    I have attempted twice to purchase items from Big Bazaar through Future Pay App. Both of the time it shows payment successful and deducted money from my account but finally your App shows payment awaiting and order not placed and also did not receive the items.
    However, money has been deducted from my account. Total money deducted is 2255/- in two transactions.

    I request you to please look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible to my respective account.
    Further request you to resolve the payment issue in your Future pay App.

      I ordered food and groceries from big bazaar on 29/05/2021, order id:[protected].

      I never received the delivery but as per big bazaar, it's delivered. I tried calling/writing multiple time to them not nothing happened.

      Neither i got my items delivered nor i received any refund.

      Request you to please look into it.

          Sir,

          It is to inform that I placed an order for the total 11 items (payment of which was done online by debit card for amount of Rs.1475/-) :- DJ&C Tops (2 numbers), Brown Bread, Milk(2 litres - 1 litre each), Chana Dal, Corriander, Potato and Tomato on 09.06.2021, which was scheduled to be delivered between 4 - 6 p.m.

          Though the scheduled time was 4-6 P.M., the parcel was landed only at 8 p.m.

          To the great surprise the items potatoes and tomatoes were missing from the parcel. The Delivery Boy did not inform anything regarding the missing items.

          When the Delivery Boy was contacted for the missing items, he shared phone NO.[protected]. I tried to contact this number but in vain.

          Even today I tried this number couple of times, but no one responded.
          At last I tried this number from other number and somebody received the call and told that the parcel is expected today but cannot ensure time.

          If the BIG BAZAR is unable to deliver the goods on time, why should they take money in advance and who is responsible for the torquer faced by me by making continuous calls and wasting my time.

          I request to collect entire items and refund my entire amount at the earliest and also penalized the Big Bazar for torquering me.

            But I have not got any delivery and also no one has contacted me till now.
            Even not able to reach them through phone number given.

                I ordered online thru big bazaar app some items from Big bazaar Tarnaka Hyderabad yesterday and those were scheduled to be delivered yesterday but till now no updates about the order except for the following message

                No response from the customer support .l have already made my payment
                Necessary action to be initiated to resolve my problem and the products are delivered

                    Big Bazaar makes a 2-hour home delivery promise. On May 31st, I ordered a few items (Order no[protected], and it was supposed to be delivered (slot selected) between 2-4 pm on June 1...it was the first slot available (almost 24 hours later) in a 2 hour delivery promise!!! It did not get delivered that day. However the app showed that the goods (perishable, including fruits and vegetables) were packed on that day (June 1) and it kep on saying that it will be delivered on June 1. The next day, 24 hours later, their delivery guy called me, saying that they will deliver it on June 2. I asked him to get fresh fruits and vegetables and he refused saying that he cannot unpack and the goods were packed the previous day. I told him that I do not want stage fruits and vegetables (from a previous experience with them). So he did not come to deliver that day. Ever since that day, I have been chasing them over email and phone and they refuse to revert or promise anything about fresh vegetables or a refund. Finally on June 5, they said they will refund and cancel the order. Then on June 6, I noticed that on the app, they showed the order as delivered. Then I tried to reach them on the given no ([protected]) and they do not answer my calls any more. It has been a nightmare dealing with Big Bazaar. They have wasted my time and caused mental trauma. They not only need to refund but need to compensate me for my lost manhours and mental trauma.

                      As per my Order No[protected] on 02/06/2021 I booked 16 items, but I received only 10 items. Several times I called to store but didn't get proper reply. Total 5 items not delivered and value of this 5 items is around 339/- not yet received.

                            On[protected] i have been charged 2822 Rs 2 times .My money got deducted 2 times .And even after compalining i have not received a satisfactory answer for it .I have also shown them the reflection of 2822rs amount in my sbi Bank of same amount and same time but they say that it is not showing any details in their system .I have given them all the required details sorted my problem till now .It is just not done it is now more than 13 days

The staff of the elante is of no use and ignoring my matter and rejecting my calls. I am attaching screenshots of all information.                                 As per the app for the order #[protected] done in Big Bazaar Udupi, refund of rupees 483.86 was initiated on 9th May 2021 and expected refund was 12th May 2021. But no amount was refunded.
                                Can this please be escalated to get the refund amount asap?

                                      In respect to the above order ID the value i have paid is Rs. 1, 675/- out of which the Green Tea Bags worth Rs. 330 and Tub worth Rs. 249/- have been delivered as per the order description. Rest as follows:
                                      1. Round Neck Embroidered Top worth Rs. 299/-
                                      2. Strechable printed leggings worth Rs. 399/-
                                      3. Round neck printed T-shirt worth Rs. 199/-
                                      4. Graphic Print T-shirt worth Rs. 199/-
                                      are not as per the product description. Hence, i request the company to pick the products and refund the total amount of Rs. 1, 096/- at the earliest.

                                        I have ordered for Disney t-shirt blue shirt but received some old white t-shirt. Same ways some dates which is irrevalent to the one I ordered (ORDER#[protected]. Even I complaining lot of times, I didn't get revert customer care team. Big Bazaar Hosur is looting money in this way.

                                        Also mentioned 1000 Cashback in Futurepay for 1500 order. Put two orders of 1500 (Order ID-[protected],[protected]. But didn't received the cashback.

                                        Given False commitment or WRONG PRODUCT - No Proper response from Customer Service.
