    Dear all,
    I had invested ₹2Lakh for 3yrs as physical fd in Future enterprises Ltd known as big bazaar on dt. 17/10/2019.
    Maturity amount will be automatically credited in my linked yes bank account as per received mail on may 2022 . But no amount credited.
    No will response on mails. All mails of company trailed. Customer care number also not in working. Corporate office phone not pick up.
    My daughter's future money is blocked .
    Kindly do something for this issue.
    All pics you have required are available.

        My "HOMETOWN" order number[protected] was placed on Oct 24, and till date they havent delivered my order, it was supposed to be delivered on Nov 3.

        Each time they are giving new date but item doesnt get delivered, also they are not refunding my money even though item has delayed by more than 15 days. This looks like a scam as they have no grieviance redressal mechanism or nodal officer.

          I've been a member of the Big bazaar profit club last year and this is very unfortunate that I've not been able too use my profit card balance and the card still holds full amount. I've requested to initiate the refund policy for my balance of card number ([protected]). There still hasn't been any response, the customer care service is also unavailable.
          Please look into this and respond asap.

              Hi, My FEL fixed deposit is got matured on 22/Oct/2022, after the maturity the amount suppose to be get deposited to my registered bank account but there were no response from them, when I tried to send emails to their corporate and fixed deposit team, there were no response to my email, even I included Kishore Biyani email id(looks like he has undergone). Currently all their contact numbers are not working and their website feedback form is failing with server not found issues. Looks like this company is in solvency and not repaying any fixed deposits amounts, I went to the place where I took the fixed deposit and contacted the same employees who use to work for the BizBagar, now this has turned to Reliance Smart. No one is responding.

              Its unbelievable that BizBazar, Future group like companies cheating to people, please can some one guide how to complain to RBI or SEBI for such issues. Where to complain for this kind of issues.

                  Dear Sir
                  I was member of big bazaar profit club, my BBPC no is [protected].
                  Big bazaar outlets in Kanpur were closed almost six months ago. I’d ₹9000 still balance in my wallet. I sent mail to Big bazaar help line as guided by big bazaar representative but I didn’t receive any response not refund of money. I again mailed to the company but again no response received from the company

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I bought Big Bazaar profit club membership card in the month of January -February 2022 and from March 2022 all Big Bazaar outlets started closing
                        Reliance smart point has replaced Big Bazaar, but this card is not working there, I had also talked to Big Bazaar customer care in the month of April 2022 and the Big Bazaar executive told me the money will be refunded to the source account, but till date I have not yet received money back.
                        Big Bazaar had done fraud with us.

                        I want my money back which is about Rs.10, 000/- (Ten Thousand )

                                  I have invest future group fixed deposit 31/oct/2019 but the maturity amount is still not credited to my account. Tried reaching the team but none of the customer service number are working and mails are also not working
                                  Visited big bazaar which is now converted to smart point bazaar but the official say they have no clue. We tried reaching other partners store but all of them are closed ( brand factory, pantaloons etc ). My amount is struck.

                                      I had more than INR 20K in Futurepay’s Bigbazaar wallet (in three of my Mobile phones) and more than INR 5K in the Bigbazaar Profit club card No.[protected] when the Bigbazaar store suddenly closed without any notice in February 2022. The Store were forcibly taken over by Reliance Retail who later opened the Smart Bazaar stores replacing the Big Bazaar Stores. But these Smart Bazaar store do not entertain my claim to either use the balance in the Profit club card or the Future pay Big bazaar wallet. They say that they are not aware of any such card or wallet. This is a very customer unfriendly behaviour exhibited by Reliance Retail Company. I am not alone facing this issue, there are numerous customers of Big Bazaar who are currently under going the trauma of harrasment meted out by Reliance Smart Bazaar Stores. Through this forum I urge Reliance Retail Management to behave in a customer friendly manner and help the loyal customers of Big Bazaar to get back there unspent money in Profit club card and Future Pay wallet. That way Smart Bazaar store can win the loyal customer base created by Big Bazaar. Affected people have already started to boycott Smart Bazaar Stores and it is only a matter of time when all reliance stores will see lesser number of footfalls all over the country. Non customer friendly acts on the part of Reliance Retail will only lead to its downfall sooner than its expectations. I also urge all members of the public who have lost their money due the forcible take over of Big Bazaar stores by reliance to raise their voice against the monopolisic attitude of Reliance Retail in whatever way they can so that the corporate house is compelled to give back their hard earned money. It is better to sponsor the neighbourhood grocers and other merchants who are having a lot of human touch in business unlike these rich Corporate Houses like Reliance. No Rich Retailer can survive if public at large boycotts it.
