Friday my mrs visited the shradha mall bigbazar gulbarga at 5:10 pm, they have denied her entry because of the temperature showing in thermometer 102f. She rushed to house in panic and checked her temperature it was 98. Till today she was testing her temperature. She is under fear of her health.
You people disturbed her mood.

    We purchased many products from big bazar metro mall kalyan and found the jaggery we purchased has fungus in sealed container. As in this situation we cannot go back to big bazar. We hope the products you sell in big bazar are quality checked. We trusted big bazar and now found this negligence. We believe your playing with health of your customer. I have also posted photo of the product. I want you to revert asap.

      Hello guys,

      Pls suggest on below issue.

      In this life treating situation big baazar is selling products above mrp

      This is the 3rd time i have experience hence expressing this on social media.

      We never check our bill's hence it is a habit for this big giants to cheat on they customers.

      I brought cheese with offer price of 165 per pcs and was charged 200 per pcs, i was charged rs.90 extra which we might ignore but it should stop...

      Pls share this story and suggest of we can stop them is anyways.

        Hi team,

        My name is harshwardhan resides in bhayandar west. Pin - 401101.

        As you aware due to corona all stores are closed. And we are finding it difficult to get neseccary food items.
        When i got to know that dmart is allowing to shop only grocery on coupon basis, i went there to get one.
        Same time i saw bigbazar was opened in maxus and allowing people to shop so i thought to get necessary items without waiting for tomorrow.
        After i picked all necessary items i reached to billing counter and there i found i did not carried my wallets and cards as i was only going out from home to get dmart coupon.
        So i requested to suggest if there is anyway that i can make payment. Then he told me about future pay app. I was not getting it hence i requested staff member to help me or guide me so i can add money and i showed him my phone. He misguided me to add money into central brand wallet and later he told me & manager of the store (Chirag bora) that i did not see since the mobile was not in my hand and was in opposite direction. He adviced me in so casual way that "it's okay sir, you can use that money in particular store later". He didn't even realized his mistake and not even other staff. All were taking his side like staf[censored]nion. When i insist to repay the money they all misbehaved and used abusing word (Chutiya) to me and said, "you can do whatever u want to". They were not talking with respect. And when i mentioned about consumer right and power, "they told we are not scared of anyone" and they were almost came over to my body.

        Something i got to know and i was shocked after hearing it. That the reason why they are being so encouragingly arrogant is that they have a union i. E. Almost 200 staff members, and management is helpless due to the fear -
        If they goes on strick then who will work?

        I dont remember the name of the staff members who were misbehaving and abusing. But i know the name of manager i. E. Chirag bora, such a humble guy. He told me that sir if you cannot utilize your money to central then let me know i'll use it and pay u cash after corona case ends and situation gets normal. But unfortunately i cannot wait till that since we are middle class people and for us every penny is important.

        I would like to make two request.

        1- take strick action against such staff members so no other customer gets abused and misbehaved in future. And also people stay connected with bigbazar.

        2- please request to repay my money as i spent twice i. E. One into incorrect wallet and one to pay the bill.

        Amount was 1500.

        I hope atleast here my complaint will be entertained and acknowledged.

          I visited big bazar bhangagarh guwahati dt. 27.03.20.
          I was standing for fruit packing after 5 mins the packer told me for the queue the other way (Please see footage of cctv fr reference).
          When i confronted one other staff came shouting and started heated argument with me threatening to throw me out of mall.
          I will rti if i don't get explanations.

          Hi, because of Coronavirus we can not go out.. I need some groceries.. and they have provided a number for doorstep delivery. Different numbers for different areas. I’m trying to call on the howrah ones from yesterday and they are disconnecting my calls.

            Hi,

            My debit card was charged twice incorrectly by bigbazaar and I raised a complaint with them. However they are not being responsive and have asked us to contact the bank. How will the bank rveerse the transaction??? This has to be reversed by bigbazaar. The customer service is very bad and not really helpful.

            Please can someone look into this and help us get a refund.

              Today i went to my nearest big bazaar at kharagpur for buying the essential groceries. While billing at the billing counter, i saw, people are buying groceries in a huge stack. There was a man shopped of ₹25, 000. There was another young man, who filled two shopping trolleys with groceries each of 20-25 in quantity.. Sugar of 23 kgs. All i just want to say is, now in such an epidemic crisis due to coronavirus there should be a notice put up that every customer is allowed to buy only 2 packets maximum per bill.. Coz buying in such a huge quantity leads to black marketing in which the resellers are selling in double or triple prices..& strict actions should be taken against those who won't abide by the rules.
              So it's my humble request to put up such notice & instructions for all the customers so that everyone should get their needed groceries in proper quantities & also to stop black marketing in this coronavirus epidemic outbreak

                I have buy koryo led from home town amanora in extended warranty. After facing technical issue with led log a complain to ew team, and they are given solution of replacement. Now i have ask home town to replace my led they said that our warehouse change. This data not available with us.                   I am regular customer of big bazaar. I had done shopping on 23/01/2020 and paid the amount in cash. I lost the purse where i kept the bill. I went to the big bazaar shore where i had done shopping and asked for the bill. They refused to give me the detail and said that that they have only data of one month.
                  Now i have to give the expenditure detail. I am helpless and confussed please help me by providing the bill as soon as possible.

                    This complaint is against guwahati gst road big bazaar. They are charging hefty rs18-19 per carry bag from the customers. Since we are buying products from them they must provide with free carry bags to all customers. They also dont have right to check the ladies purse while entry security check. The security person will put their hands inside the customers purse and see all the belongings and this is not right. They have the alarm system then why peeping into customers purse.

                      I went to Big Bazaar Highland Park outlet Kokata yesterday on 8.3.2020.
                      I have purchased an item Loreal Retouch dark brown. But, the item was not given to me inspite of billing done. I request you to resolve my issue so that I get the item from big Bazaar upon going there. I have attached the file.
                      The behaviour of the staffs including the manager was ridiculous. I hope for s suitable situation.

                      Manager jimit of big bazaar at sukhadiya circle udaipur want to give favour to his family member and give notice to wind up that shop to a old man of 74 years running his shop from past 8 years.It is a serious concern cause a employee want to give favour to his family member and making down of company reputation.
                      We have cheated… It happened for the first time with us… We are very sad

                        This complaint is against mr abhimanyu mahanty, representative at big bazaar kharagpur. He initially denied to accept gift vouchers as payment for some items i bought. Then he forced me to buy an additional item by misleading me about the cost of one item (Dj &c trouser). The cost was 999 inr and he told it is 899 inr. But he made the bill for 999 inr only. He took 899 inr for a srishti kurta priced 599 inr. We checked all these after coming back to iit hostel and again had to go to the shop for the cashback. Who is responsible for this? when we went to the customer grievance centre, mr ranadip sarkar, mr sukanta das and mr dilip agarawal behaved very rudely with us and denied to accept any responsbility. They harassed us very much. i had to spend 400 inr as my conveyance fees and i want that as reimbursement from your side. When we said about this to the commercial manager, he simply denied and behaved very badly.
                        I want an urgent solution to this issue or else i will be forced to take this to social media and consumer forum.

                          I had bought an air-cooler from big bazaar mysore on 06/03/2020 l, later when i checked it, i received a defective product from them very next which is today when i went to them with the product they checked it for 1hours 20 mins later they refused saying they can't replace the product, at the first executive told me that he will check & replace the product but in the later part he changed the whole sinareo & refused it, they have wasted my time & money by selling the defective product with false marketing strategy.

                            It's really inconvenient for customers to wait in queue for getting things billed on time. Evey time the billing counter are closed and one have to wait in queue for more than 1 hour. N they give the timing of billing counter person is late so we can't open billing counter. N when we are standing in queue the closes the counter and say you have to join the other line from starting. They open big bazar at 11 and the person at billing counter had given time of 1 pm. It's better to open the shop after 1 instead of 11. You want maximum number of customer to visit and you dont provide services to them. There are old peoples and ladies with kids waiting in queue for more than 1 hour.

                              Yesterday i visited the big bazar on-road (2547) patna branch and at the service desk counter i got disappointed with the services of employee and also no attention towards the customer from the service desk side.
                              I had purchased one dinner set and visited the service desk counter for gift wrapping and i have to wait approx 45 minute for delivering my item and also getting harassed with the services. No one of that service desk are attending the service they were busy in his work.
                              I assure that from next time i will try to purchase with local shop so that i will get proper response from sellers side.

                              Very poor service.

                              I purchased lipton green tea - honey and lemon (25 tea bags) on 2nd march 2020 from big bazaar faridabad near sarai, the MRP was mentioned 145 on that pack, but big bazaar executive marked that as 150 when i saw the bill after reaching home. I have attached photo of the bill. You can see. How can a product be priced higher than MRP?

                                Recently we encountered an incident at big bazar. We received a voucher code of 3000 in our email and while shopping we confirmed that can we avail that code, all the respective members agreed to availing the code but it was then during the time of billing the cashier told us that the code cannot be used.
                                My issue is that even after seeing the voucher they said that you can use it and redeem it
                                And during the billing time we got to know that it cannot be redeemed. Our purchases were done on the impression of this code.
                                We felt cheated through this luring code of yours.

                                We made the purchases beyond our limit under the impression that 3000 can be redeemed and after getting the confirmation we did all the shopping.

                                And after showing the picture to your staff and getting the affirmative answer that the present voucher is applicable and getting the response that off will be given and during the payment all the things were different and a different version was shown to us that the present voucher has been redeemed and this fact was never brought to my knowledge at the time of purchasing things so this leads to fraud and cheating committed upon an innocent customer by frauding him and forcing him to do the purchases beyond his limit and extort money from him.
                                If the matter is not resolved within 15 days then i shall be constrained to knocks the doors of court / consumer court so that a customer is not lured by your fraudulent advertisement shown on emails

                                  I bought premium quality dates from big bazaar store from viviana mall thane west today. It has packaging date as 01/2020 and expiry of 1 year from packaging. When i opened, i found that all date are with fungus on it. It has very bad smell. It is not in eatable form at all. There were lot of boxes on shelf. Ikindly look into it and solve this asap.

                                    Humne 8000 rs ka saaman diya hume aisa kuch nhi bataya gaya ki 5× or 10× shopping karoge to hi ye rs 8000 ka discount milega humne kai baar pata kia lekin aisa kuch nhi bola gaya agar aisa bolte to hum saaman nhi dete sirf ye hi bola gaya ki aap jo shopping karoge usme ye 8000 ke coupon yaani 8000 rs kam ho jayenge ye to big bazaar ke store mein jaane ke baad pata chala ki in coupon ko istemaal karne ke liye aapko 40000 ya 80000 ki shopping karni hogi... Ab hum kya kare itne rs hum kharch nhi kar sakte humaare bas ki baat nhi h ya to 8000 ke coupon ke badle 8000 rs do ya humaara saaman waapas karo...

                                      On 23rd feb 2020, I have order a Refrigerator with model G 260 L3 Star Frost Free Double Door Inverted Refrigerator (GL-N292DDSY, Dazzle Steel) from Big Bazaar GIP Mall Sector 18 Noida, .I have paid the money for this 3 start Refrigerator .

                                      they have delivered the 2 Star Refrigerator instead of 3 star. I request them to return 2 start and delivered the 3 start for which i have paid but i did not get any response regarding it.
