Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Complaint against Big Bazaar store

I have purchased an item from Big bazaar, Piplod, Surat Branch in the month of October, 2021 and due to some defects have returned the same.At the time of returning the person said me due to technical issue in the wallet balance we can issue credit note for this which validity is of one month for that I agreed.The credit note was issued on 25.10.2021 and due to festivals and outstation I visited at the store on 25.11.2021. On 25.11.2021 the person said that your credit note is expired, reason the validity is of 30 days not one month but we will talk with our IT team to activate this credit note and you will get call in 2-3 days I agreed for the same. 8 days passed I have not received any call from the customer care so I visited the store again. The store person said that due to Sunday it's not possible for me to resolve today but for sure tomorrow i.e. on 6.12.2021 your credit note will activate. I have taken his contact number to confirm before visiting the store. On 8.12.2021 I called on the given number that my credit note is activated or not.Shall I visit to purchase the item. So the person confirmed that yes your credit note is activated you come note take the things. I again visited the store this is the 3rd time I visited after wasting my one hour on 8.12.2021 again the store persons said that your note is still not activated and you have to visit again after our call. This is the Bigbazaar to take my 500 rs I visited 3 times and still my issue has not resolved. I stay approx 15 kms away from Bigbazaar store and to take my 500 rs 4 time visit is really harassment for me. In the busy working days like what Bigbazaar is doing with their customers.
