I ordered via big bazar online app using upi. They deducted my from my bank account . But the order doesn't exist in the system.

They placed my order in morning. They updated that they will deliver my order on 15.05.2021 means today with 8: 00 am to 10:00. But they don't. I called at customer care, they said they will deliver within next 2 hours. But they don't. After 5 hours I'm writing here again. Please help me to cancel the order and on refunding my money .

Updated by Karabip They placed my order in morning. They updated that they will deliver my order on 15.05.2021 means today with 8: 00 am to 10:00. But they don't. I called at customer care, they said they will deliver within next 2 hours. But they don't. After 5 hours I'm writing here again. Please help me to cancel the order and on refunding my money .

Big Bazar is cheating customers. I ordered some items but they failed to supply. Already 7 days has gone by, but nither I have the refund of my paid amount o any information of action taken regarding.
The concerned retail shop at Birati, from where the Items were scheduled to be supplied is rudely behaved on phone and denied to take any responsibility in this matter. I repeatedly mailed to their customar care but in vain.
I am in daze.
Using this pendemic situation and solitary helpless condition of society do they earning money stealthily.

I placed one online order at BigBazaar on 08-May-2021, with following details:-

Total value of items ordered: Rs. 2, 015/- (screenshot attached)
Mode of payment: Credit card (screenshot attached)
Offer: Rs. 300/- Cashback on order above Rs. 2, 000/-

Now my concerns are follows (before writing this mail, I tried customer care no. [protected] multiple times, but no answer):
1. On next day (09-May-2021), I received INCOMPLETE items of total amount: Rs. 1, 326/- only
[TWO bags of Aashirvaad Atta (Wheat Flour) amounting Rs. 689/- were not delivered].
2. Total refund amount Rs. 689/- not credited yet in my account. Pls update on this.
3. Rs. 300/- cashback not credited yet in my account. Pls update on this.

Today I ordered a baby product from Big Bazaar Banaswadi, Bangalore of worth 849.As schedule it should be delivered between 2 to 4pm.

But still now I m waiting, as I need it urgently I believed on their delivered policy but it is big disappointment.

I tried every possible way to contact them but couldn't. Please help me, I want my order as soon as possible, I need it urgently.

Really it is a worst experience to shop with big bazaar online shopping .

I have bought a Product from Big bazar on dated 9 May, 2021 and done payment through online and had set the time delivery slot which was showing same date delivery of s product, It was getting very late and I didn't get any notifications about tracking and process of the order as the product is needed urgent so I Decided to cancel my order and initiate my refund back but after I cancelled it, they still haven't refunded my amount back. But the status of the cancellation order says it's already refunded. Please try to get my refund back as soon as possible, Please try to understand.

Really Disappointed with the Big bazar as they are providing false information regarding delivery date and not giving the refund back

Instead of sending so much Email and repeatedly Try to contact their customer care team but no response received from their side

This has reference to order no. [protected]. This order was placed on 6th of May 2021 at Ashiyana Lucknow from BB Phoenix mall with a promise of delivery on 6th May 4 to 6 pm. But till date i have not received the order. I have tried calling the store but the number is not working. There is no update from BB as well . This is very frustrating and unprofessional .

I would require immediate action on the same. Either deliver the order or refund the amount

It has not been resolved yet as I have ordered 47 items and only received 40 items.

No one called me, I myself chased again and again for delivery. My experience is very pathetic from you guys that you are not even responsible for your work.

If in case items are out of stock then its your responsibility to inform us. Below mentioned items which I didn't receive:

1. Nivea gel body wash - Rs. 169
2. Cello Opalware 22 piece Dinner Set - 1199
3. Chinese assorted masala - 50
4. 2 Watter bottle H2O - Rs 498
5. Dustbin - Rs. 159
6. Care mate refill handwash - 90

Total amount to be refunded - Rs 2165

Looking forward to your reply, hope you will be proactive in this regard.

Let me know if you need anything from my end.

I had ordered few products from big bazaar on around May 4, 2021 and I didn’t got all the items that I ordered, so the coordinating staff told me that the amount for the same will get refunded.
Today it had been 10 days, after regular mailing and calling them I have not received my money back. Kindly look into the matter and take action against their unprofessional behaviour with the customers. This kind of fraud is highly unacceptable.

We had place the order online Amounting to Rs 1616/- of 23 items.
But from BigBazaar side one of the item of Classic Paneer 500 gm got cancelled and the refund amount of the same ie Rs 179/- has not yet been refunded, instead on the same day only Rs 2/- has been refunded.
How come 500 gm Classic Panner cost only Rs 2/- .
My Rs 177/- is still pending . Please refund my Rs 177/-
