    In Mysuru city of karnataka state, I was the regular customer of Big bazaar and on advice from it's sales representative i have taken 2 big bazaar profit club cards of Rs.10, 000/- each but since last about 1 year the big bazaar at mysuru is closed with unknown reasons and in that place a new shop called smart bazaar is opened initially the customer care number of big bazaar profit club was working, whenever i call them they used to say big bazaar shop would resume at the earliest and now since last 2 months i am not able to contact even the customer care number.

    So please refund the balance amount of Rs.20, 000/- in the below big bazaar profit club cards within 15 days from the date of this mail otherwise a complaint would be lodged in consumer forum.

      Hi,

      I have been a long term big bazaar customer, but my money in my future pay app is not showing anymore now after installing the latest update. Balance was approximately Rs 300 when last checked.

      Also I purchased a big bazaar voucher for Rs 500, for which I have CODE **********2851 and 6 digit PIN, which is expiring on 21 Jan 2023.

      So requesting to please refund a total Rs 800 due to closure of big bazaar stores, as it is my hard earned money and need to urgently use it to cover family expenses.

          I havs an FD #[protected] booked with Big Bazar (FEL) from December 2019.
          Its maturity date was[protected].
          Now even after 3 weeks of maturity, FEL / Big Bazar / Home town / CentralMall group is not returning the amount.
          Worse still is that they are not responding to mails or not picking up calls.
          For a senior citizen like me, not getting hard-earned money back in time easy really bothering as I have many comitments for that.
          Please help in expediting the situation and resolve at he earliest.

                I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 10, 500 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now. You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get/claim our card balance amount. So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible.
