I had shopped online from big bazaar in this lockdown period. My payment was made using personal debit card. A few items were cancelled by the shop due to their unavailability. It has been more than two weeks since i have contacted them about the refund. They keep telling me i will receive my refund within 7 working days. Many 7 days have passed. Pathetic fraudsters. I will have to escalate this matter because during such covid-19 crisis, this is not at all acceptable.

    Yesterday I purchased several grocery items from Hiland Park Big Bazaar, Kolkata-700094 vide invoice number [protected] - 25 dated 27.04.2020. In both the invoice several items rate was charged above the MRP amount. So please do the needful accordingly and returned the excess amount you have taken from me immediately before going to further at your door.

      I have bought shirt on 18.02.20 from Big bazaar situated at Aura Mall bhopal, on display counter they showed 40% discount but at the time of billing they dont give that discount and cut amount from discount coupan of fute pay scheme.

      After that they called for explanations but there is no any responce till now.

        I placed an order on big bazaar for home essentials through the future pay app on 18th april. I haven't received it yet (22nd april) i was told that i will get it by 19th april. They cancelled some of the items saying that they are out of stock. I emailed them to cancel my whole order and refund me a total of 2220 (My shopping amount). However, they said my order cannot be cancelled as it was in transit. This company is a fraud. I want my refund!

              Rates are higher than local bazar for sugar, groun nuts, oil
              As per government declaration, every food, groceries should be easily available for each and every indian at actual price though it is lockdwon.
              Some shopekeepers raised rates in their shops. They local but big bazar is reputed company. It's a brand. Many ngos and other denominations come forward for helping indians. But in this bad situation big bazar should come forward.

                My order number is[protected]. I raiser this order on 11th of april via big bazaar online and paid. On 12th of april they canceled few items as unavailable and refunded.. That is ok.
                But on 14tha i recieved a message that my order is delivered which was so confusing because i did not receive any order. I raised a complaint via email and calling customer care. They say that they can see my order is still in transit however in my app it was showing delivered. I asked them to cancel my order and inititiate refund but nothing is happenning. They are looting people in this difficult situation. And nobody is listening. I am tired of calling customer care as they put us on hold and never speak. Can somebody help here? I have recordings of calls too.

                    I have ordered yesterday[protected] few items on shop. Bigbazaar.com (Rajendra chowk store) and i have paid rs. 2078 online and today[protected] was delivery date. I was tracking the status of my order. At 12:44 pm it was packed and i was waiting for order to be delivered and at 4:39 i received a message that your product has been delivered. I just got shocked that how is it possible??? Without delivering product how big bazaar shows that your order has been delivered???

                    It is very shameful for a big brand like big bazaar. I am attaching my order details kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                        I am reporting a fraud on my profit club card. Following three fraud transactions have been made on my profit club card number [protected]:

                        [protected]:08:27:25 4924 fb-new delhi rajendra place mtro station rs 1005.
                        [protected]:09:03:34 4749 bb inderlok rs 2806
                        Following is requested from big bazaar:
                        1. get the transactions investigated. Request you to provide the images of ccd camera and the mobile number recorded for the above transactions in the big bazaar electronic database. 2. i am able to access the card account on my mobile and can do the transactions using the otp generated on my mobile. as i have lost the card, block the profit club card but not the online/registered mobile usage. 3. as soon as the thief tries to use the card again, kindly catch him and notify me. Take necessary steps to catch the thief who is in possession of my profit club card. I have a suspicion that some employee of big bazaar/food bazaar is having my profit club card in his possession and using my card balance every month for the transactions.

                            I made an order of rs 4418 including delivery charges of rs.150 on 08/04/20 of groceries on big bazaar. While packing of the items some out of stock items were removed and the order amount reduced to rs.2813 including delivery charges of rs.150.
                            The delivery charges increases with the order amount. For order amount less than rs.3000 they charge delivery charge of rs.75.
                            My order amount reduced after packing of the product but the delivery charges did not reduce.
                            I complained several times to big bazaar but i did not get any refund of the excess delivery charges that i was charged.

                              I had renewed 2 of my bbpc cards in march and got 2 rs.250 fbb vouchers against the renewal to be redeemed by 30-4-20 but due to lockdown can’t even step out for these non essential purchases. The police is catching hold of people who are stepping out of their homes and filing a case against them. One such case was filed against us already. I talked to the customerxare just now and the executive manisha who talked to me said that the dates won’t be extended for the vouchers and that the lockdown might end before.
                              She kept on arguing even though i said that how could we go out for redeeming the vouchers at the time of lockdown in the country but she didn’t understand. I wrote a mail to the company but no resolution was given in the e mail except that the contact centres would be open from 10am till 7 pm
                              Really surprising that the company doesn’t understand that how can people go to buy garments at the time of lockdown in the country.

                              Wrote e mails to customer care and talked to helpline but they are talking illogical-vouchers relate to fashion big bazaar which are all closed and the vouchers can only be used to buy apparels or footwear-only essentials are available at big bazaar

                              How can one expect us to visit stores during lockdown and big bazaar stores are open from 11-4 and that too few-the Shakespeare sarani fbb is nearby but it is closed perhaps all Fbb stores are closed as per government orders

                              One can see on the app and website of big bazaar that no Fbb stores are open or Fbb section of big bazaar open at all-all are closed as per government notifications for only essentials to be dealt with.
                              Please request the stores to extend the validity of vouchers for not less than 3 months

                                      [protected] I placed the home delivery order and made full payment online. But the order is not delivered. Very bad service. In such situations if the promise delivery is not happening that is not at all expecting.

                                      Haven't yet received my order, and why was the item cancelled, when I placed order the items was displayed why then on the app portal ???

                                        Today i visited kundalhalli big bazaar. Due to shortage of staff there was billing issue with vegetables which i reported to store manager of kundalhalli big bazaar!

                                        He started shouting and talking unnecessarily which lead the conversation to a different direction, the argument became so heated that i had to call police at ur store to warn him.

                                        My question is, is this the way u teach ur employees to talk to women. Never faced this at any store of big bazaar. I appeal you take strict action against this guy. Mr dilip kumar the store manger!! Waiting for your call on this
