Hi, I have been left extremely exasperated and frustrated with the infinite followups being done by me for order. I had ordered a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa set and till date we have not received the delivery of the 3 seater sofa set. It is extremely annoying and troubling to know that your teams are not doing anything about this... I have called your call centre 4 times since last 2 weeks and have not received any call back. The first time the sofa was attempted to deliver…the 3 seater sofa was damaged. If it needs to be dissembled and assembled back at my place…please do so. I am really regretting my decision for having chosen hometown. I am assuring you that i am not going to make any further calls but will take the legal resort and go to consumer forum for this sheer harassment. Hope no further reminders shall be required.
