Hi, my wife went to purchase reversible belt on 21feb 2020. Two staff said belt is reversible. While billing asked to show/confirm it is reversible so staff asked to go to csd desk. Csd staff shown irritated attitude & called other staff. Another staff a lady started instructing it is for gents. When replied it is known, she shown irritated attitude. Seeing her attitude reaction, my wife said to leave it. Then she reshown attitude & said ok, don't purchase as she was not worried if customer is happy or not & product is sold or not.
Staff are deployed to help customers, not to show their rude attitude.

I visited big bazar of malad west mumbai on 16.2.20 wherein i was denied check of formal shirt. I was told that shirts in shelves are from company and cannot be opened and checked. However i was told to check from similar shirt and size. How can i check the shirt i required to check with different design? The person at change room rejected and when inquired with floor manager they denied that i cannot check the shirt i requested bcoz of above mentioned reasons. When asked if any rule or something is there i was answered that it depends on them to allow or not. The attitude and behaviour is totally un justifiable. Pls check why such services is being rendered. Few months back i went where it seamless shirt sample check and staff was cooperative

I have purchase wellberg 2 pc travel set from easyday in ambala city but the water in the bottle does not remain hot as per the feature and there is also 1 year guarantee so i want to replace these bottles these bottles have a double wall vaccum flask keep hot and cold beverages for hours but unfortunately when i pour hot water into it then after some time when i want to drink water then it does not remain hot so please replace it as it has a gurranty of 1 period

Here, i bring to your notice that your staff from panvel division (Orion mall) are misbehaving with customer. I purchased ‘safola toal ‘ five lt. Oil can, on which 1lt. Can is free. After making payment for whole bill, i asked for that free can at customer care. The person refused by saying its not available, started making arguments, spoke arrogantly, made misbehaviour like abusing etc.
I hope you would take serious action against it

My bill no 18535 dated 15.02.2012 at 15:22:32. I have purchased 1 pc vip blue from bigbzar birati. Initially at the sales counter i was informed price with 60% discount but billing was with 55% discount. When i protested i was told that there was change in the discount % which the sales counter was not aware of. Meanwhile, another customer who had purchased similar luggage was leaving the shop, i inquisitively checked with him the discount offered. He confirmed that 60% discount has been offered. I came back and protested but your staff didn't accept my version. By this time the other customer had already left. Later on i had given my feedback through the link send by your office. I have just received a call. The person who spoke to me instead of addressing my problem kept on asking why i didn't take his bill and that he is not in a position to check from the system whether uniform discount has been provided to all customer today. When i said i am not satisfied he replied that he will keep on calling me till i close my complaint. Perhaps he was trying to threaten me that if i don't close my complaint he will harrass me with repeated calls. Now i have two complaints :
(1) please confirm whether all the customer has been offered same discount on luggage on today's date.
(2) i will be forced to move to consumer court if i am harassed by repeated calls by your team

I have been trying to connect with the hr of big bazaar allahabad to know my pf number as i have been the ex-employee against the emp code 20737 from june 2006- dec 2009, however, the team is very insensitive. Every time i get a reply that please share your details & you will get a call back from hr.

Just that i need to get the pf number linked with my existing uan & i don't have the pf number available with me. Please help me to connect with the right person who can help me.

I got insulted at the trivandrum kesavadasapuram big bazaar today as the exit alarm rang when i walk past through the pillar. I strongly felt ashamed in front of other customers when the sales men check my bag. They couldn’t find anything not in the bill. They haven’t said a word of apology. I need to get apology and compensation for this insult i faced today around 6 pm. Otherwise i would go to court for further actions.

Hi, this Nasrin.on 9th feb, I shopped from big bazaar, forum mart, Bhubaneswar, they charged my amount twice from my debit card, when I complained about it they said it’ll be return within 24hours, but the money haven’t so I called big bazaar helpline no they said I have to file a complaint in my bank, so I called up my bank and. File a complaint, but still my amount is not returned, it’s been already 2 days

At big bazzar chinchwad we are facing issue due to not having baby pram in proper condition. I have discussed this issue with management three to four time but they are not taking the proper action on the issue, last sunday also i had visited big bazzar chinchwad but i am shoked to see that pram is not replaced or properly maintaince done.

I think big bazaar is not going to maintain proper customer satisfaction level with there behavior to ignoring the issue.

Kindly take necessary action to resolve issue.

The cheese cube i bought from big bazaar's vile parle east branch is horrible in taste, it's already perished from inside. Instead of getting the product which falls under the expiry date it has lost all of it's quality, taste and has received fungus. This is the second time i'm facing such type of issue. Frustrated customer. Will never buy anything from them.

We have given order to home town marathalli bangalore in april 2018 for our interiors. We paid amount of rs. 173336 as booking amount in april.2018. Total project cost is 636000.
Home town promised to complete the project within 45 days of booking as it will. Be factory made and modular so accordingly we shifted to our new home.
But our sufferings started
1. They took more than a month to give us designs and then their designer left the job and new joined after a long gap we kept in asking them but it started delaying.
Finally discussions started with the new designer and to our surprise they increased the amount of quote to approx 2 lakhs more when asked they said sqfeet increased but when bought them to site it was not there.
Some months gone in this finally when we proved the quote was finalized.

Then they stsrted bringing vendors to complete our project 5 to 6 vendors visited but again time gone in this after a gap of moths 1 vendor was finalized and work started in oct 2019 at a very slow rate but
Then to our surprise big fraud came up we were cheated all material at our site which was fixed was duplicate. Fraud was done.
After so much mental harassment of 1 and a half year we got fraud.
On nov 4 they took their material back and promised to restart the work quickly but again their work was delayed and before nov 15 they took 100 percent payment and our installments started for the product which was not with us.
Even then the rework was not started.
Carpenters used to come 1 day and 2 days off some time no carpenters dmfor 1 week..

And every time new set of carpenters more than 23 carpenters came to complete our project. What quality i can expect.

Ultimately the project which i got is worst in quality not according to designs which i approved.

In this period of 2 years the harassment and mental agony which my family have gone through cannot be forgeted throughout my life.
They have spoilt my dream home.

I have purchased an item from their outlet at dibrugarh assam on 08.02.2020 whereby they offered me a discount of 40% on mrp (Rs 699). After discount it's price simply ought to be rs 419.40. But to my surprise they asked me to pay rs 440.38. While enquired they replied that 5% gst has been charged on the discounted price and i have to bear the same.
This act surely amounts to unfair trade practices and cheating lakh of coustomers in an indirect means.

For the past few months, the product that we get in big bazaar vile parle east is of poor quality.
1. Stayfree sanitary pads were completely soaked in oil. But the seal was there.
2. Ektaa jaggery we bought was completely melted.
3. Mothers recipe biriyani masala was well within the date, but the last time pack caused severe allergic cough for all the members in the family.
4. Most of the atta packets are having holes made by a pinprick.
5. Yesterday i bought a besan packet i checked the entire packet for any leakage. It was full proof. But after checking out the packet was leaking. The helpers who put the products in the bag should be trained better.
6. Today when i needed help with a gate pass and people were standing queue to collect and leave their bags at the security checking, the lady over there was too busy messaging on phone amidst which she even let people take their bags inside without checking.
I usually purchase groceries coming up to rs. 6000 every month from big bazaar.
Recently after these incidents, i'm unwilling to buy. We see several new staff. I believe the old staff was better.
I still have faith in the service rendered by big bazaar provided timely measures are taken to check these mentioned above.

Standing since 10 mnts, none of them are in the billing counter... This is ridiculous in part of service. And not tolerable... Any ways it opens at 10am but customer waiting for long time... After asking security, they say, have gone foe tea break... Store just opened and they are already in tea break... This system has to be changed...

I Have Purchase the Dant kanti tooth paste vide memo no 0415490 dtd 09/11/2019from Big Bazar Seawood mall that have a MRP INR 40/- but they have charged 42/- in memo.

I have brought to the notice the same to Big Bazar Customer care but they have not taken any action on it.

Therefore request to look into the issue provide adequate relief in favor of consumer.

I have recently purchased a jacket from big bazaar. The jacket was listed at 2299₹. I checked the lable it said inclusive of all taxes. Since it was some offer there, big bazaar was offering the jacket at a discount of 50%. So the price should be 1149.5₹, but they charged some 6% gst extra over the same and made the bill to 1209 ₹. I paid the money and went to woodland to check for the same. But no extra gst was charged there. I have all the original receipts to prove my case. Please settle it at earliest.

I visited the market on 4th february, 2020, around 2:00 pm.. I repeatedly called for support for the female staff near women casual wear section. Both were too arrogant.. One was busy gossiping with other fellow staff and other was busy roaming around. Despite of calling them numerous times they weren't ready to do there job. Too arrogant behavior from this two ladies. If you check the cctv from around 2:30pm to 3pm, you will get to know everything.. Too disappointed from your service..

I visited today at janakpuri new delhi outlet around 2:30 p.m. and tried to purchase tea, handwash and bread but my experience there was awful and horrible firstly their so called express counter was working extremely slow and wasted lot of my time and when they started my billing to my shock santoor hand wash having 99/- mrp was billed at 189/- and tea having 25/- mrp billed at 28/- I immediately raised the concern but in vain as the billing staff was blank on it, he referred me to customer service who kept announcing the staff from concerned departments but no on cared to turn up I even spoke to a senior person name not know who went to billing counter and then disappeared and after a long wait seeing nothing is going to happen here as every one there was either careless or helpless I left after wasting my hour there.
I am totally disappointed with this inconvenience and horrible experience I had today and will never visit any future group outlet and try to instigate as many as possible to do the same.

I bought santoor gentle handwash, costing ₹99/- as it is visible on the packet too but when it got billed it costed me ₹169/-. Big bazaar charged me ₹70/- extra for the same.

Similarly, many items showing an offer price costs different price at the time of billing.
