    I have cancel my order from big bazaar Vila parle mumbai which I have done a card payment of rupees 2057 yesterday 20 April 2021 I have message 3to 4 time through big bazaar apps where I have order I did not get any responses second thing is I have order another stuff which they have delivered they cancel some of my stuff and have not refunded the money for that as well Iam very disappointed

        I ordered form big bazaar lakemall on 18th April, it was showing expected delivery 18th April 6pm to 8pm. Next morning when I woke up to check the status it was showing delivered.
        I have not received a single product. There in no contact details provided of the delivery persons.
        How Willi receive my lost order?
        I want my order any how.
        Very unprofessional and unethical behaviour.
        I never expected big bazaar would turn out to be like this...fake out and looting customer's money, giving fake promises and not delivering the product at all.

        Worst experience.
        If I don't receive my order I will be taking legal actions against the same

        Such a big company and fooling customer service like thik in the nation will not be tolerated.

        PLEASE DELIVER MY ORDER OR INITIATE A REFUND.

        I ordered from Big Bazaar-Shipra Mall indirapuram Ghaziabad 2 May 2021 and i got a slot of delivery very next day morning between 7-9am and when i woke up to check the status it showed refunded complete order and i waited for a day but refund wasn't credit then i tried calling customer care and emails but im standing on 5th May'2021 i havent being credited my refund back. One its lockdown covid town we are also in fear of ordering then you can hold the refund for so long after mentioning refund. Some policy should be there atleast someone can plan accordingly. Pls initiate my refund asap Order No[protected]

        I have ordered some vegetables and groceries online through big bazaar app, I received the delivery same day, but due to issues in item delivered all vegetables were spoiled and groceries was damaged, I returned the complete order at the same moment, I was told I will get the refund for your return order, I waited for the day, but still I had not received my refund.

          I have ordered items for Rs.1273.65 to get cash back of Rs.250.00 and 100.00 for ordering online first time. But you have supplied items with Rs.121.65 only. If you are giving me cash back of Rs.250+100 it s alright. Otherwise immediately arrange to collet the items and refund Rs.1273.65 immediately. I am a senior citizen and very much hurt. Your immediate action is requested.

            As per there offer I did shopping of 2544 rs. on 11 april 2021. According to there offer I will receive 500 rs cashback.
            but all of sudden they give me 62 rs refund (estimate[protected] and now I am not eligible for cashback. from my bank account 2544 deducted.
            this is a fraud from big bazaar. I want my 500 cashback.

                They make fool by making profit club members, First they offer 12k rupees worth of shopping at RS 10k but hey want 10k up-front . seeing the offer lucrative I also get one .
                They seems to offering benefit first and I enjoyed shopping with it in first 2 3 months but real trauma came when COVId situation arises. I could not be able to visit their store due to locdown but when I got to visit their store in FEB 2021 then I came to know that my card validity is expired few month back. In scenario where even loan installment are being postponed by government they did not give extension of even 1 month to use my own money which I have already paid them upfornt.
                NOW there customer is also very pathetic, after multiple request to extend my validity they did not resposne for 1month then one fine day they reply (after calling their customers care number) that my card validity was extended but again expired. Wow there was no mail/message/call for this information and they are telling I can never use that money.
                BIG Scam.

                  I have done a purchase with big bazaar burdwan for amount of Rs. 1446.75 and paid the amount with my ATM CARD dated 25.03.2021 . But the amount of Rs. 1446.75 has been deducted twice for the same purchase. The amount has not been refunded yet.

                    In my profit club card Rs 1268 there.. without any intimation, they lapsed my money, made it zero.. though big bazaar having very limited product..

                      I went to BUGBAZAAR IN GAYA, the price is as MRP WHICH IS NOT SUITABLE FOR US AND TIME TAKING TO VISIT YOUR PLACE, I can get the same thing from the market at low price comprising to your product. I got unsatisfying and fell very sad after seeing your price.

                        My father who is a senior citizen (78 years) went to shop some grocery items from Big Bazaar Hiland Park on 06.03.2021 evening. For billing, he stood in the queue of Priority Counter (where senior citizens/pregnant women/physically disabled people are given priority). Since he was standing in the queue for a long time, he asked the cashier whether they are giving any priority to senior citizens or not. The cashier (Mr. Sandip Banerjee) very coldly said that they are NOT giving priority to senior citizens as they have shortage of staffs and quite inhumanly let him stand behind all other young and fit customers. My question is what has shortage of staffs to do with giving priority to senior citizens in the priority counter? It is basic humanity. What are the priority counters kept for if the cashiers are not even abiding by the rules set by Big Bazaar? I was thoroughly disappointed by the inhumanity shown by the staff. Kindly address the issue so that no senior citizens ever have to face such inhumanity at the hands of Big Bazaar staffs.

                            I had made payment on big bazaar online shopping website, there was option to pay via future pay, i tried other modes, but those were not working, so I added Rs 1173 in future pay wallet, amount is debited from my account but top up was received. I contacted customer care they future pay wallet is updated in 24 hrs. It was not updated in 24 hrs do I called again this time they told that it received in other a/c and not future pay so refund is initiated. I waited for 7 days but still no refund is received. Today they told to call future pay no. Which they never picked during all these times to get resolution. I want my money back in my A/c

                              Hello my Future pay wallet amount was completely wiped off on March 1st, 2021.
                              I was asked to deposit about 10K when I first purchased the card..and I was told that I will get the unspent amount automatically refunded into my account at the end of the term.
                              But then I kept receiving calls asking me to extend the deposit - due to CoVID - etc...I was also told afresh that the money won't be refunded automatically..some long drawn procedures were involved it seems. To my disappointment today my Future Pay App shows zero balance.
                              I have the number of one representative with whom I was talking to : His name is Naveen
                              His number: [protected]. (From somewhere in Phoenix mall, Whitefield..Bangalore) .
                              Can I hope to get back my money from these scamsters ..who collect money from customers with ease but give them a hell of a time to pay back what is rightfully due to them.

                                      Sir myself shersingh bearing profit club card no -[protected] is a loyal customer of big bazaar and frequently purchasing from big bazaar. I made the PCLB just before corona lock down and the coupons of 250 rs each which was supposed to be reedemed on fashion on order of 599 or more got expired and when the national lockdown was opened I approached big bazaar jodhpur but they did not listen to me and no fresh coupons were given to me . In this way I was cheated by big bazaar . Prior to issue of PCLB they used to promise so many things to do for me but now I am totally dissatisfied with big bazaar . So pls atleast issue me fresh coupons so that I should get What I am supposed to get. I[censored] will not do this I will not use big bazaar and PCLB any more and discourage everyone to use this.
