[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — credit note | |||
I have purchased of amount 998/- on 09/10/2017 (Vide st-2910, ch-389019, tr-88120, cash memo no.32923) of which returned some garment of rs 399/- (Vide credit note st-2910, ch-399385, tr-30759, cash memo no.401552) on next day 11/10/2017. In my next visit to you on 11/11/17 your counter is refusing to take the credit note as it is expired in one month (I. E.30 days) which i was not noticed at that time. Is there any other option to get the amount please revert to us as it is a big amount for us. Was this information helpful? | |||
