Yess, i am talking about big bazaar and i am so upset with those guys. Actually i visit big bazaar last day and made purchase of some amount. Then i go to packing (Gift wraping) counter. Then i shown my old bill but even though the clerk don't help me any. He also absed me. That guy said me i am not afraid of any one, in that ego he also give me his name. The clerk name is 'jitendra' from big bazaar raigarh chhattisgarh. Please help me and make him aware about rights of a consumer.

    I was in the big bazar, mahagun mall, vaishali today.
    The executive name in the invoice is ankit kumar, till no 9, memo no. 0020808. I have purchased the clothes of β‚Ή 5507 for my family.

    Once the bar codes are scanned, executive javed asked me for the bag and after confirmation he asked me to put clothes in the bag. I have asked him to call some one to atleast gold the clothes properly and then put in the carry bag. The way he reached was not acceptable, he casually said no one is available.

    I have to put the clothes in the carry bag my self and he started attending another customer. That was still ok, i have searched for the customer care for his complaint. The customer care is more casual than the executive. He said sir this is not possible. I have asked for the procedure to submit the complaints so he was not listening to me and started working some other work. I feel so humiliated. I want to know for a customer who is doing the shopping of 5k, is not worth enough to give some kind of attention and to listen to him or his compliant.

    Next time on wards i will keep this in mind not to shop any thing from big bazar and will suggest same to my friends and relatives as well.

    Such a big brand and this kind of attitude of the customer care and they counter executive.

      I purchased water purifier on 5th may from big bazaar ameerpet and they committed the supply and installation in 3 days but after calling so many times they send their technician yesterday evening he find some parts damage in purifier, i called to big bazar and informed them about the product but till now i have not get any proper response from them, this is very bad service, very are very upset by the team, kindly do the needfull to replace it or refund the money,

        On 01.05.19 i bought some items and intended to pay through future wallet. One of the employees in jalpaiguri big bazaar outlet (W. B) debited rs.286.00 from my wallet but later he said though money debited software was not supporting that and i had to pay the same in cash. He told me the money debited would return within 72 hrs but till this date miner has not been returned.
        Pls help me.

          I purchased some products from the below mentioned fbb for an amount of rs.5024.43 yesterday. To my surprise you are charging rs.18/- for carry a bag having your own logo on it, which is, as per the ministry of consumer affairs, you cannot charge the same.
          (Ref:-bata case)

          Hence sir, i kindly ask for refund of the invoice amount alongwith compensation, and penalty to them so that they stop charging the same to customers.

            Hi,

            I had renewed my easyday card on 23rd march 2019 and paid 100rs. 500 rs have got nilgris products and for another 500 was suppossed to get 100rs in wallet every month for next 5 months. Till today i havent got anything and the customer care of future pay are clueless. Store also people are clueless.

            I havent called customer care n number of times and no solution till now.

            Have raised a query in their portal as well. But no response.

            They are cheating the customers and customer support are of no use. Either their line is busy or waiting is more than 1/2 hr. When at last you get through, they just keep directing to easyday/future pay toll free numbers. Till now they havent registred a complaint even though requsted repeatedly.

            I want to escalate this and please look into this.

              I have registered for the fast billing services in big bazaar for the 1 St may but at the billing counter the representative is saying maximum 5 items can be billed here... But in terms and conditions no such thing is mentioned

                We had visited your viviana mall store on may 04, 2019. Our invoice no. [protected] for total rs. 6467.43.

                We have complaint for the below mentioned food items :

                1. Kadak nath eggs - 2 packets
                2. Multigrain bread - 2 packets

                We regret to inform that out of the 24 eggs purchased 3 eggs were spoiled. When we broke them a fowl smell emitted and the yoke was watery.

                The bread purchased was stale and was breaking into crumbles while eating or making a toast.

                We would appreciate if appropriate action is taken and a store of your repute does not sell expired products or of inferior quality.

                  Want to lodge a complaint against brand factory for charging me 10 rs for paper carry bag which has their brand logo on it. Despite of telling them that they should not charge as it is not right to charge they asked me to pay 10 rs. It was raining heavily here and that bag did not stay for even 10 mins.
                  When i informed the branch manager that they should not charge and i will lodge a complaint he said"your wish ma'am do whatever you want to".
                  Please help me, it is not only for me but for all others who are charged unnecessary charges.

                  Hello, I am not sure how the complaint here works.. I had faith that filing a complaint here would show some result but I cannot see any progress
                  I purchased a quilt few days ago the product is having the stitch failure one end and the quality of the product is not good at of that cost resolve the complaint as early as possible and revert the explanation and dont sell that type off non durability products in your store

                    They always charge for carry bag whenever i go for shopping. Whereas to my knowledge, the are not supposed to do because everything is covered under mrp. Moreover as per govt. Instructions they are not supposed to charge it. yesterday also i went to big bazar located at kadamtala, jalpaiguri 735102.. Made some purchase and asked for carry bag, for which they asked to pay.                         Dear concern,

                        This is to bring to your notice the financial error in the bill generated by your kota, rajasthan big bazaar outlet.

                        I purchased grocery from your above mentioned outlet on 4th may'19 having memo number 0000664 tr :2294 at 22:10.

                        The mrp i. E mentioned on clean and mate toilet cleaner is rs 65 whereas on bill the amount mentioned is rs 78.

                        This is sheer negligence and misleading customers.

                        I went to your outlet again on 5th may'19 to share my concern, the person on the helpdesk said manager is not available and asked me to wait and handed me the balance amount. After waiting for the manager for more than an half hour, i was handed over a complaint book.

                        This is not expected from the reputed group like big bazaar.

                        It's not a matter of few rupees, it's a breach of trust.
                        I was a very loyal customer till 5th may'19 but this incidence has shattered my trust.

                        On 05 May19 I have purchased a Golden Harvest dry mango powder 100 grams from big bazar shop Shivamogga. The MRP mentioned in the pkt is Rs 73/-whereas the staff billed RS 95/-for the same and collected the amount from me.

                                    purchased a quilt few days ago the product is having the stitch failure one end and the quality of the product is not good at of that cost resolve the complaint as early as possible and revert the explanation and dont sell that type off non durability products in your store.

                                      The store situated at shipra mall, indirapuram, ghaziabad.
                                      The complain is that we had buy the grocery on 4th may at 4:00 p. M and we have make it to deliver our grocery to our apratments which is just nearby from the store and today is 5th may and till now they have not delivered the grocery and when i am calling at the store they are saying that there are other delivery also is this the way to talk and they were saying that it will get delivered by 3:00 pm last and when we are asking for the number of delivery boy they are saying we do not have its number.
                                      What kind of management is that no support we are waiting for our grocery since morning and they are not even responding to our complain and just ignoring it
                                      First you buy the grocery and get them paid after that they will not listen to any of your queries
                                      I am complaining for this about the store managment

                                        Dear Team,

                                        Today, I went to my near by EASYDAY CLUB to purchase monthly grocery like every month. One of the product was Green Tea (Eco Valley Natural). In evening I prepared the green tea (with the same one taken from ED club). After taking one ship I felt the taste is off. Then I checked the mfg date and expiry date. Being seen the date I surprised. The expiry date has already been passed.

                                        Suddenly I contacted to my doctor to take advise. Then I contacted to the store manager (Easy day club, Newtown, Kolkata). He was advising me please come with that product we would exchange that. But my question to him that, how the expired product was in shelve ? You are playing with consumer, I have had already one sachet from the packet. No answer, only, pls come we will exchange.

                                        Please note that the mfg date is[protected] and Expiry date is "Best before Eighteen months from the date of mfg". The invoice number is [protected].

                                        Then I contacted to the customer care by phone (6:47 PM), they told me we are raising a high priority issue on your complaint. Our district manager will contact you soon (within 30 minutes). Still (now 10:35 Pm) I have not received any call from him/her.

                                        Finally, I decided to submit a complaint here for this type of sensitive issue. Please look into this and advise.
