Big Bazaar makes a 2-hour home delivery promise. On May 31st, I ordered a few items (Order no[protected], and it was supposed to be delivered (slot selected) between 2-4 pm on June 1...it was the first slot available (almost 24 hours later) in a 2 hour delivery promise!!! It did not get delivered that day. However the app showed that the goods (perishable, including fruits and vegetables) were packed on that day (June 1) and it kep on saying that it will be delivered on June 1. The next day, 24 hours later, their delivery guy called me, saying that they will deliver it on June 2. I asked him to get fresh fruits and vegetables and he refused saying that he cannot unpack and the goods were packed the previous day. I told him that I do not want stage fruits and vegetables (from a previous experience with them). So he did not come to deliver that day. Ever since that day, I have been chasing them over email and phone and they refuse to revert or promise anything about fresh vegetables or a refund. Finally on June 5, they said they will refund and cancel the order. Then on June 6, I noticed that on the app, they showed the order as delivered. Then I tried to reach them on the given no ([protected]) and they do not answer my calls any more. It has been a nightmare dealing with Big Bazaar. They have wasted my time and caused mental trauma. They not only need to refund but need to compensate me for my lost manhours and mental trauma.
