Today i. E on 31.03.2018, i visited big bazaar situated at malad, link road, mumbai. I purchased various items of valued rs.13000/- approx.in four bills of rs.3000/- each approx. As there was a long queue behind me at billing counter and also having blind trust on big bazaar, i immediately made payment of my bills and didn't tally the items with the bill. But after reaching at my residence, i tallied all the items with bill, out of 4 bills, i found the discrepancy in one bill no.[protected] of total value rs.3073/- one item bearing no. Khsh-4191-check[protected] qty 2.5 of value rs.1049/- is not purchased nor received by me but value of such item is taken from me. I think the value of such item which has not been given to me is by mistake charged in my bill. I attached the copy of said bill for your reference. Kindly check your record and also cctv footage to confirm that whether said item is given to me or not. Kindly refund me the over charged value of rs.1049/-.     After i consumed i realized that it is already expired by 7 days
    I started facing health issue with that
    I will take very strict action against it and submit every details to fda department tomorrow.
    How can such a big brand people can play with coustemer health
    You people licences has get cancelled...

    This is for the store at Kandivali Growel Mall, we literally had to wait for 1.5 hours in line becuase they allowed multiple billing to one customer. That customer almost did 5-6bills so they can get 3000 coupons. I feel this is not right and when spoken to customer counter they are so useless, they didn't open addition counters neither could provide any solution. Also we were standing at priority counter, even the pregnant female had to stand for an hour, this is so highly unprofessional and disappointing. I would never like to shop again at Big Bazaar

      We are regular customers to bigbazar kukatpally and today while checking the bill details, i found they are billing more than the mentioned mrp on the product.. Please find the below details for the same..

      Product details:urad dal gundu rs/kg 75 - net weight 2.44kg - price: 183.00

      Billing details: urad dal gundu 2.44 — price: 187.88

      Difference is 4.88rs.. Its not about small amount of difference but i think they found a new way of cheating like this..

          Big bazaar has done this fraud with me. They offered this card worth rs. 5000 and promised that i can do a shopping worth 6000. Today 1300 rs was remaining in my card and i'm told that this money has been expired and i cannot use it. Hence this is looking to be a major fraud by big bazaar. You have taken 5000 from me and given back only 4700. You have looted 300 from my pocket and 1000 from offer.
          But no worries you have lost a loyal member for life time.

            Your service sucks. Either increase the manpower to handle or decrease your offers. There is one man at the billing counter and nobody to put the products in the packets. Been standing in the line for 1 hour. Pretty sure never stepping foot in this place with such # service. Theres no mega sale going on also. Your staff is incompetent. One sales person actually ignored me by saying i don't know the price. Funny.

              Sir/madam,
              On 28 mar 2019 and 29 mar 2019, i purchased parle hide and seek biscuit in which parle digestive biscuit i repeat parle digestive biscuit costing rs 10/- was free. When i ask the free gift in the outer customer desk, he handed over me parle magix chocolate biscuit costing rs 5/- each.

              2. We as an existing cutomer towards big bazar feels good evertime that if we have forgotton our free gifts we can take it on the other day. But providing the wrong products is not going good, i suppose.

                Please note that the price displayed yesterday at big bazar, lbs marg, mulund, for 1 litre sunny sunflower oil was rs 83 per pack and we had bought 6 packets in all, so, the total price should have been rs 498, but, we were charged, rs 528 - rs 30 extra charged. Kindly, look into the matter and resolve the same.

                    We had purchased study revolving chair - despite of other options (Low ranges) in this segment purchased at high price hoping for the best quality.

                    During receipt itself we had received defective bottom cap (Broken piece) which was then replaced by home town service team. Now lather quality is not good it started pealing off now. When we complained home town team visited our place and in return got quote of 6k to replace leather sheet. If product is less than one year old under warranty period how can hown town cheat like this. Reference number of complaint is : ht[protected].

                        They always charge for carry bag whenever i go for shopping. Whereas to my knowledge, the are not supposed to do because everything is covered under mrp. Moreover as per govt.                           I placed an order on 23rd march at bigbazaar kolkata sreebhumi branch it was supposed to get deliver within 25th march but today is almost 26th. I have not receive my order yet.

                          I tried contacting them. They are not receiving the calls.

                          The agent who helped me in buying the product is not receiving the call and has informed that he will not look into the issue.

                            Dear sir / madam,

                            With reference to the above subject, on[protected], i have registered for big bazaaar profit card at bharuch branch (Shalimar mart) gujarat customer care desk and offered payment through my idbi bank debit card for rs.10, 100/- to the executive mr. Nilesh kashinath kapdi (Emp code: 431836). After swiped the card in the machine i entered the pin and approved pin and transaction completed but before generating the receipt the machine goes switched off. The customer care executing told me that this amount will be refunded within 24 hours and induce me to swipe the card one more time and debited again rs.10, 100/- from my account for the profit club card no. [protected] on 03.03.2019. But after 2 days of time i have not received my amount rs.10, 100/- return back and i contact with the customer care executive and also branch manager mr. Dilip ([protected]) but there is any genuine reply from their side. Then i went to idbi bank dahej branch and raised a dispute on 05.03.2019 for refund for double payment. But after 20 days of time i have not received my cash return. Please please check this and do needful the refund my cash very urgently.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am writing this hoping for some corrective action towards this.

                                  The behavior of billing staff is usually ignorant in big bazaar (G. T world mall).
                                  I am writing after repeatedly seeing this and today it happened with me as well.

                                  Today i was at big bazaar (G. T world mall) doing monthly shopping. After shopping when i reached at billing counter the lady at the counter was chit chatting with other staffs. I requested her to bill me but she just ignored and continued chatting. Finally i had to go meet the crm and complaint. After that crm took my trolley to another billing staff.

                                  Incidents like this makes us customer think about big bazaar's staff training for customer services.

                                  Next time i would rather go to some other store where they give importance to customer's time.

                                    I purchased a split a/c (koryo)on 10th May 2018 the ac unit was problem in 22nd feb2019 (under warranty)on that day I was complained to koryo customer care center, the technician came and find pcb (spare part )problem.2 time complained they r not properly responding.to day also I called to koryo care center the replied by the end of the day will resolve the problem.still they r not respond please repair my ac unit as early as possible.

                                      Big bazaar is now producing it's own bags that are environment friendly but the problem is not entirely solved. The vegetables and fruits isle still uses a lot of plastic bags simply for packaging the food items after the weighing is done. Instead of doing using the standard plastic bags that are provided, the same big bazaar bag or any other bag brought by the customer can be used. This way the plastic waste generated is reduced tremendously. And if this does not work as well, big bazaar being a huge company can figure out a solution to this problem. And if in case anyone is still skeptical about this plastic hardly makes a difference, let's do the calculations together:
                                      India alone has 256 big bazaar stores. Let's slect the minimum value and say that in a day, on an average 40 people buy groceries. If, again taking the minimum value, assuming that a customer buys only 3 fruits and or vegetables, then 3 plastic bags will be required. So
                                      256 stores x 40 people x 3 bags= 30, 720 bags will be generated in a day. Just a day.
                                      So in a month, 30, 720 x 30 = 9, 21, 600 bags will be generated in month. And these values are at a minimum.
                                      All of this is non-biodegradable and can be avoided.
