I've booked a solid wood sideboard and made payment of 40, 204.50 (Around forty thousand) against invoice 92687389 on 1-may-2016 @ panjagutta hometown. A damaged product was delivered and is not replaced yet. Response to customers is very poor. I still don't have a tentative date for replacement from hometown even after raising a complaint. Employees are very rude. A female executive called me from number [protected] @ 8:13pm on 21st may and said she will close the unresolved complaint which i raised, for which i did not agree. She is threatening me that product replacement would be much delayed if i do not agree for closure of ticket. I don't understand why are they doing goonda giri? I'm just asking for the product which i paid for. Why is hometown harassing the potential buyers? Was this information helpful? | |||
