Staff are enjoying their own company,
Out of 10 Cash Counter's Only 1 or 2 hardly operates. Upon complaining they just ask to wait. Moreover No one is ever available at vegetables section. Have to call them via. mick announcement and again they are gone. Many a times basic items are not available and are out of stock most of the time. While exiting, their exit money that tracks the scanning whether any unbillable item is taken out or not isn't in working stage since last more than a year. So they used to take entire cart out and count items from up. I very well know they cannot count all items but as a part of checking they used to do. But this is total pathetic. What is the benefit of that machine and why employees aren't available though being available to help customer

    We have purchased the grocieries on bajaj card on april 11, and immediately after that there was a lockdown and we have been effected by corona to...
    There is a billing error for detergent and we are charged double the price.

    And due to lockdown till june end we are unable to go back to store...and we contacted toll free number they said us to go to store and they will help you in claiming. Now they say as it is already 3 months we wont be able yo help you.

    1 item is billed 4 times...

    Need help with it as soon as possible

      My name is ABHISHEK SURI [protected] in reference to Dayalbagh Store Agra. There are 2 Problems currently facing...

      ANNEXURES ARE AS ATTACHMENT PROOFS.

      1. I recharged my card at Dayalbagh Agra Storeand was offered for 250 discount coupon at BRAND FACTORY, which was unable to use due to lockdown and hence offered a link by store manager MR ANOOP AT DAYALBAGH AGRA to apply and use it where the actual amount is with delivery charges which is pathetic and finally last but not the least THE COUPON EXPIRES within 14th day as I tried applying in BRAND FACTORY APP AS WELL AS THROUGH WEBSITE ITSELF. Coupon was sent it to me as on 4th July and tried making a purchase as on 18th July stating its expired.

      2. I make a purchase as on 21st June 2021 as for monthly discounts on various items and hence till date the REFUND has not been completed as it was committed within 15 WORKING DAYS FROM THE STORE EMPLOYEES.

      Pathetic response, KINDLY REFUND THIS 250/- IN MY WALLET SO THAT I CAN UTILIZE IT FOR MY PURCHASES AND REST AMOUNT TO AS WELL.

      KINDLY REVERT.

            I was ordering some items from big bazaar app but when i confirmed the payment from paytm upi app show no money in future pay but my money is deducted from bank account i have also attacted the payment confirmation page please help me refund my money

              Placed order on 4th-Jun-2021 and was suppose to get delivered by 2 weeks but even after a month they failed. Now after calling numerous times for customer care to cancel the order they tell your order is cancelled and money will be refunded after 7 working days but even after 7 working days they are not refunding but just telling stories and wait for 24 hours and nothing more. Please help me in getting my hard earned money back.

                With reference to the above i madhu shankar says that i have bought 2 jeans from big bazar bokaro mall b s city Jharkhand on 07/04/2021 after few days Jharkhand govt announced lockdown in entire jharkhnad and we are unable to return the product as per Jharkhand govt covid guidelines no shopping mall open during the lock down period after 45days of loc known govt modified the guidelines and give some relaxation we approach to the big bazar for return the said product 2 jeans but store manager rudely refused to return it and said that return period of a month is lapsed so we cant and said during lockdown period big bazar open even we are tried many times the tel no mentioned on the bill voucher but msg said no is out of service
                so its my humble request to kindly look into the matter urgently and earliest coz during covid pandemic situation and lockdown period its not possible to breach the govt guidelines and return the goods within a month .If its not possible from your end i will escalate the issue to consumer forum .

                    fbb Gift Voucher redeemed without my permission by bigbazaar. 2 days completed, Still not refunded my 500 FBB amount .I want on emergency case.
                    I tried several times to the Customer care nobody responded this is not fare.
                    Like this condition means we will go to the consumer court with lot of evidences.
                    I am having all the relevant proofs. Please help me in this serious issue. Please refund my amount immediately.

                      The order which was supposed to deliver today is NOT DELIVERED from Big Bazaar Udupi. However, the status in the app says it is already delivered.

                      The online support is pathetic. Nobody picks up the toll free number for sorting out the grievance.

                      Kindly investigate and let me know the actual status of the order.

                          I ordered groceries and crockery items on 2nd july from [protected]@bigbazaar.The amount of Rs 509 was deducted from my bank account (gpay).The order said "awaiting payment" and it was not delivered.Next day i complained about the order but the customer service said they haven't received the amount.After two day of saying this they finally accepted they have the amount.Since then I complained about refunding the amount.But they tell me to wait 48hrs and then wait 24 hrs more.After so much trying they always say "the concern is escalated to Higher team".I am fed up of these excuses.Order number[protected].The order now shows cancelled but the refund is still not initiated.

                          My profit club money rs 4000 has not been refunded.

                          I was trying to use my profit club for online purchase in big bazar but i was not.
                          Able to use it for online purchase.

                          Later after the pandemic when i went to big bazar they said it has expired .
                          When i asked for refund they told me to submit the card and cancelled cheaque .

                          Till now i have not got the refund.Kindly do the needful and return my money.
                          I have got two profit club cards one in my name and the other in my daughter name

                            I have ordered 3 items more than two weeks ago and daily they kept changing the delivery as next day. Till today the order was not executed. The order number[protected]. Since they said I have future pay Rs.100/- I bought items worth 466 and paid it too. Now only two items are shown on my page.
                            Either they should return my money or deliver the goods.

                              I ordered a king size double bed casablanca from Hometown Lucknow store on[protected]invoice attached). It got assembled on[protected] massage attached).Headboard deattached and I registered complaint (photoghaph attached). Technician visited on[protected] and told that this is due to use of small pins in headboard and it can't be repaired it need replacement (documents attached).The store manager Mr. Rawal Singh told me it will be completed in 10-15 days. But until now neither he has contacted me from his side nor resolved my problem. and every time I call him he says he will let me know in few minutes. Kindly solve my problem as I have given Hometown a huge amount.

                                  I have ordered study table from HomeTown online platform on 2nd June 2021. Till now it is not delivered and even the status showing as just order accepted in portal. Their helpline number is pathetic, need to wait 30 minutes minimum to talk to them and still not helpful.

                                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Home & Garden

                                        The issue that I have experienced was: Big Bazar offered used to offer multiple Profit club cards and one of the card expired due to lockdown. Card # [protected]. The amount of 4000 plus was unused and expired. As per process i have to submit a form with ID proof, cancelled cheque and physical card. I duly obliged the required documents in Kundanahalli Store. Apparently have no process to acknowledge or track the refund that is due. Now second wave lockdown has further delayed it.

                                        It occurred on: 28/04/2021

                                        First confirm whether they have tracked the card and form, else I will resubmit the form.
                                        Then issue refund asap.

                                        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
