I was going through my Bank statements today and I found that there is a transaction which debited twice against the same amount, and then i realized that on the afternoon of 10th Dec when I made the payment of 1119/- it was first declined. then the agent changed the swipe machine and i made the payment again and this time payment was successful.

Hi, I purchased inner wear but didn't even open the tag. Found it was damaged came immediately and asked the customer care. But they refused to change it. They r saying company policy. Not listening anything. If they pack damaged product and sell is consumer is responsible and bear the losses.
