I bought groceries and some other items today from big bazaar Phoenix united lucknow.
After paying bill, I came home and by comparing with bill, I found that one item that is desi ghee is missing in bag. What can I do..It's worth 235/-₹

Home delivery goods are suppose to get delivered in 30th but till today 1st feb it is not been delivered

Bought a woolen cap on 25 Jan but after purchase i found it defective. Went to return on 30 jan but staff said we don't keep defected pieces and were very rigid. At last they didn't returned the cap and i had to keep that defected cap with me. Everyone trying to say that I had torn the cap and it's my mistake why i had bought a defected cap. Very bad experience...

Sir/madam have buy whirlpool elite fully automatic wahing machine from bigbajr guwahati fisrt have select samsung after that one sale boy suggest me whirlpool washing machine and have purchased that product when have unbox machine one preson come to me for dem after that we start washing bt the problem is now that this machine run very slowing while washing my cloths stay in same position jaise maine dhale and waise rah jate hai after that is launched complain to service center and they also unable to find the problem y machine is running slow in ever mode i want to replace this machine bcoz fist time by bigbajar trust have visit from 200 km to guwati for buying this machine have each amd every detail with me even transport bill also hope u can understand my problem bcoz m not so reach have buy this on emi for my mom bday gift and she is very disapoint frkm my gift

Dear Big-bazar team,
I am Savita, one of the loyalist customer o[censored]r brand. On 25th October 2019, on the occassion of Dhanteras, I purchased a Wellberg non-stick kadai. I had used it hardly but its handle of glass cover broke off. Today when I went to your store in Patia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha...they said that since its not cover in warranty we can't do anything.
Now, tell me its hard earn money and with so much of trust, we go to Big-bazar to shop. It should be brand duty to see that customer are not cheated in this manner. I don't know wellberg brand but I know Big-bazar as brand. I only want the cover of my kadai to be replace or repair (whichever is possible) so that i can use it and my trust remain intact. I hope you take it on urgent basis and solve the issue.
If my matter is not sorted out, then i will go to consumer forum and raise complain against big-bazar only as i trusted the brand.

I have purchased garments worth 22000 on 26th of january 2020 expecting an offer as mentioned but the cashier named chandra shekar who worked on the apex floor of central panjagutta behaved utterly asinine. He commanded me to sort out my garments according to the kind of brands and offers. When i asked him if he can’t sort it out through scanning he did it in rude manner and spoke nothing about the offers and cut my talk abruptly. I am sure central won’t be able attract customers by employing such ill mannered employees and with obscure ambiguous discounts.

Big bazar it park nagpur, counter no. 10 not done billing properly. They give priority to back counter customer rather than que customer and executive behave orogantly. They said this is the electronic billing counters without showing any instructions bord and and done other customers billing between que customer and behavior of counter person is so orogannt

I got a present from my brothers son, who came from malaysia, two 46 size linen shirt by djc for rs.1049 each, on1st jan.
As a young boy, he did not care about keeping the bill and the msg. Sent to him, because for malaysia he changed the sim also. On 14 th jan, i tried it, to my surprise, even though the tag shows 46, it know where near size 40, after pongal holidays, i went to big bazaar, arcot road, vadapalani, chennai, a and contacted the in charge, and showed my 46 inches colour plus, shirt and the 46 size which
Was bought from big bazaar. I told him we want to exchange it for something else, even if the prize is higher, but he refused saying no bill, and no exchange after 15 days, which i exceeded just by a day, as i am out of town.
Our mistake
1. Loosing the bill
2. Thinking it will be size 46, we can wear it for a function like mahara sankranthi.
The djc, the manufacturer, cheated us by tagging the size of the shirt as 46, which is false.
Hope you will do justice to my complaint.
It is new, all the tags are in fact..
Hence i request you give instruction to the person in charge to exchange it for some other product.
Hope you will act fast and reply me at the earliest.

I purchased for 1369rupees. I forgot bag go carry all those things and they charged me for bag 19 rupees. Is that fare?. I asked them and they said it is chargeable. I asked again that i purchased for almost 1300+, why don't you give it to me. They said chargeable. What can i do sir. Normal people also suffering for this issue. Sometimes we forget and go there for shopping. Government said that don't collect parking charges but they collecting for that also. I am just mentioning.

Please help me to punish big bazaar and give my money back sir.

This is to inform that i have purchased some items from big bazaar, esplanade metropolitan building, 7 jl nehru road, kolkata 700013.in the bill it is mentioned 3 packs of dark fantasy but after unpacking at home i saw that there was only 2 packs. This type of behaviour is unexpected for such a big retail shop. Packaging should be done with more care!

They provided me credit note of 629 as i exchanged my profuct.. After that i purchased product of 479 and then again credit note of 150 was issued to me... Yesterday i went to big bazaar and now they are denying to use this credit note by saying that use it only where you have exchanged that item.. Not in any other big bazaar... This is really disgusting.

Hello, i purchased in 22/01/2020 sabse saste din a pack of turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder in offer buy 2get 1 but price of half kg turmeric powder is 130 and price of 1kg is 160 why big bazaar making fool. I want to exchange but there is no any option for exchange then what i do. There is lot's of difference between half kg price and 1kg price but i there is only only difference of 30rs. I want to exchange this.

I bought a golden harvest urad dal of 500g at big bazaar, malleswaram branch bengaluru.. The mrp mentioned on product is 72 rs., but they charged 100rs on the bill, without checking bill i paid the amount..
But after checking bill at home i came to know the cheating done by big bazaar..
I asked the big bazaar customer service about this but they are not responding properly..

I have lodge a complaint i had issue in tv screen, service man vivek came to check it and broke the tv panel, since one month i am following up with big bazaar ameerpet branch, big bazaar customer care and big bazaar consumer complaint no one is responding, i need resolution. Its 55 inch, kroyo (Big bazaar brand), stop cheating customer and resolve it, before i file case in cusomer court.

A manager named xamank trivedi in big bazaar rajkot has borrowed money from me last year for his necessary needs..â 

Now i am asking him to return my money but he is barking that take your money on 1st of next month...
When i called him on 1st of month he don't picked up my call...

This routine is being since 5 months..
I am tired of this # so called cheap service from your manager...

At big bazaar futurgroup is providing cash back offers on some products. From last 2 months they are cheating customers by this method. They r not giving any cash back for what they display in shop. This way they r cheating us & taking higher rates than market.
Example they had not given cash back for tr. No 75470 memo no 0125549 dated 04/01/2020.
Rs 56 is not added to my future pay registered mobile no [protected].

It is constrained to note that your all billing counters are not functioning during week days/ sometimes in week end. I bought the dated 09/01/2019 in big bazaar, ground floor, db city mall, bhopal. But after half an hour in the line of the billing counter after purchase, i was told that your profit club card is not being paid yet, that is why your bill has been hold; please pay the hold bill from another billing counter of profit club. Please do it with the card. After this, ongoing to the other billing counter, we were asked to wait for the bill to show the hold bill and the billing counter staff started to bill the people engaged in the second line. After i have billed one to two people, the employee of the billing counter was requested to please take the trouble of getting my bill paid as soon as possible. But i was unheard of by the billing counter staff along with my younger sister and her three-year-old girl for shopping. Along with me, these people were also worried for an hour, first in the line of the billing counter and later waiting for the payment of the hold bill. After some time, i and my younger sister left the big bazaar and left with her little girl. This is the exploitation of customers by big bazaar. Which cannot be tolerated? Time is wasted and mentally tortured. Whose loss should be replenished by big bazaar, ground floor, db city mall, bhopal or put our point on the platform of consumer protection. I am aman malhotra, your regular customer having many profit club cards with me & my family. I have purchased a renowned brand buffalo leather jacket from your jagadhri yamunanagar bigbazaar outlet in february 2019 on 30% off. But i am really dissatisfied with the product because i have used this product only 2-3 times in last winter but in this winter when i am trying to use it again in start of winter season then this product becomes useless to me. It's leather going to scrap off. It looks like a rough & 10-15 years old product. It is useless for me. I have already complaint & returned the product in your jagadhri outlet in november but they are not solving my issue regarding the same. I want perfect solution regarding this issue as soon as possible. It's really a bad experience for me to take branded product from your outlet. So please being a responsible seller you have to solve my problem as soon as possible. So that i will not loose my faith in future on your renowned outlet bigbazaar. I am a customer of big bazaar from almost 20 yeras. Here I am sharing my worst and sad experience.

Recently I visited big bazaar Banashankari katriguppe branch. I made a purchase worth Rs.8000. I also have big bazaar profit card. Among the products on of the product, ladies skirt worth Rs.1500 had 30% discount. But it was not mentioned in the bill. I checked it and asked customer care but they behaved rudely and did not give the discount. I waited almost 20 minutes holding 2 kids one of them is a small baby who was very hungry and crying and finally got very disappointed and returned the skir
I visited again for exchange of a kids shirt. There again the same customer support person purposefully made me to wait and he kept on attending others who came after me.

On date[protected], i have purchased some products from big bazaar. When i was verifing my bill with product details tag at home it is observed that big bazaar was charged to me more then mrp. When i have contact with big bazaar customer care about this he was say that this error to be rectified soon. But till date no rectification done from big bazaar end.
