I with my aunty went for shopping in bb . There during billing they were making chaos that there are 46 items in the bill and 47 there in the bag. That took one hr for recheck. And the women billing there was very rude and arrogant. She behaved very rudely when I asked for fast service. A single boy was matching the goods from the list and when I said him do fast he refused. And when i asked him to call one more person for help no one was coming for help. Such a poor service. I said do fast otherwise I will complain about u. Then he rudely replied Ki kr lo complain Kya kr loge . Then after checking there was nothing extra is the bag. They counted wrongly. Worst experience . I was a regular customer of bb but now it was my last shopping. Her name is seema kumar. I want strict action against her. Was this information helpful? | |||
