Ordered online groceries via big bazaar application. Expected date was 1st May 2021. Have not received the order still. This is frustating. Attached bill.

Yesterday, i have placed an online order, the amount got debited from future pay but later the order got cancelled and i have not received any information also not received any refund.

Customer care no is also not reachable.

I have place online order from the bigbazaar app with ORDER ID[protected] on 04.05.2021.

The delivery slot was provided between 6:00 PM-8:00 PM on 05.05.2021. The items have not been delivered and I want a refund immediately.

I have already paid for it and still did not get my order items

I cancelled 1 product from order . I pay with g pay. 1 product was cancelled it's refund isn't given by big bazaar.

Sir/Madam,

I am taking my grocery every month from big bazar from last 3-4 years regularly.

the phone no from which it is being booked it is [protected]

Now when I am trying to book i am not being able to do so because slots are not available. Is this correct. At times of crisis if I have to slog it out then what is the use of being a faithful customer.

Henceforth i would not be blindly booking from big bazar.

I ordered from Big Bazaar-Shipra Mall indirapuram Ghaziabad 2 May 2021 and i got a slot of delivery very next day morning between 7-9am and when i woke up to check the status it showed refunded complete order and i waited for a day but refund wasn't credit then i tried calling customer care and emails but im standing on 5th May'2021 i havent being credited my refund back. One its lockdown covid town we are also in fear of ordering then you can hold the refund for so long after mentioning refund. Some policy should be there atleast someone can plan accordingly. How can i cancelled my order.

I have ordered some products from big bazar buut they after tsking money online cancelled the order and now it has been 3 days I haven't got my money back.

I had purchased clothes worth 1746 rupees for the first time from big bazaar app and the order got cancelled next day but i didnot get any refund till date..i got cheated.I am attaching screenshot for reference.they dont allow cod cash on delivery i had paid through upi.

I have ordered some essential items today through BIG BAZAAR APP. As there was NO CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION so I had to choose ONLINE PAYMENT METHOD (UPI). The payment got deducted from my account but on Big Bazaar App they showed "Payment Awaiting", later on ORDER GOT CANCELLED.
~They DO NOT have a valid Customer Care Number in operation.
~They DO NOT have appropriate problem resolution system.
~Their app DOES NOT work properly.

I NEED AN IMMEDIATE ACTION & MONEY REFUND.

Hope all is well.

Getting no reply from the customer support, I am writing this to you for an early assistant on the payment issue.

Referring to the e-mail below, I have tried to add Rs. 2000/- to my Bigbazaar Future pay wallet however, the amount has been deducted and it is not reflecting in the Bigbazaar future pay wallet.

Even since, I am trying to contact the customer care representative on below contacts but there is no response or an acknowledgement on my complain.

This is a crucial time and we all are depending on online shopping for daily needs. There were some urgent items to order from Bigbazaar and now this has happened. It is quite strange that no one is available in the customer support to address my issue in such big company.

This is the first time of disappointment. I have read your terms and conditions, and I'm well aware that the customers are entitled to a full refund or reversal of the amount been charged.

I order few goods through big bazaar online app my money got deducted through BHIM UPI that was 799 but the order was not confirmed and it got canceled by them ..kindly return my money..

Dear sir, I make the payment of rs 1014 to purchase from big bazaronline on 11th of April 2021 8.43pm. Amount is deducted from my upi bank account but it is not added in future pay wallet. Please refund my amount to my upi account

I placed an order for groceries on 01 may 2021 with delivery being assured the same day. Even by 12 pm on 02 May 2021, the order still showed confirmed with bigbazar and processing had not started. All this when they claim delivery within 2 hrs. I cancelled my order and refund is showing as having been initiated but it has still not reflected in my account. I have mailed them for revert but received no response.

I had my order ready through Big Bazaar online app & proceeded to make the payment using Future Pay wallet. My money got deducted & the transaction failed. It’s been more than 3 days, I’d mailed Big Bazaar as well as future Pay but there has been no response. I also raised a complaint through the app & tried to call for support but no response whatsoever from anywhere. It looks like they don’t give a ### about their CUSTOMERs. I advise everyone never to try placing an online through Big Bazaar ever again!
