[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — credit note policy | |||
I have purchased cloths without trial amount rs.2596 from thane high-street big bazaar outlet due to size fitting and looks issue my wife suggested me to return it and get credit note for other things to buy but when i went for return it customer care executive said you are not eligible for credit note, you can only exchanged the products, but a day back another guy was on counter who returned the same and given me credit note for single items from same order. They said you can credit note on return now they are forcing me for exchange only. They are cheating and making fool to common people. Was this information helpful? | |||
