Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Amount not reflecting in future pay
Hope all is well.
Getting no reply from the customer support, I am writing this to you for an early assistant on the payment issue.
Referring to the e-mail below, I have tried to add Rs. 2000/- to my Bigbazaar Future pay wallet however, the amount has been deducted and it is not reflecting in the Bigbazaar future pay wallet.
Even since, I am trying to contact the customer care representative on below contacts but there is no response or an acknowledgement on my complain.

This is a crucial time and we all are depending on online shopping for daily needs. There were some urgent items to order from Bigbazaar and now this has happened. It is quite strange that no one is available in the customer support to address my issue in such big company.
This is the first time of disappointment. I have read your terms and conditions, and I'm well aware that the customers are entitled to a full refund or reversal of the amount been charged.
