It has not been resolved yet as I have ordered 47 items and only received 40 items.

Please find the order id[protected]

No one called me, I myself chased again and again for delivery. My experience is very pathetic from you guys that you are not even responsible for your work.

If in case items are out of stock then its your responsibility to inform us. Below mentioned items which I didn't receive:

1. Nivea gel body wash - Rs. 169
2. Cello Opalware 22 piece Dinner Set - 1199
3. Chinese assorted masala - 50
4. 2 Watter bottle H2O - Rs 498
5. Dustbin - Rs. 159
6. Care mate refill handwash - 90

Total amount to be refunded - Rs 2165

Looking forward to your reply, hope you will be proactive in this regard.

Let me know if you need anything from my end.

I had ordered few products from big bazaar on around May 4, 2021 and I didn’t got all the items that I ordered, so the coordinating staff told me that the amount for the same will get refunded.
Today it had been 10 days, after regular mailing and calling them I have not received my money back. Kindly look into the matter and take action against their unprofessional behaviour with the customers. This kind of fraud is highly unacceptable.

We had place the order online Amounting to Rs 1616/- of 23 items.
But from BigBazaar side one of the item of Classic Paneer 500 gm got cancelled and the refund amount of the same ie Rs 179/- has not yet been refunded, instead on the same day only Rs 2/- has been refunded.
How come 500 gm Classic Panner cost only Rs 2/- .
My Rs 177/- is still pending . Please refund my Rs 177/-

I ordered some groceries on 2/5/2021 at 11.24 a.m.The amount RS. 5119 was debited from my account.The order id[protected].After that at11.30 a.m I have cancelled the order.It was said The refund has been initiated.The expected date of refund 5/5/2021.Till now(11/5/2021) the refund yet not received.The delivery was from Diamond plaza, Jessore Road.Trying to reach customer care or store but not getting any response. kindly refund or I have to file a cheating case against you people.

Hello,
I have ordered two items from future pay on 8/05/2021, where one of the item was cancelled at the last moment and its status says that the amount of the item is refunded but I haven't received the amount on my wallet. And for the second product the status is showing as delivered but I haven't received the product yet on 11/05/2021. And there is no way to contact as the toll free number provided on the app is not connecting.
Now I just want to know what to do next??

I ordered some groceries via the Big Bazaar app on 6th of May. The date allotted for the delivery of the same was 8th May. On the morning of 8th, there was a update message saying that there would be a slight delay in the delivery of the order. After that day, no further updates were shared, the helpline given in the help section of the app is not valid and there was no reply to the complaints filed via the Big Bazaar app. The order was prepaid, amounting to Rs 3999.

It was supposed to be delivered on 6th May 2021 morning between 8 to 10 am. They never came to deliver order and status automatically changed to delivered on 7th May 2021.

Sir i have ordered grocery from big bazar on 29th apr 21 and it got delivered on the same day . At time of order the amount was rs 501 which i have paid via upi and on bill it was rs 472. The margin is rs 29. I mailed them 7-8 times to issue my refund but they are not initiating it . Basically the sold me products above MRP . Kindly look into the matter and help me to get my refund

I had placed an order with Bigbazar on dated 05/05/2021 for delivery of 7nos.items vide order ref. no. ID[protected] on payment of Rs. 1197.02.However on receiving the delivery on 06/05/2021 it was observed that 5 nos items having invoice value of Rs. 964.07 was supplied. Accordingly I have tried several times to contact them through customer care no. [protected] but in vain. I have also sent email to customer care in this regard but remains unresponsive.

The order #[protected] which was supposed to deliver yesterday is NOT DELIVERED from Big Bazaar Udupi. However, the status in the app says it is already delivered. And few of the items in the list has been removed from list but no refund has been initiated.

I totally understand that during this dire need all have resource challenges including staffs. But the online support is pathetic. The contact numbers are not updated or not sure if anyone is interested to attend. When an auto generated mail can trigger on trying to place new order, there should be someone to address grievances.

Kindly investigate and let me know the actual status of the order and status of amount that has to be refunded due to cancellation of items from your end.
