Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail — Charging over and above MRP | |||
I went for a routine shopping to big bazaar situated in V3S mall east delhi, i faced some issue during billing which made me check my bill in detail at my home, during cross checking my bill i found they charged me over and above MRP of a product. i thing its a big issue legally, moreover no one checks bills when we shop from such a huge brand on the basis of trust . i have no idea how many times it would have happened with me or someone else . how many other people would have been charged over and above MRP that day also . i had complained via online channel also but no one seems interested on such a huge issue . i know i have to go further now. pic is attached for reference . thnx Was this information helpful? | |||
