[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — 2 chairs still pending from last 6 months - hometown | |||
I had bought a 6 seater dining table from you store in Hajiali, which is now shut down. I was delivered the table with 4 chairs and was promised that the pending 2 chair will be delivered shortly ( 2weeks). The store manager was Sunil who was co coordinating with me. But to my utter disappointment I have not received the pending 2 chairs as yet. I was promised on multiple occasion by Sunil that I am sending it…. But in vain have still not received it till date…. It’s been over 6 months and still waiting… I have called Sunil up almost 60 times and also complained in the call centre 3 time but no success…. Would request you to kindly look into the matter and take my furniture back and refund my money…. Thoroughly disappointed with the whole experience….
