I made the payment for modular kitchen in December 2019 and the work has not completed till now and they are not even refunding me the payment on demand

Hi - I purchased a lounger from hometown in March 2020 but due to Covid it was delivered to me by the end of June 2020. I faced multiple problems regarding the product and raised service complaint as it's hardly 5 months since I have been using it - so I can say it's a very poor quality product. Last week while sitting down on one of the seat broke down again - hometown person who visited for checking on complaint told that the spring is broken and seat's foam is also settled down. He told another person will visit for repair but today I got a call that the person will visit but we need to pay for the repair.

It's hardly 5 months since using this costly product. Firstly, the product quality is so poor and now company is even denying to cover the warranty. This is openly cheating the customer.

Dear Team unfortunately I believe on big bazaar and bought a Koryo TV on Aug 2019 along with one year extended warranty. But since Sep 2020 I tried to contact with your team they came once and later went back even TV was not fully repaired then same problem again occurs but again I tried to contact them (Vikas Maheshwari) but he only postponed things. Later I reached Big Bazaar Inderlok store from where I purchased that TV on 28th October since then to till now I am in regular contact with your store team my TV didn't repaired yet.

I want my full money back within 24Hrs as you guys are constantly mentally harassing me due to this.

I also lodging complaint against you in consumer forum.

As I can attached only one image thats y I am going to attach your store receipt.

My invoice got wiped out . So i need Duplicate invoice for the invoice number[protected] dated[protected] from Bigbazar, ameerpet.

I bought a leather jacket in october 2019 but when i used this product 2 or three times ..
this product is fully damaged ..
the quality of material is very poor ...
the leather of jacket is damaged easily by just rubbed by hands without forcefully...

I bought a bajaj mixer grinder gx8 on 26th january 2019.now i am having some issue with the mixer and now it needs to get repaired but as the big bazar bill ink gets erased within few days so now the.bill is of no use hence i needed a new bill but big bazar refused. Please help me to get the duplicate bill from big bazar so my mixer can be serviced within warranty period .

Hi - I bought few clothes for my daughter from Big Bazar Asansol - Galaxy mall on 22nd nov 20. One of the pants which I bought turned out to be little big for her so I went to exchange it today. Unfortunately I lost the bill, but the tag on the cloth was intact but still they refused to exchange the item without bill. I have membership with Big bazar since long and I provided my phone no to look into the details in the system. But still they refused to exchange the piece stating they can’t do without bill as per policy. Pls help resolving the issue.

I had been to Big Bazaar in City Centre Mall, Lawate Nagar, Nashik today (24th November 2020) Since I have known about this issue already I raised a concern at the customer care about the additional charges being raised for carry bags. While the carry bag had their branding over it. I also did show the manager the list of complains for the past years. He denied accepting anything and straightaway said that return the bag and I will refund you the money. This was rude enough to not fight over this issue. I had to pay as I didn’t get any extra bag along. But this is clear harassment of charges of 20rs additional to the shopping that we do.

This is my request 4th ref. no. BB[protected]  dated 08/08/2020 12:08 for getting refund of remaining balance from my Profit Club card as per your policy and its been 10-11 months now and I still not received this refund.

You reply as request has been actioned while No action is taken.

I shopped for more than 15 items and was charged 7077.60 which with coupon got discounted to 6077.60.However the receptionist lady had included a credit note of 849.70 but took the same cash amount of 6077.60 which otherwise would have been 5228.I have been charged for about 850 rupees extra. I want my refund back

Fashion Big Bazar which is situated inside Thrissur Shoba Mall, Kerala, has charged me 12 inr for a carry bag which is heavily advertised by them. It has been advised by the consumer court that charge should be made only if the carry bag contains no advertisements.

I visited the BB store at City Junction Mall, Near ISBT, Dehradun on 1st Nov'2020. I purchased Lemon Squeezer Big from that store costing to Rs.195. The tag was almost torn. on reaching home, when the tag was opened, the purchased item was not working properly. The very next day, I emailed the complaint at [protected]@bigbazar address along with the cash memo and in response to my mail, I got a reply that someone from BB will contact me within 24 hrs. I am regret to say that till date, I have emailed 3-4 times to BB but all the time I am getting the auto generated mail. I request you to kindly instruct the concerned authorities to contact me to resolve the issue and refund the amount of Rs.195 to my account.

I had a profit club membership with over Rs.1600 balance. I couldn't use the card for a few months due to covid lockdown, and when i went to use it they said my card expired, and i lost all money.
There is no expiry date printed on the profit club card, neither they sent me any notification sms or email.
They keep sending useless offer notifications, but didn't send any notification saying my card is due for expiry.
I feel They deliberately did so that people lose money to them.
I want my money back.
My profit club is registered with mobile no. [protected].

I bought one shirt from fbb through online payment did payment using phonepee unfortunately due to some internet issue order was not placed but got deducted twice...

Regarding the issues I have raised complaint with their customer care team..with ref.no.BB[protected] dated  12/10/2020 18:43...still I have got any resolution so far

I paid for my order at Fashion Big Bazar in Nagpur with YONO SBI app amouting for Rs.977 but the executive at the counter said the payment was not processed but the amount for the order was debited from my account.

I don't have any communication related to expiration.

Where is my money, I need it back on my card.

Issue – lot of emails, Twitter but still no reply- But Complaints Closed – How It Possible –

1) From my town you out let 50 Kms – there is no any railway / Bus / or any other transport facility to go to outlet.
2) You have not credited my Future Pay Cash Back – which is expired in Lock down period – Your Outlet also closed .
3) Even last week in your outlet no any products / material – Colgate / Maggie, Tomato sauce, Tea Powder Society / Red /, Ghee – How use my Profit Club Card in last 7 month
4) My Big bazaar voucher from HDFC Credit card – expired due to Cloth outlet not working – from June to as on date no extension
5) Profit Club card have balance but not able to use – from my Number [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected] – is it expired ?
6) My Sodexho Card from [protected] Rs 30, 000/- Not able to use for Grocery.

Pls reply at the earliest, else I has to put the call recording to media – showing Big Bazar only Brand
