I returned two items which I ordered from bigbazar on 4th November 2021 and I was supposed to receive the refund amount of Rs. 77 and Rs. 169 from bigbazar future pay retail in 4-5 business days. I didn't receive any message or notification regarding my return and refund. Only in the app it was marked that my refund has been initiated on 7th November 2021 but I haven't received the refund yet. The refund amount was of Rs. 246. It's been more than 15 days now. I've done complaint regarding this issue in bigbazar many times they said that there might be some problem with the bank. I then contacted my bank regarding this but there's no problem from the banks side. Please look into the matter and provide me with a resolution.

    Sir I brought a a all the kirana thing from big bazaar in siliguri cos mos mall . then after a billing I have paid the money in cash and given my payback card for updating the bonus point, meanwhile I forgot to collect my payback card and left the counter. As soon I realized about my payback card I went back to same counter and asked for the same.The salesman on the counter accepted that one payback card is left by some one and kept with him. He asked me about the payback card no which I could not tell to him, Then he refused to return the payback card stating that it could be of somebody else. Therefore I request you to look into the matter and trace out my card, If not possible then block the same against any misuse. And pls tell m how a new card with my old tranjection

      Previously I have also raised the complaint regarding staff and Scanning machine. No changes are made till date. Out of 10 counters only 2 are operational till date. Upon requesting HELP DESK. No one ever helped till date. And while checking out. My package is fully opened and checked cause their scanning machine is still not working. Simply wastage of CUSTOMER time. And moreover very less availability of staff over brackets. We have to search for people as they gather and just converse and barely give a ### to CUSTOMER. Hence no changes made till date.

        Home Town is one of most unprofessional bunch of people collected together to deceive and fool people by good looks of the showroom. Worst quality furniture, no after sales service, no customer care attitude and false promises. They just don't bother after they get the money. Simply a bunch of crooks to cheat people any way they can.

        I have to admit that the overall service extended to me by Home Town (GIP Mall, Noida) has been pathetic and highly unsatisfactory. I have been complaining and escalating the issue at regular interval, but things are really getting worse and unbearable for me. I have never seen/heard about such case. It has been most annoying and frustrating shopping experience for me.

        I have bought a dining table in Feb 2018 and its chair got cracks during such short span of time. I complained about this crack.

        Complaint has been made regarding this and Homeown took 20 days to send the executive for inspection. They are not able to identify in first visit what action required to rectify the issue. In second visit they said that piece of wood need to replace and will be chargeable. Asked to share the quotation and breakup of the same but hometown was unable to give any detail and merely shared the account detail for money transfer. They insisted advance payment to carry out repair work and they closed the complaint.

        Several times I followed up with the customer service and each time they made false commitment, they are simply avoiding the complains, the service post sales are regretful.

          I placed an order which was to be delivered on 13 November between 8-10 am. My order I'd is[protected]. My mobile no.is [protected].
          I called customer care executive at 11.30 and enquired about my order status. Mr.vinay informed me that wait for another 1 hour. I informed him that I have to go to out. I'm not at home for next 5 hours. Then he rudely replied that cancel your order. Is this the convinient service you are providing? This is pathetic.
          Moreover on 14 it was showing order status as delivered. I again called customer care executive then I was assured that my product will be delivered within 4 hours but it never reached. I called customer care executive thrice but only sorry and your product will be delivered soon was their response. There was never ever any call back arranged from your side or your store. It was just like whosoever received my call completed the formality.

              Really worst experience shopping on Big Bazaar online platform.

              Firstly they will show out of stock items as in stock and will refund only in Future Pay wallet instead of payment source.

              Really Pathetic experience will not recommend to anyone.

                My name is Navinya Rajendra Gadiya and my grievance has been registered with NCH(National consumer helpline) with docket no-3075975 against the bigbazaar online order no[protected] as it is a genuine matter i requested bigbazaar care to refund me 100 rupees for my missing item in my future wallet as soon as possible but the customer care is not giving a valid response and rudely saying that you can take a legal action but we cannot guarantee you for your refund so request consumercomplaints team is to help to get my reund back..!!please check with this mail i am attaching the proof of bill of 505 rupees which i received during the delivery...!!

                  Good day Cashew, Offer say buy 2 and get 1 free. 1 each will cost 120, which will be 240 for 2 items and the other item should be free. However as billing 90 Rs each with 30 rs discount each. (90*3=270). Here they charged 30 rs additional (270-240= 30 extra). This is how they cheat people.

                  Choco fills Offer say buy 2 and get 1 free. 1 each will cost 120, which will be 240 for 2 items and the other item should be free. However as billing 93.32 Rs each with 46.68 rs discount each. (93.32*3=279.96). Here they charged 39.96 rs additional (279.96-240= 39.96 extra). This is how they cheat people.

                      Hometown did not inform that they don't service their own chimney . When we raised complaint for servicing they outsourced to a fake vendor who has cheated us. When we raised complaint with hometown they said it was outside vendor from urban clap which they never informed us. Now vendor has not delivered product and blocked our numbers of and taken half advance for product. In addition to that while serving vendor claimed board was damaged so tool the money for new board but chimney making more noise and seems like he has cheated us on that also. Address and name on bill of vendor different from gpay account and no such address of vendor on Google search also

                        I added money in big Bazar wallet via UPI through paytm of rs 2706/- and amount is deducted from my bank account and paytm showed successfully paid. But amount not showing in big Bazar wallet. I called big Bazar customer care and they said transaction is failed but i wallet no message is showing that transaction is failed. My paytm UPI ref is[protected]. Please refund my money.

                                1.tremendous misbehavior from cash desk garments section
                                2.floor manager was invisible.Even though I approached for him I was informed by the staff that they don't know exactly where he is.
                                3.even for an exchange I had to go through repeated billing process and your CSD team could not help me out.
                                I need to think twice before I approach for Big bazar lake mall again.

                                    I placed an order with order #[protected], which included a product surf excel detergent powder of 5kg however they deliver only 500 gms. The invoice which I received also says 500 gms however they charged me price of 5 kg. Even though I complaint multiple times, they denied saying it was 5 kg. which does not make sense. why should I say wrong... they should at least think this way that when a customer who regularly orders, why should they do wrong complaint. A serious action is needed since to me as do not will to fix my issue.

                                        The cot was delivered with a missing piece.This was highlighted by the assembly guy. Since then I have been reaching out to the hometown guys to get the piece delivered and assembled.
                                        Very very poor service from Hometown they have no coordination between their store, vendors, delivery and service people.We as customers need to keep calling and coordinate ourselves. Did not accept this from a brand like hometown after spending soo much money for the cot.
