Their phone call recordings, e mails and payment receipt are with me. They have told that now I need to pay this amount and the rest I need to give after 1 month salary from Singapore. I need my money back. Future group, 401, Rajendra palace near New Delhi

I contacted same consultancy for a work permit in singapore, They asked me to pay 20K in before process and than 20K after 1 month salary in singapore but nobody responding of any emails and calls
Did same with me took 20K bloody cheats
I know 1 more guy we should meet and head to their consultancy

    i go to big bazaar ambience mall and pay by future card the cash counter guys says your card is expire and balance is zero.

    why my balance is zero and no information about card expire related message .

    pls help me to recover my balance.

          Hi,
          I am a regular customer at bigbazzar since last 10 to 12 years .
          Previously at bardhaman branch then at durgapur .
          This brand used to be the hearts of people for your stocks and customer service .
          But today I really feel ashamed of bigbazzar .

          The incident begins like this,
          Today my mom (shyamali samanta) went for shopping some of my sister's clothes (tops and pyjamas ) at bigbazzar durgapur (citycentre) . She was trying to choose the best of available outfits . When just for the shake to recieve a phone call, she was standing near a exit for better voice clarity .

          A mid hight man (5'5") wearing a specks, caught her and started telling her, that she is trying to steal the goods . They took her to a seperate room, and detained her for 20 minutes . Didnt even give her phone . After arround 20 minutes, they gave her phone to call me (I am her son, saptarshi samanta) .

          She was carrying a brown coloured hand bag and a shawl inside it for winter season .
          The bag was also identified in the cctv before she was entering bigbazzar, durgapur (near citycenter ) . Moreover the bag was having holes inside it, at it was quite old .
          And the shawl, as it was worn previously didnt have any tag .
          Still they said, she stole the bag and the shawl .
          At the humiliated her (cant even imagine the words they used to describe her), and charged both for the shawl and bag .
          When I arrived (as she called me due to a short of a few rupees ) . I asked them to verify the cctv footage infront of me, which they didnt show and quarreled .
          When I wanted to come tomorrow, to see the cctv footage, the didnt even give the bill . So that I cant not prove any thing .

          This kind of service was not expected from this reputed store .
          I think this incident has to be brought to light, as it should not happen to some one other .

            My Big Bazar Profit Club Card no. is [protected]. Due to lock down and corona pandemic I could not visit Big Bazar outlet for the last 7-8 months and even the Big bazar, Anand, Gujarat was seized by the local authorities for a long time as one of the Big bazar employee found corona positive. My Big Bazar profit club card had a balance of Rs.2851 but when I visited Bid Bazar outlet at Anand, Gujarat on 12, 01, 2021, I was told that my balance amount has been expired on December 2020. Looking at the lock down and corona pandemic situation company should extend the validity at least for 3 months.

            It is my humble request to credit my balance amount of Rs. 2851 into my Big Bazar's profit Club card as I am a very old & reliable customer of Big Bazar.

              've placed an order through your website and it was delivered on time but they
              have delivered "Wellberg vaccum flask set flask 500ML + Coffee Mug (2 Unit)
              combi set - with bag" instead of "Wellberg vaccum flask set flask 750ML + Coffee
              Mug (2 Unit) combi set - with bag. I also emailed regarding this on 14th Jan 2021
              and got the revert with Reference No: BB[protected]. Post that I've received a
              call from +91-[protected] on 14th Jan 2021 and they assured that the product
              will be returned and will refund the product amount. I tried to reachout on the
              same number multiple times but didn't get any response even a single time. Also, I
              followed up over email but they are also not replying.

              I am not able to figure it out that why this is happening. Today is 29th Jan 2021
              and still my problem has not been resolved. How many day should I wait for this?

                Big Bazaar accepted my payment(₹2500) for super saver voucher on 24th jan 2021 and told it to be delivered within 12 hours. After 12 hours i raised a complain to its customer service on 25th jan 2021 and the told that it will be delivered within 48 hours. Its been more than 72 hours and they haven't delivered the vouchers yet. Now also they are telling that the complaint is in process. I want my money refunded as this is a case of shear cheating. They shouldn't have accepted the payment if they aren't available to give the service on time.

                        Mere bhai ne 23/01/2021 ko easyday app ek offer dekha jisme indiagate basmati rice rozana 5kg pack jo tha wo flat 6 rs.ka show kr raha tha to wo mere bhai n order kr diya. maximum 7 pcs hi le sakte the to wo order kr diye aur baaki ghar ka kuch aur saman. total bill hua 882 ka...but mere paas wo deliver nhi hua...mujhe ye bataya ja rha hai ki wo rice ka pack deliver nhi kr payenge matlab nhi de payenge...cash on delivery ki thi mene...jis store pr ye online order gya tha wo h [EASY DAY KAMLA NAGAR] waha se mere paas call aaya ki ye system m error dikha rha hai isliye ye order nhi ho payega..but app se mene order kiya usme ek dum clear offer show kr rha tha ki rice FLAT 6 Rs.
                        Fir meri baat waha k SM, DM, se hui unhone bhi yhi bola ki ye deliver nhi ho payega aur fir mera order un logo n hi CANCEL kr diya
                        But m chahta hoon ki ye order mera poora ho jo mene easyday app pr order place kiya tha...isme meri koi galti nhi hai..mujhe jo us app m offer dikha wo mene order kiya to wo mujhe chahiye...order ka ek screenshot h jo m aaoko send krta hoon
                        Please mera ye problem resolve kre...without delay..

                          I have purchased one luggage bag on date 17.01.2021 in amount ₹2099/- from big bazaar, Ajmer(Rajasthan) And went to exchange that bag on date 19.01.2021.Initially staff was agree to exchange that bag, accordingly I have selected another trolly bag of amounting the same rupees, but afterwards they denied for exchange by stating that warrantee is issued already, no exchange will be done.I refused to take that bag back.And big bazaar staff rudely denied and didn't give any response.The bag is still with them.Kindly do needful.

                              Dec 31st 2020 In Big Bazaar Tiruppur, I paid Rs.5534.00 using GPay since it took more than 1 min to confirm the transaction the cashier at Big Bazaar told me the transaction is failed. When I said money got deducted from my account and he replied saying money will be returned to your account in 5 - 7 working days. So again I have paid the bill using my wife's debit card.

                              Today [Jan 15th 2021] - still I didn't receive my refund.

                                    I find recently that future retail is charging for personal accident insurance in each bill whatever be the billing amount.No policy was ever taken with Future retail and they gave no right to charge the customers.Who us interested in a policy of a losing concern and it is against public policy to charge unreasonably for the same.It seems they are trying to mint money this way and try to make up fir a part of their losses.Please intervene and get such charges stopped instantly

                                    Nothing refunded against the earlier bills but currently the insurance debits are being reversed in the same bills.What about the credit for the earlier deductions made by the future store in last month’s and January beginning bills?

                                        My 2 big bazar coupons simply deactivated ..out of 4 i took they intentionally deactivated 2 coupons
                                        They are not activating or at least they are not telling reason for deactivating. I jave raised Service Ref No. BB[protected] which they are closed and even customer support also not giving any solution.this absoluting cheating by big bazaar. Please dont beleive them.
