I have two big bazar profit card with amount of 18000 and now as big bazar is completely closed, I wanted to know how will I get my refund. Big bazar shutted down without any notice and now they also not even providing refund. This is fraud done by Future group and big bazar. They must pay/refund our hardwork earn money.

Ive been a member of the profit club since 4 years now and this is very unfortunate that I've not been able too use my profit card balance for almost 6 months now and the card still holds amount. I've requested to initiate the refund policy for my balance of card. There still hasn't been any response, the customer care service is also unavailable.
Please look into this and respond asap.

I am a customer of Big bazaar Profit Club Membership Card and now I am not able to use the same as there are no Big Bazaar Active in my city.

Have been writing mail for the refund but it is showing as mentioned below:

We are holding 3 FD'S out of which 2 of them have matured on 19th oct 2022, but the maturity amount is still not credited to my account. Tried reaching the team but none of the numbers are working . sent several mails, the mails are delivered but no response from the team. I have made other commitments considering the maturity amount that I will be getting now. Visited big bazaar which is now converted to smart point bazaar but the official say they have no clue. We tried reaching other partners store but all of them are closed ( brand factory, pantaloons etc ). My amount is struck . please help

I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card. There is approx. Rs 9, 000 is balance. Big bazaar is closed now, but they did not refund our money.

They haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message or call. How we will get card balance.

Please help me to get my card balance amount as earliest possible. Their Customer care number is closed. Email is not in use anymore.

Sir, kindly Support from Big Bazaar for refund of Rs 10000 which is kept in future pay wallet and profit club schemes.
No response Just zero response from Big Bazaar and all their information, customer cares, email address and others every thing is closed for refund of above mentioned subject.
Kindly guide me and support for refund of Rs 10000.

As the big bazaar outlets are closed and their customer service number and mails are also not working, i just want to know what can be done to avail the profit ckub card refund. To whom should I complain or what measures i should take

Request you to process it asap as it's blocked my money and not able to use it.

I took shopping card and 12000/- amount is loaded in future pay card for shopping at Vishrantwadi big bazaar outlet.
but now the big bazaar is closed. I kindly request you to return my hard earned money in bank details of which is already provided in the attachment.

I am Ashish sharma purchase big bazaar profit club card of 10000 rupees in vadodara in february 2022, but after few days big bazaar closed and i am unable to use my balance

I have a big bazaar profit club with some balance but unfortunately this money's is not possible to recover from bug Bazar as such organisation taken over by reliance I am contacting many time to customer care mail id and number but this was not working, so my complain is how I get my money

I had 1500 rs into my future pay wallet .App did not have option to shop from it stating under maintenance. Since for 2 or 3 months it was stating same, but now it is not showing in my wallet.I went in person and it was converted to smart Bazaar by jio. Later they told me to goto someother Bigbazaar. Went to patna big bazar and people there said I cannot use it as no instructions for them.

I'm at loss now that I cannot get or use Mt hard earned money. need your support at the earliest to get my genuine money back.

I am holding a Big Bazar future pay approx Rs.6800/- as unused balance. Which was shown in my future pay wallet upto July 2022, but now same has been disappeared. I have contacted store, but they are now Reliance outlets, so not responding about big bazaar wallet balance. I have tried through portal complaint, then I got system generated message that my complaint has been taken and a team will contact with resolution, but till date no call/ resolution has been received regarding same and now customer care no.[protected] is also not working
Please provide the solution to redeem/ get refund of the amount.

You haven't given any instruction to the customer by email, message, or call that how we will get the card balance.

So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore. Pls return my hard earned money. If any person have leads in this regard kindly share the details please.

I am Aruna Nayak. I was a member in Big Bazaar since 13/08/2017. Later on, I became a member of Profit club with number [protected] on 21/11/2021. I had paid Rs. 10100/- (Rs. 100/- is for Profit club card) on 21/11/2021 to Big Bazaar and enrolled for this Profit club. After three month of my enrollment the Big Bazaar is suddenly closed. I had only used Rs. 1000/ from future pay and Rest Rs. 9000/- was there in the wallet. Kindly return the amount to my SBI account ([protected]) from where Rs. 10100/- has been deducted.

Big Bazaar haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.
So want to register complaint against Big Bazaar for this big scam and fraud. Please help in getting the refund from Big Bazaar.

I was using a profit club card but there are no stores available to use this card I'm helpless because none of customer support is provided. Please help me to resolve my problem.
