[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Charged TAX on discounted prices

This is the case of 5th July 2017 when BIG BAZAAR (FUTURE RETAIL LTD) CITY CENTRE, JODHPUR charged taxes on discounted prices. NCDRC has already ordered that shops can't charge any tax on the goods selling at discounted prices but still they charged 12% tax on every discounted item. When we told them that this is illegal, they just said that we don't know anything about taxes. I have attached the bill with this complaint and it can easily be seen that the items which weren't at discounted prices are not been added with extra tax because taxes are all inclusive in MRP but the items at discounted prices have been charged with extra tax of 12% which is totally against the law. I want my money back that has been charged illegally and also demand a compensation for the mental harassment which is resulted all because of your employees who are sitting for the customer's service but not at all paying any service to the customers.
