We buy india gate basmati mogra rice 5 kg and the mrp price is ₹305 and after giving offers they sell at ₹ 250 but after billing they charged ₹319 that's is 70 rs more than offer price. This is not the first time they are doing this to coustmers.
If they are charging₹70 rupees more than the offer price from one customer than imgaine their black income for a day.

        I was online order with Big Bazar (Orderly Bazar, Varanasi) of Rs. 2418.02/- with order no[protected] . As per Big Bazar offer, we got 3kg free sugar on order above Rs 2000/- but Big Bazar (Orderly Bazar, Varanasi) not delivered my free 03 kg free sugar. I have lodge many complaint to bigbazar through call on customer care/service but my issues is still pending. From 02 Aug'21 to 7th Aug'21, They told that your sugar will be delivered today but today Big Bazar Store manager Mr Vijay told that sugar is not available in store from last 1 week. If sugar not available then why they wrong commitment with customer.
        Big bazar mentally harassing to me and fraud with me.

                Sir i have received from your company. he ask me that your laptop. then i purchase a shoes from ur company. after that i received another call from ur company ur laptop has ben shipped and i also received another call from ur side he ask me you have paid gst, then he ask me your product has some technical fault after that i paid another amount & at last i received another call for realse id i have also paid an amount. But nothing is doing your side. on 02 Aug 2021 i received another call from ur side he also me maintain your account balance i also maintain account balance. he asked me that u should candled ur transition but when i cancelled my transition i have also paid amount i last i have paid near about rs 40, 000 my side.
                please refund my amount

                  I have ordered study table on 21 July 2021 and the delivery date is 30 July 2021. I could see the status is still payment confirmed. Shipment is not started yet. God knows when delivery will happen. Frustrated with Hometown. I have called and emailed multiple times, but that's if no use.

                    Hi, I have placed order on Big Bazaar on 21-Jul-2021 with Order ID:[protected]. My bill amount was ₹ 766.00. As per offer I am eligible to get 1 kg sugar free with the order but I have not received it yet. I have placed online complain on Big Bazaar site but that was not addressed . I have called call center and enquired about my online complains but they told no complain was locked and then they took my complain and logged in their system on Jul 23 with Complaint No :  BB[protected]. but still no one has resolved this issue. This is not deserved from such a big company to trouble their customers like this. 1 kg sugar is not a big deal but if company is providing such offers they they should make sure that they are fulfilling them. Disappointed.

                      They keep harassing me by sending message and I am not happy,

                      Please help by ensuring they have a strong policy and not harass not only me
                      other customers too by sending nonsense promotional ads

                        My Big Bazaar Profit Club amount also showing expired due non usage in COVID-19
                        I was ordering online from Big Bazaar in which no benefit of the Profit Club card (no.[protected]) was given to me and i had paid full amount of Rs 10, 000 prepaid for almost 1.5 years. In between when merger of Big Bazaar and Reliance the stock was virtually nil at all the stores of big bazaar for almost 6 plus months so i could not made any purchases. and in between the lockdown happend twice. Now when I went to big bazaar and they said the card is expired and out of the balance of approximate Rs. 4000 only Rs. approximate Rs.1900 will be refunded. This is totally unfair trade practice as in COVID times everywhere the timelimits are being relaxed. More so in this case hardearned amount is already with them and they are earning interest over it. It should be immediately refunded or else I would be compelled to approach Consumer Commission and take legal action.

                          I ordered a few things from Forum Mart Big Bazaar of amount 664 INR. Its been 3 days and the amount has still not been refunded. I tried the payment first but it failed twice but then suddenly when I checked my bank balance the amount was debited. Pls help me get a refund as fast as possible.
                          Payment was done through Future Pay.

                          This will happened with me also. Amount got deducted twice but order did not get placed. Why would they do not revised their current app so that this will not happened with any one in future? I think they have to charge their developers and the tester team of the app.

                            As per their current offer of instant credit of 1100 on putting 10000 in futurepay wallet, I deposited 10000 to this wallet.
                            10000 is debited from my account promptly but not credited to wallet.
                            Could not purchase the items also.
                            Want to sue bigbazaar for fraud and mental, emotional, physical and financial inconvenience.

                              Staff are enjoying their own company,
                              Out of 10 Cash Counter's Only 1 or 2 hardly operates. Upon complaining they just ask to wait. Moreover No one is ever available at vegetables section. Have to call them via. mick announcement and again they are gone. Many a times basic items are not available and are out of stock most of the time. While exiting, their exit money that tracks the scanning whether any unbillable item is taken out or not isn't in working stage since last more than a year. So they used to take entire cart out and count items from up. I very well know they cannot count all items but as a part of checking they used to do. But this is total pathetic. What is the benefit of that machine and why employees aren't available though being available to help customer

                                We have purchased the grocieries on bajaj card on april 11, and immediately after that there was a lockdown and we have been effected by corona to...
                                There is a billing error for detergent and we are charged double the price.

                                And due to lockdown till june end we are unable to go back to store...and we contacted toll free number they said us to go to store and they will help you in claiming. Now they say as it is already 3 months we wont be able yo help you.

                                1 item is billed 4 times...

                                Need help with it as soon as possible
