The manager there looked at us with bad eyes. He used to sexually abuse me. He used to talk dirty to me. He called me at the counter and talked dirty to me. When I used to do my work alone, he used to disturb me mentally. When I did not listen to him, I was unfairly thrown out. i need this job very badly
and thrown me out for personal issue
and the issue is that i didn't listen them
So I request you to kindly pay careful attention to the manager and kindly take action on this

    I bought a branded Buffalo Jeans for Rs. 1699 in first week of November from Fbb Chennai (Porur). I used it by the end of November and after my first use, while washing color was drained out from the jeans. This Jean is not worthy for 1699. I rarely use Jeans and when I wear it on the 2nd time and enquired about its fadeness and my wife complained that the color was gone while washing. It has passed almost 1 and half months and I do not have the bill. But I have the magnetic barcode from the jeans.

      I visited Big Bazaar in LDA colony, Alambag, Lucknow. Tyree representative Puneet, Amarendra misguided for stove exchange and it made my old parents to carry old stove for exchange. Upon coming back, they changed their words and mentioned that the exchange offer is no more applicable. I request that these representative be called for inquiry

        I had ordered grocery through the big bazar mobile app (my order id[protected] on 12th November 2021 from Big Bazar Birati store (Kolkata). Few Items were not available and hence they issued an Invoice which shows refund initiated for the unavailable products. Refund amount Rs. 180/-. But till today I have neither received the refund back to my credit card nor have I received it in my futurepay wallet. I have raised complaints with Customer care BB[protected] but without solving it they just closed the complaint after one month on their own. After following up again and again over email they just say the same thing that refund initiated. But they are unable to give any proof like transaction id for the refund etc. I hope the complaint reaches to senior level officers who can resolve my complaint instead of copy pasting the same answer again and again. Its a very small amount. why would such a big brand not refund the money and play with its goodwill is beyond my understanding.

          I was ordering grocery worth INR 1051 from the big bazar app. I was given a INR 100 as credit in the wallet as a promotional offer. I added another INR 951 in the future pay wallet so that i could complete the payment for my order.

          While placing the order and clicking on the payment through wallet i was unable to use the money in the wallet that I transferred . It said payment cannot be made through this please use another mode. On repeated attempts the error shown was the same.

          Further, i tried raising a grievance on the app but there was no response. Also, i tried calling them but no one was there was a customer resolution. I think the number on their website is just for dummy purposes.
          I also tried to review their app on apple store, while doing so i see that there a quite few people with the same complaint.

          I request you to help me find a resolution so that i get my money back and also that they dont cheat other customers like this.

              1. Purchased a Profit Club membership from Big Bazar in Oct'21
              2. Supposed to redeem Rs1000/- per month from the Profit Club account
              3. Tried to place my 1st order on 9th Nov'21
              4. List was prepared and finalised
              5. Went to process payment [part of which was to come from Profit Club and the balance to be paid by me from my credit card account]
              6. My credit card account got debited, but the Profit Club account was not redeemed for some technical issue and thus the order got cancelled
              7. Lodged a complaint - BB[protected]
              8. Till date my issue is unresolved
              9. Interestingly, the money debited from my Credit Card, when refunded after 3 days [ again interest loss ], was not paid back to my credit card account, but put in Future Pay Wallet [Future Groups Business created]
              10. I have done not less than 15-20 calls to their customer support team
              11. Every time a new person would pick up the call and you have to explain the case from very beginning
              12. Each one of them would say that the case would be resolved in 48 hours; Today's commitment was that it would be closed in next 4-5 days time
              13. If such a reputed business house resort this kind o[censored]nethical business practice for 1000 customers, just imagine, what kind of money thay can held up and what kind of interset they can save for themselve. I am sure their customer base is much higher than the number suggested by me.

                    I have been trying to buy things from big bazaar online portal and while buying, just to confirm from the Ecom assistance, no body is responding to my grievance and no one is responding to my concern from last twenty days. A suggestion to these fellow executives, if you do not want to sell online and only believe in offline mode of selling, kindly shut down your online portal completely so that the customer should not have even the slightest hope from you. Third class pathetic service and extremely lame service centre response which doesn't even get connected in the first place

                        During corona period validity of card got expired.at that time 4000rs was left in that wallet.                           I have purchased an item from Big bazaar, Piplod, Surat Branch in the month of October, 2021 and due to some defects have returned the same.At the time of returning the person said me due to technical issue in the wallet balance we can issue credit note for this which validity is of one month for that I agreed.The credit note was issued on 25.10.2021 and due to festivals and outstation I visited at the store on 25.11.2021. On 25.11.2021 the person said that your credit note is expired, reason the validity is of 30 days not one month but we will talk with our IT team to activate this credit note and you will get call in 2-3 days I agreed for the same. 8 days passed I have not received any call from the customer care so I visited the store again. The store person said that due to Sunday it's not possible for me to resolve today but for sure tomorrow i.e. on 6.12.2021 your credit note will activate. I have taken his contact number to confirm before visiting the store. On 8.12.2021 I called on the given number that my credit note is activated or not.Shall I visit to purchase the item. So the person confirmed that yes your credit note is activated you come note take the things. I again visited the store this is the 3rd time I visited after wasting my one hour on 8.12.2021 again the store persons said that your note is still not activated and you have to visit again after our call. This is the Bigbazaar to take my 500 rs I visited 3 times and still my issue has not resolved. I stay approx 15 kms away from Bigbazaar store and to take my 500 rs 4 time visit is really harassment for me. In the busy working days like what Bigbazaar is doing with their customers.
