Counter no.15, sreebhumi bigbazar, 03.03.19 Billing done for a customer, carrying approx 10 profit club cards and 3 mobiles billing from 2.30pm till 2.55pm and multiple billing reciepts and no one even customer care and billing admin not entertained. Mr surojit was on duty accounts incharge and pointed out as billing incharge as well who was not present at time of occurance and customer complaint desk lady was too busy to talk in personal phone for over 20mins and keeping all customers waiting.
