Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — charging for carry bag

They always charge for carry bag whenever i go for shopping. Whereas to my knowledge, the are not supposed to do because everything is covered under mrp. Moreover as per govt. Instructions they are not supposed to charge it. Today also i went to big bazar located at chand nagar jammu-180001.. Made some purchase and asked for carry bag, for which they asked to pay. I had to pay for it.
