Reference : shopping date 19.05.2018-20:06 bill no. 050628. Til no. 10
I did home shopping at big bazaar on 19-05-18 around 8pm and paid from future pay and took delivery of goods personally. On 20.05.18 to my utter surprise i could not find amul 1l ghee pack and called customer service desk. The csd executive was really soft spoken and told me to come over and arranged to check bills. Then they checked cctv footage and saw the packing guy clearly put ghee pack and other 2 items in my bag and simultaneously took out and kept it under cashier rack. So now total 3 items missing from my shopping.
Since the item was swiped and bill was paid these 3 items anybody can take home as payment also been done. I have no clue if any of the past shopping had any missing items which i think there must be after this incident.
I want a written confirmation over the course of action and preventive measure from management side within 2 weeks from the date of this letter. Was this information helpful? |
