I Had Ordered For Some Products On 13th June, And Paid 330rs To Big Bazaar Through Upi, But Neither Order Was Placed Nor The Amount Refunded To My Account, Further I Had Placed The Complaint Reg The Issue, Kindly Reply, I Have Attached Both The Complaints,

Mr.kalyan of big bazar store in Inorbit mall, has rude behaviour with us a customer when we asked will can buy oil packets he was saying we can’t give .. when you can’t supply then when you will provide them

Worst service from Home town, because of the name behind home town ( Big bazaar ) i have trusted and ordered a product on 1st June 21, its been a month still my order is pending so i cancelled the order, but they are not refunding my amount ( 3K ) . After several follow up also they don't care for customers

Purchased garments on 24th of May, 21, from Birati Branch, North 24parganae, West BengalThe billing amount was ₹1047. I paid through Axis Bank Credit card. As per billdesk executive my 1St payment was failed. So I have made my 2nd payment.
But when I have checked the credit card statement, it is showing that 1St payment was also deducted from my account. I have visited Big Bazar Birati Branch, North 24Parganas, West Bengal, 3times, but they can't give me any solution. They are just neglecting the same.

I wanted to ask that i have submitted my pf claim form in my organization in 2019 with the store hr, they have given me a proof of submition of claims but in pf online check it states that there is no pf number as such, Said by store hr Mr. Satinder Singh and his no. [protected].

but till date there is no reply from the company People over there keep on saying will do it as soon as possible

So kindly request u to kindly look in my matter.

I had ordered items worth Rs1192 on big bazaar on 25th June. The payment was done via yono sbi. The amount has been debited from my account. But the status of my order was showing payment pending. I got a call from the store and I informed about this problem. Now they have cancelled my order. How do I retrieve my money?

With reference to the above i madhu shankar says that i have bought 2 jeans from big bazar bokaro mall b s city Jharkhand on 07/04/2021 after few days Jharkhand govt announced lockdown in entire jharkhnad and we are unable to return the product as per Jharkhand govt covid guidelines no shopping mall open during the lock down period after 45days of loc known govt modified the guidelines and give some relaxation we approach to the big bazar for return the said product 2 jeans but store manager rudely refused to return it and said that return period of a month is lapsed so we cant and said during lockdown period big bazar open even we are tried many times the tel no mentioned on the bill voucher but msg said no is out of service
so its my humble request to kindly look into the matter urgently and earliest coz during covid pandemic situation and lockdown period its not possible to breach the govt guidelines and return the goods within a month .If its not possible from your end i will escalate the issue to consumer forum .

I bought a footwear this morning and it's damaged now.So poor quality

I ve purchased goods of ₹1516 za (estimated value shown by co.)online by paying through SBI credit card to avail benefit of scheme ₹1000 off on purchase of the value ₹1500.Big bazar sanjay place Agra reduced the value upto ₹1417 & transferred balance in future pay wallet. Dear Team,

I am Dinakaran G from Chennai Location, I was following Near 6 years for my PF claim in Chennai Big bazaar office, Over the mail, Phone Call's Even i submitted through the Withdrawal Claim paper near 5-6 time.

I didn't received any feedback from the HR side for the Rejection/Accepted.
After submitted my PF claim i was calling for the feedback after 2-3 month, they are simply says that, they want to check with Zonal office & Vendor side. They ask to submit in Online claim, even i tried several time but, i could not find my details. I have a mail conversation from last 4 years on Following on my PF withdrawal . I am in Medical emergency. Feb 2020 - My was admitted in Hospital & 2021 i was admitted for Covid'19 may month.

Team, Please kindly look at this issue and resolve this asap

This is to remind the concerned department of the Big Bazaar/Future Group company to refund my money.I had already registered a complaint but haven't received my money.The transaction was made 4 days ago.This has happened with me for the second time.I hope you resolve the glitch in your system.

I ordered a product from bigbazar.in on 4th june amounting rs. 2798 and cancelled the same on 6th june. Still now I have not received my refund. I called customer care number for more than 20 times. Most of the times call does not connect and if connected then they hold the line and after sometime disconnect the call. I also mailed them several times. No response. It is now over 15 days they are not refunding my money. Please refund my money. It is my request. Otherwise I will have to go to consumer's court

I have attempted to purchase items from Big Bazaar through Future Pay app.It showed that payment successful and deducted money from my account but finally your app shows payment awaiting and order not placed and also did not receive the items.
However, money has been deducted from my account. Total money deducted is 2038.80/- in the transactions.
This is the second time the same thing has happened.I didn't expected this huge glitch from a company like Big Bazaar/Future Pay.
I request you to please look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible to my respective account.
Further request you to resolve this payment issue in your Future pay app

I have BIG Bazar profit club card with 10k balance, As i am out of station from last 1 yrs due to lockdown and was not able to shopping because bigbazar store not available in my area . currently balance is showing 0 amount.
i was trying to connect with customer care but no luck,
i called to big bazar customer care no. they said to connect with future pay customer care after long waiting time,
i tried to connect with future pay multiple time but after long waiting time call was disconnected automatically .

please help me to resolve this issue .
