We have ordered in the big bazaar on 31 st may, after the 4 days not received the order, if they are unable to deliver they need to inform even they have not done that,

Waited for 4 days, unable to reach the customer service,

customer service keep on replying as you will get the order within 2 hours, but not received yet,

And there is no option to initiate the refund in the big bazaar website.

If they inform its delay for order, like intimation message or call or chat, it would be benefit for the customers,

As customers wont get confuse, they will wait for the order.

As customer we are at wavering mind as we will receive the order or not.

I think its not good way for treating the customer,

            Hi Team,
            In Spite of checking the status with your team daily I am not getting any proper resolution regarding the order[protected]. I ordered the product on 18th May and followed up daily regarding the delivery.I was getting only two reasons one is delay due to lockdown and shipment team will contact you. I also explained them why I need the product within your specified timeline(as i am moving to my native from my current location and its a remote location). But today i got a call from hometown stating that there are damaged stock at the warehouse so they shall initiate delivery only after fresh stock is available that too no proper date and expected delivery is July 10th 2021. Since I cannot wait till that time Please cancel the order and refund my money.

            I am very much disappointed with your service. If the stock is not available why would you show the fake delivery time and provide fake reasons and now get to know why people hate hometown and their deliveries on social media. Please cancel my order and refund the amount.

                  On 29th of may 2021 i purchased grocery items from big bazaar (Online) totalling to an amount of ₹ 1010.75. I paid this online through big bazaar app. It was scheduled to deliver on same day between 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
                  Right after waiting for whole day i did not got my grocery items. I tried contacting customer support but inspite of several mails they didn't respond. I waited for next day as-well again same thing happened they didn't delivered. I tried contacting customer care again they just ask my order number and put my call for hold till call automatically end.
                  This is a pathetic service from big bazaar. Till today i waited for my items and i was forced to write it here. They are neither refunding my money nor they are sending me those items. These items consist of daily essentials vegetables amd fruit and we are forced to buy again and again but big bazar is not refunding my money nor they are sending items.
                  Please help me in regards. All customers will be very much annoyed with this service.

                    Big Bazaar published a Offer on online order and said that 2Hours Delivery. So I ordered some items of 1500/+ on future pay app of big bazaar on 16 May 4.40pm and paid . It was showed that I will get my order delivery on 17 May 8-10am. But order did not come. I call on Customer care but they did not pick up the phone. They I tried and tried. At last they received and I told my problems. They said they are taking my complain and my problems wil be resolve in 24 Hours. But it did not solve again I tried to call customer. They again said they r facing some technical problem. It will be resolve in 24 hours. But still it is not solved. Today 31may. It is 15th day.. I did not get my products. Please sir/Mam I am requesting you to take a perfect action against big bazaar fraud offer. In this pandemic situation why they are harassing us. We are giving online order for Corona Bad situation. We tried to decrease corona Affection ratio. For that we are choosing online platform.

                        I had ordered the items yesterday evening through the Big Bazaar app and got a payment confirmation from the bank but haven't received my order yet.I have tried to contact the executive multiple times but didn't get any response.I want this issue to get resolved as soon as possible otherwise I'll have to raise a costumer harrasment case against future group.

                          I have need of duplicate bill from Big Bazar. The original bill is wiped out with time. Do not know what good is that.

                          Big Bazar is declining to get the bill. I needed that for using warranty on Symphony Air cooler.

                              Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                              I want to raise my complain about my order which I placed on 23rd May 2021. Order was supposed to be delivered on 24th May 2021 by morning 10 AM, but it was yesterday not delivered.

                              I called customer case of Big Bazar multiple time and every time e i got same response that your order will be delivered with two hours, (fake promises)

                              I called store manager about 10 times they are also giving fake promises and saying no matter what your order will be delivered today or today by 4pm Or today anytime.

                              And when order is not delivered then no response.

                              I asked for refund and they twisted talks by saying no matter what order will be delivered today.

                              I called more that 20 times to store manager and customer care.

                              Ever since I ordered with them I am spending most of my time spending on following up with them, and their responses are all lies..

                                      I had ordered some products on 15/05/2021 and they assured
                                      me to deliver them in the next day. However, I have not received my products till now and even after
                                      raising this issue through Bigbazaar app so many times, no response has been received by them. Then suddenly on 27/05/2021, the order is being shown as delivered, whereas I have not received anything.

                                      Make delivery of my order. But in case of refund, I request them to credit the amount into my Bank
                                      account, and not in the Futurepay wallet which I will never use
