Sir,
It is to inform that I placed an order for the total 11 items (payment of which was done online by debit card for amount of Rs.1475/-) :- DJ&C Tops (2 numbers), Brown Bread, Milk(2 litres - 1 litre each), Chana Dal, Corriander, Potato and Tomato on 09.06.2021, which was scheduled to be delivered between 4 - 6 p.m.
Though the scheduled time was 4-6 P.M., the parcel was landed only at 8 p.m.
To the great surprise the items potatoes and tomatoes were missing from the parcel. The Delivery Boy did not inform anything regarding the missing items.
When the Delivery Boy was contacted for the missing items, he shared phone NO.[protected]. I tried to contact this number but in vain.
Even today I tried this number couple of times, but no one responded.
At last I tried this number from other number and somebody received the call and told that the parcel is expected today but cannot ensure time.
If the BIG BAZAR is unable to deliver the goods on time, why should they take money in advance and who is responsible for the torquer faced by me by making continuous calls and wasting my time.
I request to collect entire items and refund my entire amount at the earliest and also penalized the Big Bazar for torquering me.

Big Bazaar / FutureBazaar / Future Retail / HomeTown customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Potatoes and Tomatoes are not yet delivered though the delivery timings was of 09.062021 scheduled between 04 pm to 6 pm. payment was already done yesterday online for all items.
