      Brand Factory Online — Refund not yet received
      Dear Sir / Madam,

      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, Shoes & Accessories

      The issue that I have experienced was: I had order cloths on 01 May2022 which are delivered by 08 May . After requesting return, the product are picked by 20 May. But till now refund is not credited in account. Total refund amount is 2400Rs

      It occurred on: 20/05/2022

      Please refund my cash to orginal account

        The unused amount of INR 7000/- is not refunded, neither any action is taken up by BIG bazaar.
        The customer care support number is non-responsive, and e-mail is bounced back every time.

          Future Group has not paid me the matured amount of the FD. The maturity date was September 25, 2022. The email id and the contact number in the FD receipt are not working, sent multiple emails but received no response yet.

            Money in the wallet gone

            I have loaded the biz bazaar wallet in future pay early this year, after my last transaction rs567 was remaining in the account. After a month or so the news of big bazaar discontinuity came. I wasn't able to shop with that amount on the app as well. It showed app is under maintenance. I opened the app to check my wallet balance few days back to see i could use it. But the wallet is not available and my money is also lost. I check the app...

            I had made fixed deposit with Future Enterprise Limited under cumulative scheme with Rupees One Lakh only on 07.12.19 for 3 years through online. The FD had been matured on 07.12.22.
            Then I mailed to FD department, but there is no response from them. The customer care no also is not working. I urge to FEL Management to credit my maturity amount to my bank account immediately.

              I Lalita Koli, employee Code:154469 PF A/C no:MH/212480/10498. I had work with future Group from 2009 to 2015. I have tried many times online to activate my UAN but i can't due to wrong personal details updated in my PF account. Kindly look into this matter and try to solve this problem please see attached my salary slip and another documents.

                Hi Sir, This is to bring to your notice that we have spent around Rs.10000 towards the Profit Club card (linked to my number - [protected]) in the month of February 2022 at Bellandur Central mall Big Bazaar. We hardly spent any money from this Rs.10000. At that time there was no clue to us that Big Bazaar would be undertaken by Reliance.                       I am facing the same problem of not able to get refund for the profit club card, i have sent multiple emails and even connected with customer care. They have asked for my Pan card & cancelled cheque which i have already with them. Now, there customer care number[protected] is not working and emails are failing for [protected]@bigbazaar.com. Please help me.

                      Also [protected]@futuregroup.in email is not working.

                        I have taken BigBazaar Profit club card for Rs 10000/- (Ten Thousand rupees) and it still has 8 months of money which is still unutilised. Since Big Bazaar is permanently closed request you to please refund my unused amount as promised. Awaiting your quick response.

                        I SHALL WISH TO CANCEL MY PROFIT CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD AND TAKE THE REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT, BUT NO CUSTOMER CARE NOR THE EMAIL OF BIGBAZAAR IS WORKING.

                                Dear all,
                                I had invested ₹2Lakh for 3yrs as physical fd in Future enterprises Ltd known as big bazaar on dt. 17/10/2019.
                                Maturity amount will be automatically credited in my linked yes bank account as per received mail on may 2022 . But no amount credited.
                                No will response on mails. All mails of company trailed. Customer care number also not in working. Corporate office phone not pick up.
                                My daughter's future money is blocked .
                                Kindly do something for this issue.

                                    My "HOMETOWN" order number[protected] was placed on Oct 24, and till date they havent delivered my order, it was supposed to be delivered on Nov 3.

                                    Each time they are giving new date but item doesnt get delivered, also they are not refunding my money even though item has delayed by more than 15 days. This looks like a scam as they have no grieviance redressal mechanism or nodal officer.

                                      I've been a member of the Big bazaar profit club last year and this is very unfortunate that I've not been able too use my profit card balance and the card still holds full amount. I've requested to initiate the refund policy for my balance of card number ([protected]). There still hasn't been any response, the customer care service is also unavailable.
                                      Please look into this and respond asap.
