As per pincode nearest store 6km to me and I oredered and pay also but it couldn't deliver next day as telling me the long distance 12km which wrong and given me this reason store person, if big bazar not Interested to deliver than don't deliver but don't give wrong answer,

I was trying to purchase a few items From BigBazaar online today 1.05.2021, 13:00 pm, I gathered 30 things in my cart totalling 1496 Rs.,
As I went to check out and paid through my debit card, I found that Rs. 5996 have been deducted.
I contacted the Helpdesk who said that the amount is not reflecting at their end. Please see the images and kindly return the unlawfully grabbed amount.

I placed an order for groceries from big bazaar site on 28/04/21 from and paid online.My prepaid amount of Rs.2546.75 for order no.[protected] was cancelled from their end. When I tried to track the order on 29/04/21, it was showing that order has been cancelled and the amount from my bank account was also deducted. I tried to call them on customer care numbers, sent mail and many messages on their site regarding the same but didn't get any response from their side.

Updated by Vihang Indurkar I received a mail from Big bazaar that they will look into the matter and convey within 48 hours, but now it's been more than 3 days that neither they replied nor my money is refunded yet.

For my BigBazaar order[protected]
Paid an amount of 1004.50 using future pay wallet on 29/04/21. Order was successfully placed on the BigBazaar app and was to be delivered on the same day. After not being delivered I contacted the store next day (30/4/21) and they said my payment had failed kindly call future pay customer care. Future pay customer care number had a wait time of 90 minutes and then disconnected my call. On calling again it said, wait time 40 minutes

I had placed an online order (Order Id[protected] on 17-Apr. The transaction was authorised by the bank, however it failed on shop.bigbazaar.com.
As a result, I have not received the refund of the transaction. Request you to please look into the matter.

after 18 days though bigbazzar dont give me any response to my complaints i registered on thir different platform, the amount is refunded to me now. I dont know its automatically happened or because of my complaints over. Anyway Thanks . However I must say BIGBAZZAR customer care is very poor and its cost its reputation.Its highly unlikely i pay upfront for any items from Bigbazzar because of my experience

I bought a single seater recliner from Hometown for INR 17999, which was supposed to be delivered by 14th April 2021. When the order was not delivered I enquired on Hometown customer care as well as dropped email on their customer support email, 2 days later I got a call back telling me that they don't know why the order was not delivered and there was no communication on the same. Since then I am dropping emails and calling on their customer care for refund, but they are not replying, calling back and not giving me refund. Please help me, the order id is[protected].

I ordered form big bazaar lakemall on 18th April, it was showing expected delivery 18th April 6pm to 8pm. Next morning when I woke up to check the status it was showing delivered.
I have not received a single product. There in no contact details provided of the delivery persons.
How Willi receive my lost order?
I want my order any how.
Very unprofessional and unethical behaviour.
I never expected big bazaar would turn out to be like this...fake out and looting customer's money, giving fake promises and not delivering the product at all.

Worst experience.
If I don't receive my order I will be taking legal actions against the same

Such a big company and fooling customer service like thik in the nation will not be tolerated.

PLEASE DELIVER MY ORDER OR INITIATE A REFUND.

I ordered from Big Bazaar-Shipra Mall indirapuram Ghaziabad 2 May 2021 and i got a slot of delivery very next day morning between 7-9am and when i woke up to check the status it showed refunded complete order and i waited for a day but refund wasn't credit then i tried calling customer care and emails but im standing on 5th May'2021 i havent being credited my refund back. One its lockdown covid town we are also in fear of ordering then you can hold the refund for so long after mentioning refund. Some policy should be there atleast someone can plan accordingly. Pls initiate my refund asap Order No[protected]

I have ordered some vegetables and groceries online through big bazaar app, I received the delivery same day, but due to issues in item delivered all vegetables were spoiled and groceries was damaged, I returned the complete order at the same moment, I was told I will get the refund for your return order, I waited for the day, but still I had not received my refund.
