Have brought this from big bazaar exhibition road patna 2 months ago after paying 1999 rs and after using 5-6 times this is what happened to this, is this the quality product you are selling or we are fools buying clothes from big bazaar at this price. What should i do for this. Should i file a complaint in the consumer court or you will get me a help resolving this. I am totally fed up with this and don't know what to do. Have me the solution.

    This is to inform you that today i have been to big bazaar is sadan hyderabad branch and i had to wait for about one hour for billing, i went to one counter waited for half hour and they said system error is there go to next counter and after waiting for another half an hour in another row he too told there is system error
    Kindly look into the matter as there is no proper supervision and the billing agents are not capable of good communication

    I was charged Rs 24 for the carry bag. I visited the shop on 26/9 in Gowel’s Mall, Kandivali East.
    I ordered redmi 5a and the order got cancelled but i have not refund even after many months . I have called them a 1000 times and every time they say it will come but it doesnt . I ordered through their online department

      I purchased groceries from big bazaar, on 2/10/19 memo-[protected]. Out of which there was cheap quality rice inside hmt 10kg bag. I used the groceries for a festive occasion (Dussehra). I came to know the quality of rice after when it was cooked & served to my guests, rice quality was very poor, i couldn’t able to change the rice menu from the dine. There are so many high level personalities including local mla were my guest. The quality of rice served hurt me morally as well as psychological.
      When i complained this matter with rest amount of rice to the chief admin. Of your branch could not solve my problem. To solve this whether i will go to police station or consumer court. As i am a profit club member i’m facing difficulties so many times in your bb fbb etc.
      So try to solve my problem as soon as possible and give best service to customer.

      My problem was solved by chief Admin.of BB Mr.kar. He gave me another original HMT.Rice, 10kg.today 9/10/2019.thanks again.
      My another request that, kindly upgrade all the software to avoid delay in payments, billings, barcode reading etc, we are facing problem when deducting amount from future Pay/profit club wallet accounts.

At the time of cutting the bill, the cashier said to me that did i want to take the bag i said yes, he said than 20 rs extra for carry bag i said to him that the carry bag is free i saw in news last he said no in big bazar carry bag is no free u have to pay rs 20. He said that 20 rs will be refund to you i[censored] return the carry bag to us after cross the gate. I told them how will i take the good to house than, they said we dont know.

          Today i go for shopping and i shopped for around 4000inr and items are too many, i am asking for big carry bag but the customer desk support say it is not available and we didn't provide you. They misbehave with me and say if you want to purchase the items then you have to buy 3-4 small carry bag for the items. It is possible to one person carry 10-12 kg items in 3-4 carry bag.

            Poor quality service and packing bags availablity very poor assistance from staff and floor counters.
            Sh prashant sharma the so called floor manager was so rude even after complaining forget about apologizing he didn't even acknowledge the lacking, extremely poor quality packing bags making customer stand out in sun after billing, poor parking assistance
            Its a huge put off we are never going to visit big bazaar again and going to spread this poor experience allover.

              I purchased the following items from big bazaar kalkaji metro station under the offers scheme valid from 28 sep to oct 2, but didn't get the cashbacks as per the offers.
              1.2.25 litre frooti bottle at the offer price of rs 70 and future pay price of rs 44 (Rs 26 cashback). I didn't get the rs 26 cashback
              As per the offer. Tax invoice number is: [protected] date of purchase 28 sep 19.
              2. 700 g kissan mixed fruit jam bottle at the offer price of rs 165 and future pay price of rs 132 (Rs 33 cashback). No cashback was given to me.

              I have contacted future pay and big bazaar customer care units a number of times and sent them emails giving proof of the bills copies and the offers. They are not acting in the matter and trying to be very smart by making excuses like their servers are having technical issues, wait for 2 to 3 days and sometimes not responding at all. They all are crooks.

              I did not get the exact email address till now where I could post the details. Even in the complaint, tax invoice number is enough to fetch the details if the concerned is honest and wants to resolve the complaint. Similar excuses were posed by the Future pay customer care whenever I contacted them for the issues. I conclude that the benefits have not been given intentionally and the concerned is not bothered about the customer.

              Future Pay offers are all scams and made to lure the customers by giving fake cashback offers. So meanish and crooked is the management that they can't provide even the small credits when dishonesty is in their mind.

              PayTM, PhonePe, FreeCharge and Amazon Pay are the reliable and trusted wallets where one would definitely get the cashbacks if these meet with the conditions. I trusted Future Pay and rather shocked to have a horrible experience with this wallet

                I needed a job and i was applying for jobs on quikr.com. The above-mentioned company about whom i am complaining. They called up me on 09/08/19 and said me to come up on 10/08/19 with 1200 rs which is refundable after 1st month salary. I went there. They took 3400 rs from me. 1200 rs for icici bank new account open which i didn't know. On the same day they said that they will send me offer letter.in evening, while i was in bus, i received a call from number which has been mentioned in receipt. He verified. The next day i called up that madam she said that she would confirm after talking to her sir. But she didn't call me back. Again i called her then she said her sir is busy in meeting and also said that ur offer letter would be sent to u this week. But i didn't receive. I needed a job badly. Now they r saying wait upto 30/09/19. When i said her that i will complain against them. She disconnected the call instantly. I can't wait much more days. Its not easy to sit at home. I thought that they would provide me job very soon. I think they r fake. Please help me as i have given money to them. Please take strict action against them.                       The cashier named Bivas Mondal harassed me like anything at baghajatin Big Bazar.I was standing in billing line he was talking with a customer who is on hold.Then he started billing after the first person was done next i came.Again he was talking with the hold customer then 10 min gone he was telling them about their points and all.I asked what is going on he said you wait this family has purchased many thngs the bill is 10k .Then i said yes so what.we i am in the line why dont you do my billing he said again we have to serve valued customer first.Alomost after 25 min he was then also speaking ...then i called the customer care.And lastly i have complained the matter to the floor maneger.
                      felt quite humiliated as the person was telling things as if he is the servent of that particular family.I never felt so humiliated in any future group.As if we dont have money no value He has purposely misbehaved.I was standing with my item at night alone for the billing.I want an written apology from that particular person.I was alone my driver was waiting outside and i have to rush back home as it was too late.

                        I purchased 3 kurtis from big bazaar college road nashik, out of them 2 kurtis of shrishti company were of faulty low quality material, that i came to know after alteration. I just tried for 1 time and it got torn off. So i went for exchange but the exchange person of that department denied to exchange and told me to see during purchase itself. He told exchange is not possible after alteration. The problem is the quality of cloth is very low that i came to know after alteration only. I could have faced embarassing situation in public after wearing that low quality kurti just wearing on 1 st day.

                          Hi i am harsh jha i had gone to do shopping on 1.10.2019. Suddenly while doing shopping i lost my mobile phone and i went to customer service and told them about that and that person on customer service ask my number. Then the phone was with him and he started shouting at me that why you irresponsible guys comes to our store, you don't know to keep your belongings. And then i and 5 to 6 customer started replying to him. Then he started asking for self attested id card xerox and phone papers are given at the time of purchase who the hell carry that with him. Then he started saying that don't come to our to destroy our brand name. After that i have provided them the xerox by traveling half km from shop and coming back. After that he told me not to come to us if you lost your belongings next time and if possible don't come to our mall to destroy our brand name.

                          After that i have not to take anything from big bazar then i thought to see by complaining against him. I and my family are shopping from big bazar for 6to7 years now and we purchase everything grocery to clothes for puja and other occational event. Our family shift from one city to another very often. Yesterday was the worst which i never thought of.

                          Not acceptable big bazar.

                          Please take action on this. And if i ever see this i will stop shopping with you and i ever see him in that mall i will stop found shopping...

                              Hello! This is a complain about food gully shop by big bazar at virar west branch of big bazaar. (Dist palghar, western sub urban). I am regular customer of food gully and i visit every day. The food is so qualitative and tasty. But now days der is always cut off of tea. When our ngo program was there i offered cup of tea to our members and guests but so many day gone but tea is not available there. Only coffee is available. So i request to look in to this whenever i ask to manager they tell me there is a shortage of milk. But coffee is also made of milk. So i have doubt there is something happening in the team of food gully cause everyday they tell me any random reason. Shortage of milk, shortage of tea powder, shortage of sugar, machine technical issues and other but they don't serve tea at all! So please it's my request to you verify the team of big bazaar, virar west branch of food gully. What was actually happening there. And when will they start to serve tea! I hope you will understand the situation of tea lovers and also mine! Thank you!

                                I priyankar majumder, customer of salt lake big bazar, west bengal for almost a decade. Today as usual i went told store for shopping. Unlike other weekends and for upcoming durga puja the store was over crowded and there was huge a mismanagement in terms of managing customers standing at billing counters. I have only two items so i was standing at one counter which having a lesser number of customers. Suddenly one man came and shouted at me and asked me to leave the line as it’s was a priority wing. I asked the reason so he said"kichu asubidha ache" which means there is problem and forced me to stand in a different counter.
                                He i's failed told explain why priority counters are there and also unaware that how told behave with customer. Even he instructed the personnel assigned to the counter to not to make my bill. Even held behaved badly with my wife as well. How a male employee can behaved so bad with a woman.

                                I am astonished by knowing that you people are hiring such half educated and untrained people at your esteemed organization as employee. Now onwards i have decided not to visit the store again and also conduct necessary campaign at near by localities and also at social media regarding this incident.
                                I shall be highly obliged you kindly take necessary actions against these employees.

                                  Service manager behaved badly and not allowed purchased item to drop in car parked within 30m opposite to store. Despite request having small kid in lap i have carried heavy items. This manager named prabhakar having no shame and no service attitude at all. How can such people given job of manager customer care?? Request action please.

                                  I bought a Colgate toothpaste pouch and they gifted me a hundred rupees off movie voucher but after registration and payment they don't reply. In terms and conditions they tell before 2424hours off show time they call and confirm booking and give tickets through email or sms but they don't.

                                    I made a purchase on 10th august 2019 from your big bazar store-kolkata-sealdah, vide transaction i'd [protected] for rs.3681 or more.
                                    Till today neither i have received any credit in my future pay nor any cash back.
                                    Unfortunately i have lost original bill.
                                    I had been to your store at sealdah but they refused to give me duplicate invoice.
                                    They said since payment has been made by future pay so i should lodge complaints with future pay online.
                                    I have lodged my claim number of times, but every time they ask for invoice number, which i am unable to submit.
                                    Please let me know what should i do.
                                    I am a regular customer of big bazar.

                                    Please look into this and direct your appropriate department to do the needful.

                                      My self and my family purchase goods from bib bazaar for many years now.
                                      But my purchase on 30.08.2019 has resulted in double payment.
                                      Ref : tax invoice / bill no. [protected] dated 30.08.2019 for rs, 1414.49 issued by bib bazaar, rbi layout, bangalore.
                                      Payment collected twice as follows:
                                      1. By using my sbi debit card rewards point 5657.96 (Equivalent to rs.1414.49) debit reflected in my banks point statement.
                                      2. By use of my sbi debit card for rs.1414.49 (Debit reflected in my sb a/c)
                                      On bringing it to their notice, i was told that one of the transaction will be cancelled within 48 hours.
                                      When it did not happen, i complained and the rep at the big bazaar took photographs of: 1. Invoice for the purchases made, 2. My debit card, 3. Bank statement showing debit to my a/c 4. Banks points statement - showing debit of points. He promised to reverse one of the transactions by 16.09.2019.
                                      Till date, i have neither received any refund to my a/c nor re-credit of points in my a/c.
                                      I request to take up this grievance for refund of the double payment collected.

                                      Express checkout counter at the Infinity Mall, malad outlet is inoperational and employee at cash counter was rude when asked about it. This particular employee billed another customer with only 2 items out of turn but was later rude

                                        There was no ac or fans in all three floors in the banaswadi branch of big bazaar. It was impossible to shop in the second floor. Some of the clothes were wet because of the sweat on the clothes tried by previous people which leads to unhygienic situation.
                                        The floors were stuffy and smelly because of no ventilation since there are no open windows or doors anywhere.
                                        This has to be addressed asap. We spoke to the manager but he gave absolutely no response and not a word. Just a plain answer saying it was “cost cutting”.
                                        Do consider this as a urgent change to be implemented and changed.
