Want to lodge a complaint against brand factory for charging me 10 rs for paper carry bag which has their brand logo on it. Despite of telling them that they should not charge as it is not right to charge they asked me to pay 10 rs. It was raining heavily here and that bag did not stay for even 10 mins.
When i informed the branch manager that they should not charge and i will lodge a complaint he said"your wish ma'am do whatever you want to".
Please help me, it is not only for me but for all others who are charged unnecessary charges.

They always charge for carry bag whenever i go for shopping. Whereas to my knowledge, the are not supposed to do because everything is covered under mrp. Moreover as per govt. Instructions they are not supposed to charge it. yesterday also i went to big bazar located at kadamtala, jalpaiguri 735102.. Made some purchase and asked for carry bag, for which they asked to pay. I had to pay for it

This is to bring to your notice the financial error in the bill generated by your kota, rajasthan big bazaar outlet.

I purchased grocery from your above mentioned outlet on 4th may'19 having memo number 0000664 tr :2294 at 22:10.

The mrp i. E mentioned on clean and mate toilet cleaner is rs 65 whereas on bill the amount mentioned is rs 78.

This is sheer negligence and misleading customers.

I went to your outlet again on 5th may'19 to share my concern, the person on the helpdesk said manager is not available and asked me to wait and handed me the balance amount. After waiting for the manager for more than an half hour, i was handed over a complaint book.

This is not expected from the reputed group like big bazaar.

It's not a matter of few rupees, it's a breach of trust.
I was a very loyal customer till 5th may'19 but this incidence has shattered my trust.

Attached herewith are the screenshots of the bill, product and the complaint lodged.

Hi, i am regular customer of your jamshedpur bistupur store... I am finding last 15day's diaper of xl size, today also came at your store... Raised query from your staff no body getting response also your store help desk..

On 05th may, 2019, in the evening, i was charged twice for the haldiram aloo bhujia packet at big bazaar embassy paragon, located in brookefield, bengaluru 560066.

The bill has been attached along with the complaint and the doubly charged amount has been clearly highlighted in it.

I would like the amount (Rs. 31.50) to be refunded by big bazaar. What are the necessary steps to be taken to ensure this is done?

Purchased a quilt few days ago the product is having the stitch failure one end and the quality of the product is not good at of that cost resolve the complaint as early as possible and revert the explanation and don't sell that type off non durability products in your store. But store people saying not exchange. We want exchange that product. So please solve the problem immediately.

The store situated at shipra mall, indirapuram, ghaziabad.
The complain is that we had buy the grocery on 4th may at 4:00 p. M and we have make it to deliver our grocery to our apratments which is just nearby from the store and today is 5th may and till now they have not delivered the grocery and when i am calling at the store they are saying that there are other delivery also is this the way to talk and they were saying that it will get delivered by 3:00 pm last and when we are asking for the number of delivery boy they are saying we do not have its number.
What kind of management is that no support we are waiting for our grocery since morning and they are not even responding to our complain and just ignoring it
First you buy the grocery and get them paid after that they will not listen to any of your queries

Today, I went to my near by EASYDAY CLUB to purchase monthly grocery like every month. One of the product was Green Tea (Eco Valley Natural). In evening I prepared the green tea (with the same one taken from ED club). After taking one ship I felt the taste is off. Then I checked the mfg date and expiry date. Being seen the date I surprised. The expiry date has already been passed.

Suddenly I contacted to my doctor to take advise. Then I contacted to the store manager (Easy day club, Newtown, Kolkata). He was advising me please come with that product we would exchange that. But my question to him that, how the expired product was in shelve ? You are playing with consumer, I have had already one sachet from the packet. No answer, only, pls come we will exchange.

Please note that the mfg date is[protected] and Expiry date is "Best before Eighteen months from the date of mfg". The invoice number is [protected].

Then I contacted to the customer care by phone (6:47 PM), they told me we are raising a high priority issue on your complaint. Our district manager will contact you soon (within 30 minutes). Still (now 10:35 Pm) I have not received any call from him/her.

Finally, I decided to submit a complaint here for this type of sensitive issue. Please look into this and advise.

I recently went to big bazaar at 04/05/2019 day Saturday and i usually exploring the store and then i went to food section and i pick 1packect of papad and i seen that the papad is expired of 3day. The papad last date was April 30 2019 and it is also available for 3days still they are selling expired papad to coustmer please take immediate action to it thank you.

Future group's central (Bangalore central at bellandur, bangalore) is charging rs.10 for providing a simple paper bag which is not even worth 2 rupees.
On top of that they print all their labels and logos which are meant for the pubilicity and advertising of the store.
If publicity is the intention, then do no charge for the bag. If pubilicity is not the intention of future group, then do not charge such premium price for simple carry bag made of paper..

I did shopping of rs 3023 from big bazaar south x mall kanpur on 1/5/2019 memo no 0001429 tr 13860 in the name of surabhi agarwal.
According to my bill my total savings comes out to rs 1142. But cashback i received is 260 while it should be rs 495 which i have calculated according to the displays held there on each product.
So i request you to do the needful as service desk and toll free number are not giving proper reply

There are not keeping our goods in luggage room for some time which was purchased from your store big bazar only, and the lady staff response was like a non sense manner, the luggage room boy was so arrogant way talking, take your luggage with your self only, this store big bazar in kalburgi, is always with rude behaviour staff only, i recommend change some rude employees, if they want to run big bazar in friendly manner

I purchased a bed from big bazar ranchi jharkhand salesman said installation and relocation is free and service available 10 pm to 6 pm but it's really very poor service.. Today i called so many times but noone pick the call so please provide a service as soon as possible. I am changing my home and unable to move the bed.. Purchase bill attached in mail. It's very urgent for me kindly send someone for service

I booked a slot for fast billing during the sale on may 1 2019
To my disappointment there was no fast billing counter and I had to wait for 2 hours in a queue event after booking a fast billing pass
There was a priority counter line but there was no priority given to consumer who hat priority billing/ fast billing pass.
There is no point of standing in a queue if you have a fast billing pass

Since years of service, big bazaar is charging a very high amount for its bag which is not convenient for the customers. And ₹18 is way more for a carry bag. We shop at big bazaar for its attractive discounts whereas the company makes sure to fool the customers everytime you visit the store. The customers deserve a free carry bag everytime they shop from the store.
