[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — damaged product

I purchased 27 pc crockery set from online big bazaar website on 25th January and received it on 29th January. When I opened packet few plates were broken. I immediately called customer care and they said my problem will be solved. Very bad experience with big bazaar and will not advice anyone to shop with big bazaar.
