I have ordered a 2 door wadrobe in last year july (2018) as their Anniversary gift. As i checked the condition of wadrobe, it is completely spoiled with small holes forming a big hole in the cupboard lower part. Since it is not visible outside, we did not observe. but when it started spreading towards the sides, we raised a complaint to hometown (within warranty period).
We received response from hometown saying that they did not give approval for replacement or refund. Also, she said that I didn't inform at the starting stage.My point is " how many times will you check underneath your wadrobe". I have many wooden items in my house. Why the fungus only for one wadrobe.
their technicians have visited twice to our home. Once they have taken pictures and went. They said at least they will repair. when the other technician came, he said neither refund nor replacement nor refund can be possible.
