I brought items from big bazaar in which one of the items was a set of beer mug and in that the beer mug has been charged twice .

The Beer mug set was priced at 199 however they have charged it twice due to which i have been charged more.

I am attaching the bill and other relevant pitcures of the product.

Please look into it at the earliest

I have warranty card but i haven't purchase bill and now my bag need to be repaired for that i need same duplicate bill of big bazaar of date 26/12/2017. Name on the bill is mukeshbhai patel. Please provide me with the duplicate copy urgently.

      I have done purchase of more than 19000 from big bazaar jankapuri delhi out of which i have returned one luggage of 5250 because there was network issue they issued me credit note instead of future pay and said we will adjust and now i came to know that its only for one month and they are not compensating and why should i be harrased after this, i have called customer care so many times visited the store they are so rude and inprofessional dont even know how to talk and handle customers . IF THERE WAS NETWORK ISSUE THEN WHY SHOULD I SUFFER THE LOSS, I AM LOSING MY PRICELESS TIME ATLEAST YOU SHOULD TRANSFER TO MY FUTURE PAY SO THAT I CAN USE WHENEVER I WANT WHY CUSTOMER SHOULD BE HARRASED FOR YOUR STAFF INCOMPETENCY AND MISTAKES????

        I purchased safari shoulder bag on 03/03/2018 from big bazaar, pink square mall, adarsh nagar, jaipur 302004. Due to some damage in the bag i want to replace/ repair it as bag is in the 18th month warranty period. I have warranty card signed & sealed by big bazaar, but unfortunately i have lost or misplaced the original bill of big bazar as it was a long time to hold the bill carefully. For duplicate bill i have contacted bb, but they unable to provide me the duplicate bill as saying that they don't have the records more than 15 days.

        So i request to you to kindly provide me the duplicate bill of that bag purchase or if any kind of confirmation document/certificate from bb so that can be use to avail the warranty of the bag.

        Please sir, help me, you know that it is very difficult to hold a bill carefully for a long time...

          Yesterday while checking out of the big bazar at jorhat at around 1800 hrs, the security stopped my son due to false alarm. He accused my son of wearing new t - shirt (Alleging replacement of old with new without paying). It was very embarassing. However we got my son checked thoroughly to the satisfaction of the security man even we continuously told him that it was alarm. I hope to never visit bb at jorhat again due to useless personnel working there & rotten systems in place.

              Dear sir,

              On monday i visted big bazar at r city mall ghatkopar bought some items.
              At the time of billing they charged rs. 25/- for each bag and one more thing the bag is in small size so that they think customers will ask for more bags it's such a rubbish thing.
              My question is this why should a customer pay for carry bag? Even after paying overcharge then also getting small size bag.
              It's there responsibility to ensure better service to the customer they cannot expect the customers to bring bag or carry at hand. No shops should charge extra for plastic bags, as we are anyway paying so much tax and this is free advertising for them. They are promoting a product and i will be carrying their advertisement wherever i go and still be the one paying for it

                    I made a purchase of 28 garments and out of them 2 items are double billed with out my notice. Out of 28 garments there are 2 Jean pants but billing is done for 4 pants.

                    I couldn't cross check the details at Store but after reaching home when I tried to tally the items against the bill I noticed 2 items are double billed

                      I had received a message from Easyday about an offer that if i will buy over Rs.5000 in the month of April then Easyday will give one duffle bag cost Rs.1500. I had shopped over Rs.Rs.5000/- in the month of April, and when i asked for the offer which was going on of a duffle bag on shopping for above 5000/-, they said they don’t hv the item and once they get it they will notify me.
                      It’s 12nd July today and i still dint get the product of the offer.
                      Very irresponsible or may i say it’s fraudulant.

                        I am a regular buyer of big bazaar deoghar.many times I became a victim o[censored]sing such a product in which it is not possible to check the expiry date of the product.last Saturday I once again purchased some goods amount 4694 (four thousand six hundred ninety four)inhich I bought a pack of Lotte Choco Pie worth 120.At home I found a big wrap on the product for discount at the place of mfg and expiry date.when I tried to unwrap the product it has become impossible to read the expiry date.it seems that they intentionally put the wraps on the expiry date.when I visited the place for knowing the mfg date and expiry date of the product so that I can use that product they do not pay attention to my problem in such situation I have become totally helpless.it is the right of the consumer to know the mfg and expiry date of the product.How can I know now?? And what can I do now?? Please help me

                              Hi, i am nilesh prakash a regular customer of big bazaar and i have purchase so many time in bigbazaar, express avenue chennai and so many other big bazaar stores entire india but didn't get any type of problem.

                              But, today 2019 july 8 when i went to billing counter of bigbazaar, mr michael paul was there at billing counter. Everything was ok till that.

                              Then i billed the products and paid 410 using future pay wallet and gave him card for payment of remaining rs 42.

                              Then, his real face came, he told that i can't accept card below rs 100. I didn't have change that time. I gave him rs 500 note. Then he became very angry and told that every "north indian" are very cheap like you. He told, if you have not change or money why you north indians come to chennai and increasing unemployment for south indian person at chennai, go back to north india. Then, again he says "i am temporary staff" you can't do anything, he said his name michael paul and told that you can go and complaints to customer care desk. Then i complained at customer care desk, customer care staff said that he is a temporary staff, i will escalate this matter to hr and does nothing at that time. Manager was not available at that time.

                              Please punnish this temporary staff. Every customer don't have time to lodge complaints. He disappointed us very much and i had a very worst shopping experience, first time in my life.

                                I purchased 3 dresses for 1999/- on 22nd june 2019.. They shipped to me on 28th june... After seeing the pathetic quality of the clothes is initiated the return on the same hour..

                                Then it shown that returns will be taken at door step with in 3-4 days... I waited 4days but no response or update from there.. So i called their toll-free number and asked about the issue... The customer agent apologised and asked 2more days to pick the package...
                                Then after the issue started... Till date i called them n number of times and the toll free number not taking the calls. It simply saying that you r in queue and our agent will respond u in 30min... I waited that whole time and never the agent spoken to me till now... And i kept 4mails but no response...

                                This company cheating the people naming huge discounts sellind cheap clothes... The clothes are see through clothes and not able to wear... It wasted my precious exam time and made me mentally sick about my money and time...

                                  On previous Wednesday that is on 3/7/2019 I got a msg at 10 am from big bazaar stating that I got a offer that I can buy onion at 5/kg . So I went there at 11:30 am .when I reached there I saw that there was no onion at bigbazaar counter so I asked at the customer care desk that where is all the onion gone, they told me that all are sold . After that I saw that there was a cash counter in the back of grocery section where the staffs of bigbazaar was standing with packets of onion .there are at least 10 staffs are there. Everyone has taken at least three kilo of onion .that means 30 kilo. I told them this is for the customer, why you all are taking all the onion . They told me we also got offer so we are taking if you have any problem then go to customer care desk . So I feel very insulted that day so I got out .if you are giving such offer where we get insulted then I request you to please don't give such offer because we get humiliated . Except me there are more than 50 customer who saw this incident and feel very sad as they wasted there valuable time for this fake offer like me . Please do something about these or sorry to say you are going to loose your market value and reputation.

                                  after i lunched the complaint the very next day the branch manager Ankita called me and said sorry about all this and she told me she will give me some offer but that never happened and she also assured me that this type of think will never happen again but the funny thing was that again on the next onion offer all this started again so this time i have not told anything and convinced myself that this never gonna change as soon as the bigbazar owner dont face it . We are just customer who want onion at rs 15 . so i marked this as resolved

                                    Bigbazaar Kundalahalli gate retail showroom washrooms are unhygienic and no maintenance done. This retail Showroom located at a main junction which has minimum of 1000 customers walkin per day. The Showroom also has inaugurated multicusine eatery division recently. Washrooms are at pathetic situation. Kindly atleast maintain one washroom in proper condition considering wellbeing of employees and customer.

                                      I purchased black urad dal (Whole) from big bazar, kothrud.
                                      Now when i soaked the dal, the black colour came out and the water turned black. It is actually the green moong dal dyed black. I don't know how these items pass the food standards check. The product is from the 'golden harvest' which eventually is one of the expensive brands in big bazaar.
                                      The companies are just playing with the health of the customer. You never know what effect will any chemical have.

                                        On june 21, 2019 i have requested for return of two product from brand factory online. But the courier boy came and took only one product saying he have received email for only one product. And i have called brandfactory online customer care (Which is a part of future pay) but they are neglating my issue since then. They have no information about my return and always saying they don't have any update regarding return.
                                        Refund my money or else i am going to file case on you.
