[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — 3 door wardrobe dismantling service request not attended. | |||
We have raised a service request to dismantel our 3 door wardrobe purchased from Home town thane as we are shfting our house. We called home town customer care number and registeted a service request on 25th of Nov 2017. Our service was raised for 30th Nov. On 30th of Nov when we called Home town customer care we got assurance that it will be done ny EOD. We as a customer did several follow up but we were told the same thing repeatdly that it will be done by EOD. With a whole day of frustations We did the last follow up at around 8:00 pm but there were no reaponse neither from the customer care nor there was any call from the technicians. We are in big trouble because of this kind of service from home town. As we are shifting our house on 1st Dev 2017 we want our wardrobe to be diamanteled withouth which it will be impossible to move it out of the room. This kind of pathetic service is very annoying.I would pray Commite to take a look at this matter and take serious actions on services which gives false hopes to customers.
