsibility of big bazaar to to avail this offer either from Paytm or from Paytm but customer should not suffer in between.
      If you can to resolve it let me know your customer grievience redressal mechanism.

      Dear Sir, more than two month lapsed but till date we did not receive cash back yet. we never think about big bazaar can do it, there staff is careless and make customer fool example is in front of you. I am repeatedly requesting to resolve my case otherwise I have to court notice to you.

        I purchased Profit Club membership by paying Rs. 10, 000 in December 2021 which, I was told I could use Rs. 1000 per month for the next 12 months, Rs. 12, 000 in total. I have only used it twice so far.

        The BigBazaar website now shows there are no delivery slots available whenever I try to order groceries. I have been trying to reach the customer service on [protected]@bigbazaar.com. Initially they said the stores are closed for 7 days for "stock reconciliation" but there's been no response after that.

        I want to be able to use my Profit Club balance. I have paid in advance for the service, so if they cannot provide the service, they should refund me my money as soon as possible.

            I have ordered from big bazar on 5 January, 22. They didn’t delivered my items and refunded my money which was not showing in my upi. I have talked to there customer care and they simple said go to your bank and show them your reference number. I have visited my branch but they didn’t helped me out and said we don’t do anything like this. Please help me out. I m sending you my reference number with date and amount

              I had brought two jeans short on[protected], from big bazar kompally branch. While billing first i had paid through phonepe the amount was deducted but in big bazar the bill was not generated so they insisted me to pay through the card and told me that i will get the refund with in 15 days, but from last 6 days im visting that kompally branch, its been closed today i went and somehow managed to talk with one of the branch member who is working inside the office, his name is harish ([protected]) he looks after the refund. He told me that this bigbazar is sold to reliance digital store and no process is going on here, we can't help you on this as no mails and nothing is working here. He is also saying that once reliance opens the store you will get a refund. I don't feel any sense of his words, it is almost 20 days that im waiting for refund, and still no more i can wait for this. Kindly find a solution and process the refund. Or else under consumer protection act 2019 NO.35. i will find a complaint.

                As everyone we Got Big Bazaar for Groceries and stuff. From last 2 Times I'm noticing chasiers are Adding 2.36rupees for Personal Account Insurance and 2.36rupees dor Speical Benefits. None of them know to us. Nither he Informed me Before adding those charges in my receipt. Today it was the third time. He added those Charges and Did not even bothered to inform me. That is My Money which i pay. They are robbing us. Just multiple these few Rupees to Million customers they have. People Dont even bother to Ask them what they are adding or why. There should be Legal action against big baazar.

                  I had purchased several items from Big bazaar, Bhavnagar. Out of which one item was defective. So I returned it and a credit note was issued vide memo no. CN#00004669 store id 0513 of Rs 749.50.
                  Now the Big Bazaar at Bhavnagar is closed now. Kindly arrange for cash refund for the same.

                    I transacted at FBB, Big Bazaar, Korum Mall, Thane West, Maharashtra, India on 6th Feb'22. Clothes worth Rs 2209 were selected and the amount was paid through GPay app (Google Pay). The transaction reference no., date and other details are mentioned in the attached screenshot.

                    While the above said amount was deducted from the bank account instantaneously, the FBB Big Bazaar counter staff said that the store has not received money. We waited for a few minutes in the hope that the amount would get credited either to FBB or to our bank account. However it did not happen.

                    We waited further for about 2 weeks and again went to FBB at Korum Mall on 20th Feb'22 to check the status. The store staff informed me that the amount is not credited. The amount is not yet credited back to our bank account. In the meantime we contacted our bank and Gpay several times and the bank and Gpay maintain that the amount is paid to Big Bazaar. Attached a screenshot to this effect from Gpay.

                    Would request you to kindly help me get my money refund to my SBI bank account as I was not given the chosen merchandise (clothes) on 6th Feb'22 and haven't received money back.

                    Hoping for an early resolution as it is almost 30 days old.

                      I had paid Rs 2209 for purchase of clothes from FBB, Big Bazaar at Korum Mall, Thane (W), Maharashtra on 6th Feb'22 through GPay.

                      The GPay transaction ID can be provided if required.

                      I contacted Gpay who confirms that the amount was deducted from my SBI account and paid to Big Bazaar. We waited for about 15 days and again went back to the shop physically to ask for refund.

                      The shop maintained that it has not received the amount and hence denied any refund. The shop employee promised to raise an internal complaint but even after followup lateron, we were never given details of complaint.

                      Now it is one month past and we have neither received a refund nor the merchandise of the above stated amount. Therefore I am forced to make a complaint in consumer forum to get my money back.

                          Here i am writing after 3 months of order.Within 3 months period, i have written so many emails and also tweeted but did not get any respond. How they will give resolution if even they did not even reply to my mails or my tweets.And i also called on your tollfree number but call could not take place and from starting approxx 100 mails are written by me but always got same reply "Thanks for writing and forwarded your concern" or no any reply.

                          My problem is regarding my order whose order number (Order id :[protected] which was placed on 24th November 2021. They returned my product when i asked to courier buy to payment done via wallet then he said that its not possible then i went to store with that courier boy because at that time I have some amount in my future pay wallet and also 1 coupon code of fashion products.I did not tell delivery boy to redeem my coupon, how can i say this, because coupon is redeemed only in store, that's why I go to the store to get these benefits but when i go for billing then they refuse from billing of the same product at same price and when i asked why are you doing like this then he said that by mistake this product is going to deliver to you.When i reached store then they take so much time to search that product while i have same product which are in packet of delivery.But they take so much time and i up and down many times to stairs and was very upset on that day.They only harassed me when he know already that he will not going to bill.

                          So in the whole process, I don't have any fault, you have put products on the website and courier by store but now they are saying it is sent by mistake because products of that price are not available but I am concerned only about products not pricing so please arrange..
                          Again I am requesting to arrange that product and it is available in store. I have seen that many quantity of sandle of Lee Cooper.

                                      I purchased the some of groceries on[protected] from big bazaar gokulroad Hubli 580030
                                      In that one of eastern chicken masala which was charged 64₹ to me but the MRP is 52₹ I raised complaint in bigbazaar feedback option but until now no one responded to me.

                                        When i look at Big Bazaar bill, they charged me for personal account insurance which i have never taken. This is a fraud. People are usually don't take closer look at bill and they are looted. Think how much they have collected in such a way..
                                        Also Big Bazaar charging for special benefits. What are they?? And how one can deduct it without any communication??
                                        This is very serious matter..
                                        Immediately Stop this nonsense.
